My colleague intro us to Hatch Design Studio. Upon reaching the showroom, We thought it was a cafe as it was so nicely done and the environment was so chilled. Decided to engage their Senior Designer Sky for our resale flat as he is very patience and responsive. During the reno, I decided to pop by without informing and I saw Sky clearing rubbish so that anyone in the unit can work in a safe environment which I think that’s really a responsible ID. No renovation is perfect but Sky is always there first in line to resolved all the problems with alternate options for us. Everyone talks about reno nightmare but I am really glad I met Sky. He is a solid one, a big shoutout to Sky. Thank you for you and your team hardwork.

Amazing experience working with Senior Designer Sean for my new BTO at Northshore. First meet up he listens to my family concerns and requirement and he immediately manage to solve our needs. He always think out of the box and came out with surprising ideas. Highlight of the renovation - we faced an issues of the low stocks on tiles but he immediately came out with a proposal within 5min (he always have a backup options/design if anything doesn’t go his way) During carpentry phrase, my husband is amazed by how detailed he was. He spotted defects and high light to the carpenter. Good job on the carpenter as well. They rectify the defects and delivered us one of the best workmanship. We highly recommend Sean to anyone and everyone who needs professionals help. He is definitely a friendly, reliable/responsible and a highly talented designer. FYI, his motto is - To change a HOUSE to your HOME.

Daniel and Amanda worked with us for our home. Initially we went to another ID for 2nd opinion quote however that ID was very pushy with unreasonable pricing. So we decided to follow Daniel and Amanda as they were efficient and transparent with their design proposal and pricing. We had some ideas and expectations which both of them managed to incorporate with their proposed design and inspirations. Usually renovation is not smooth sailing however Daniel and Amanda managed the timeline well although there were some hiccups which were solved quickly. Overall, we will introduce them to others and also engage them for our next home. No regrets!

They consider factors such as the creativity of the design, the quality of materials and craftsmanship, also incorporated my preferences and lifestyle needs. The project was completed within the agreed-upon timeline and budget. They have successfully transformed my kitchen into a space that feels both new and visually stunning, they did an excellent job. I recently had Amanda for a complete redesign of my living room and Kitchen. It is a pleasure experience throughout the renovation period even though a tight schedule was given to them and limited space ( because of existing furniture) . I definitely will recommend Amanda to my friends and families.

RuiYang and Jaecee Helped me a lot from the first start when we approached them for Reno Idea. I think I made the right choice to head down to their office to get what we want for our house into more clear cut and detail. Mainly first my type for the interior would be just a normal ordinary house painting and hacking. However, they open up my view and idea into something more extraordinary. The idea matches with what we were looking for and directly worked under our budget as per se. They made our journey for Reno smooth and easy heading out to buy the house lighting and Accessories smoothly. I would say their pricing is transparently clear no hidden gimmick. Where they work towards the budget you are in. Most importantly they will update us and get our consent to see if those items in the house are good to use or not to change. Which I think not all IDs will initiate that. Thumbs up for that. But overall till the day of completion, I was really satisfied with their service as the hard work they gave was fantastic. Both of them were easy to communicate with and easygoing creating the best rapport with the Client are the key and and also more comfortable for us to work our ideas with. Very pretty studio! The team is very friendly, helpful and honest during the consultation. Not to mention the pretty designs that caught my eye. Definitely recommend their services!

Daniel and Amanda were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were incredibly easy to communicate with and always open to discussing ideas. What I appreciated most was their ability to truly understand my needs and translate them into a design that was perfect for my space. The project was completed on time, which was a huge plus. They even went above and beyond, recommending paint colors that perfectly complemented the overall design, even though it wasn't part of their scope of work. The result is a super cozy home that our family loves to stay.
