Great experience working with Alwin, En Qi and their team for the renovation of our house. They were very prompt and quick in doing up the designs and work on the house. They also gave sound advice for us to consider as first-time home owners. Very satisfied with the workmanship and results! We will definitely look for them again for future interior design and construction work we need done.

We have had a very good experience with I-Bridge. The team was approachable and willing to spend enough time in helping us through the decision making process. They also came across as someone not trying to sell more but what’s right for the project. The delivery of the project was on-time and with quality. Its been 6 months since we moved in and appreciate the after-sale service with any follow-up work. Will definitely recommend them.

I would like to highly commend i-Bridge, especially Alwin Ho, on their great service, appealing design, high workmanship quality, and importantly on their ability to deliver the job on-time on schedule (within 2 months) in this challenging pandemic situation where workforce and supply chain are heavily crunched, and still at a reasonable price. I'm a repeat customer, this is my second time engaging i-Bridge to fully renovate my home, the first time was in 2008 for my then newly-bought 5-room HDB resale unit, and this time (2021) is to transform my new bare unit 5-room BTO into a very cozy home with astonishing sea-facing windows and balcony! We have no hesitation to recommend I-bridge to anyone. Look for Emun. They explained every detail of the process and were very responsive to the questions we had along the way. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they really worked hard to make this a good experience for us. It was also clear that the trades and suppliers we worked with had good relationships. I would like to share my positive experience with i-Bridge design. My designer and coordinator is Mr Alwin Ho. I have heard many 'horror' stories when it comes to renovation. As such, when our family have decided to renovate our place instead of getting a new one, I asked for recommendation. I was recommended i-Bridge based on their reputation of providing professional advises, high quality material, good quality workmanship and timely delivery of their services. After accepting the design, we were assured that the renovation of our place will be delivered in an acceptable timeline. At the end, not only did we take delivery of our place back on time, it was actually delivered beyond a satisfactory condition earlier then what was contracted. For this, I am grateful. Alwin has also provided valuable advises during the entire process. Not just design enhancement but also money saving ideas keeping the entire project within our planned budget. Unbelievable if you have been paying attention to the complains to CASE where renovation related complains topped the chart. I wouldn't want to paint a wrong picture to all who are considering getting renovation services as everyone and our expectation may be differ. I just wanted to show my appreciation and illustrate my personal experience with this company. So, choose wisely and wishing everyone a happy experience renovating your place. Renovation with Ibridge is a breeze and always accommodating. Emun and Alwin oversee our project and they are always available to hear our ideas and thoughts throughout the project. They are always very responsive and updating on the progress of the project by showing photos and video call. With covid restrictions everywhere, Ibridge manage to complete the project over our tight deadlines. Appreciate them working hard and able to work around the schedule to complete in time to ensure that we are able to move in. Its a stress free journey and they are not so calculative over things and able to accommodate and react to last minute changes. They were so meticulous and even did a touchup to our kitchen cabinet after all is done - something that was not offered to us when we did our previous house. They even advised us what can be salvage so we wont be spending extra cost and went extra mile by advising us on how to deal with external vendor that we hired for our doors even though it is not under their purview. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Now, half a year after we are done with our renovation, they are still very responsive over their after sales service.

The reason we need interior designer is because my husband and I are very busy. We do not have time to do inspection and communications with many parties during renovation. I am so glad that we have chosen i-Plan as we only need to inspect our new house less than 4 times during the entire renovation. We were always updated by Emun and Alwin on the progress of the renovation. In addition of the update on the renovation progress, Emun and Alwin had helped us to handle and co-ordinate other third party renovation suppliers, which not covered by their scope of work. Their workmanship of the renovation are also very good. Their willingness to improve, accommodate and make minor changes at different stages of the renovation based on our input are appreciated. Throughout the renovation journey, from the very beginning of designing to completion, Emun had given us a lot of ideas, advices and options to work within our budget and our needs. Her knowledge and patience have impressed us. Emun has also advised us on the pros and cons of various design change before we decided on the final change. From a safety and practicality perspective, her advice is important to us, especially when we have a baby at home. We would like to thank Emun and Alwin for doing a great and excellent job!!

We were so lucky to come across I-bridge design on Qanvast. It was easy to chose them as our designer as they definitely stood out in their designs and the quote was very reasonable as well! They handled all our requests professionally and were very patient even when we made many changes in the design throughout the entire renovation period. Out of all IDs recommended by Qanvast, we decide to engage i-Bridge Design. The design proposed was good and cost is within our budget, hence we decide to engage them. Our ID, Jass was very helpful and accomodative. She was very flexible and did not reject any of our request. Our project was delivered on time too! Overall we are very satisfied with the service they provided and would definitely recommend them to others. Renovation completed in : October 2016 Cost of renovation : $30,000

We got to know i-Bridge Design through Qanvast App. We did met up with some other IDs as well but our final choice was Lydia from i-Bridge Design for the design and cost proposed. She was very responsive throughout the process. In times of hiccups, Lydia was able to get it all resolved. An aspect for further improvement will be with regards to the plumbing works. Overall it was a very pleasant experience working with them. Renovation completed in : November 2016 Cost of renovation: $50,000

i-Bridge design was recommended to us by Qanvast. We decided to engaged them for their design proposed and price quoted. On top of that, we liked the designer we're working with, Danny. The completion of the project took longer than expected due to some circumstance but it is ok since it all turned out well. For further improvement, it will be great if the ID would have told us that he is expecting a baby soon and he would be away for a short while. Overall, it was a very good experience working with them. Renovation completed in: May 2017 Cost of renovation: $80,000

Out of the few IDs recommended to us by Qanvast, we decided to engage i-Bridge Design for our renovation as we felt that they are more sincere in providing us with the quotes. They were the only ones that dropped by to see our place before quoting us. The communication was good and Lydia, replied to our queries very promptly. The renovation process wasn't very smooth as we did have some problems with their quality of their carpentry works. However, the ID is able to help us to get it rectified. The experience working with them was generally okay and we are happy with the renovation done. Renovation completed in: December 2016 Cost of renovation : $130,000
