My house was part of the House Improvement Programme, and I wanted to renovate the living room and kitchen. My brother had just completed his renovation with Handyz Conceptz and encouraged me to considered this company. When I met Vincent, he gave me detailed estimation at a very reasonable priced. He explained the potential issues from the HIP project and helped to plan the renovation schedule. He also gave me great advice. And, I decided to chose Handyz Conceptz for my renovation house. I am very thankful to Vincent and his team, they regularly took photos, shared videos, and updated me on the progress through our group chat. I had no worries at all because I fully trusted their professionalism and expertise, which ensured that my home renovation proceeded very smoothly.

Five years ago Teo Jia Yi was tagged to us through Qanvast. She understood our style and proposed the design that we decided to have a minor renovation for the living room and one of the bedroom. After the reno, we knew we have found a trusted and worthy designer. In April this year, we contacted Jia Yi to have her renovate the rest of the apartment. Jia Yi did not disappoint us at all, even though we gave her a tight timeline. She was very patient and meticulous in our needs. Quick in response, always filled with a positive mindset and assurance helped to take a load off our mind. Her recommendations on colors and materials are very soothing to our eyes. This is the second time I had worked with Vincent and first time with Jiayi on a home renovation project. Despite the number of IDs in the market, we have always gone back to Handy Conceptz for a few reason: - Professionalism - They are very attentive and offer practical solutions / counter proposals if you need an opinion from them. They are always on schedule and provided detailed plan for the renovation. Responsiveness - I had never met a more responsive ID than Jiayi. She was even responding to my message over CNY 2024 while she was overseas. You can be sure any queries will be responded to within the day, and she will not ghost you. Trustworthiness - their pricing is very reasonable and the price for each line items are clearly indicated in the contract. They had never asked for advance payment or loans unlike some other IDs. They also had a very impressive show room at Woodlands MEGA, which showcase their design concepts. All in all working with them is a breeze and I have also recommended them to my friends and family as well.

Jiayi is a God-send when I was looking around for a ID to renovate my 40year old 3-rm flat. She was the only ID (amongst the few I met and presented my mood board) that suggested for my walls to have an oil base coat. She understood my "queer" request to knock down all my walls (except for one) and store room without having to redo the whole floor tiling. I get to keep my white floor tiles which are still in good condition. Jiayi LISTENS. I appreciate it as her 1st layout was close to to my brief. We discussed some fine-tuning, and JIayi provides practical and budget-friendly suggestions. The few meetings we had were fruitful and productive. The detailed drawings for carpentry works was well done. And the finished work quality TOPS! Jiayi thoughts and efforts was something I appreciate very much throughout the renovation process. I can trust Jiayi and her team to circumvent any issues that might arise. As the flat is of age, the team took care to even out the bumps and a lot of attention required to smoothen the walls. Upon commencement of works, it was smooth, up to speed and the work was completed ahead of schedule. During the reno process, Jiayi checks in often and provide updates. Each time I drop in to see the place was tidy, even in its half reno state. As Handyz Conceptz has its own inhouse team, I can tell that they are a well trained and responsible team. It is one of the reason I choose Handyz Conceptz. When I was at a lost on decisions for the sink, tap, hop and lights, Jiayi came to the rescue with suggestions and even help with the purchase. After completion, the follow-up after sales service is exceptional. Thank you Vincent, Jiayi and team that worked on my place - it exceeded all expectations and I am continually grateful for this wonderful experience. WELL DONE! We couldn't be happier with the incredible work Jia Yi (ID) from HandyZ ConceptZ did in renovating our new home. From the start, she understood what we wanted and worked hard to bring our ideas to life. Jia Yi also paid close attention to details and made sure everything went smoothly and according to schedule. She was also very responsive to our feedback and always fixed any problems that came up. There were times where she even went out of her way to ensure we were satisified. We met Vincent Chew about more than 10 years ago by chance when sourcing for quotations and this is the third house he has renovated for us. We stayed in our first home for 6 years and our second home for 5 years without any issues. Vincent's capability and expertise is top notch and his workmanship excellent. He is also an honest man and one with integrity which is very hard to find nowadays. We chose to go back to Vincent to do our renovation because we can 'sleep easy' knowing that the pipe will not leak or the cables won't get short circuited. Also, his self-employed tilers are professional and their work is immaculate. The tiles are laid evenly, the grouting is narrow and straight and they laid our tiles in a way that is visually appealing. Vincent has a keen eye for detail and notices/implements small things that we as owners do not realise. Vincent and his team of staff are proactive and hard working and think on behalf of the owners' best interests. Despite overhauling our entire house (i.e. there was nothing we did not re-do/renovate), he delivered the completed house to us under 2 months which is a great feat. I share a personal experience when we were inspecting our home under renovation. His workers were cleaning our windows as they were getting ready to hand the house over to us. I asked if they could step aside for a short while because the curtain company wanted to measure the window. I thought they would take a break but no...they went over to clean another window. Over the days and weeks as I inspected the progress of renovation, I saw his workers work 'non-stop' from 9am to 5pm. I was convinced that Vincent was not only good at renovation but he also taught and trained his staff well. You get very good value and quality if you choose to go with Handyz Conceptz and I can personally attest to it. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to renovate their home.
