I worked with Martin and YK for my unit renovation. It s super smooth journey. Firstly, the renovation is completed on time according to the agree timeline Secondly, the workmanship of their contractors are top class. For example, the electrician painstakingly adjust the height of the hanging lights to ensure all aligned and to the exact level my wife wants. And he did it until perfect. Thirdly, they are professional. They will tell you not to use some material or design that wasteful. Or when I need to adjust certain design along the way, they are open and do it properly. Of course i am also reasonable when I accept the cost for certain rework. Eg when I forgot to mention the length of the newly constructed wall and realized rheir default design is not what I liked, I requested to hack it and redo. They did it with extra cost but no delay in overall timeline. They are open to communication. They helped me with after renovation services. And they didnt cost me a bomb compared to other designers quotation.

Raphael helped us renovate our apartment during COVID and despite all the restrictions he managed to complete the renovations on schedule. His interior design ideas were very good and he walked us through our whole renovation journey. His execution and follow up was very good and timely. Workmanship was good given we renovated during COVID and he largely kept to budget. Would highly recommend Raphael!!

We knew Rene through a friend's recommendation and decided to engage her as our interior designer because her proposed layout, mood board and budget aligned with what we want from our discussion. We had many specific wants, details and customisation which Rene did well in delivering them and offering alternative solutions and suggestions. The most outstanding quality of Rene is that she listens to what we want and the result we received is our ideal home that works perfectly for us. We received many compliments and requests for our ID's name. Despite our very busy work schedule, Rene communicates well with us with renovation updates, as well as prompt resolution for issues encountered both during and after reno. Both during and after reno service has been great and we appreciate her help. our home renovation was completed timely despite labour shortage and complications during covid period.

We had done renovations years ago and for our most recent renovation, had decided to give the Qanvast shortlist a try. Rene was one of the designers on the shortlist and after the initial meeting, we decided without a doubt to engage her for our renovation. We got our keys in April of 2020 just as COVID hit but Rene managed to give us all the right reassurance and provided us with constant updates to our renovation schedule while managing the ever-changing Safe-Management Measures that were implemented in the midst of COVID. Rene was always pro-active with her suggestions while respecting some of the choices and ideas we initially had. She was also always professional throughout, honest and genuine in the entire journey. We recommended her to two of our other family friends and they too have engaged her, testament to her work ethic and professionalism. Despite the delay incurred because of COVID, we always felt in safe hands.

It was never easy when comes to home renovation. I just want to compliment about Ruveena from schemcraft my ID for our house. We went to look for about 30 Singapore ID company’s but yet to find something suitable until we found schemacraft from qanvest. Saw some review about ruveena and the company. I’m a fussy person or I can say OCD. Abit also cannot. Surprisingly ruveena is very experience, patient, detail & most importantly a genuine person. She spend about 3hour + each appointment just to go through her proposal with me before we decided to engage her service. To my surprise she done all the detail drawing every part of the house and 3D rendering by herself. She gave me a few option as I’m tight in my budget at the same time I want something unique yet not don’t go over my budget. I told her that I engage a Feng shui master and he mention that My theme of the house is mainly green for my style of living. She provides value for money design and ideas yet unique in a way. As a matter of fact, due to Ruveena input... Our house came out to be so much in style and sophistication which we can never imagine if we were to choose on ourselves. This is where we see the proactive traits of a successful Interior Designer. During the renovation process, Ruveena will always keep us updated with the progress as well as the timeline on each and every work being done and even go extra miles for furniture, lightning & tiles shopping with us. Everything is well organised Even till post-renovation stage, whenever there are minor things to be followed up, Ruveena has always been so ready and accommodating to us. With all of the above positive experience that we had in engaging Ruveena from Schemacraft their attractive and honest quotation was really "an icing on the cake". Because to be honest, the positive experience alone is priceless! And with that, we are forever thankful and appreciative to have crossed our path with Ruveena from schmacraft . Highly reccomended . Rene is a detailed and patient ID. She sat down with us to understand our needs and spent 2 hours to go through her proposals with us before we decided to engage her service. She is always fast to offer suggestions and options should there be an issue which cropped up. As a responsible ID, she provides value for money design ideas without compromising the aesthetic of the house. Eg she proposed to paint the wall in front of the TV console in different colour. She pushed our design boundaries with the suggestion of a pink bathroom carpentry and a colourful backsplash in the kitchen. Rene meets the brief of designing a functional and beautify house. She has an eye for design and she makes sure that all the furniture and furnishing come together. Rene is an excellent project manager, we return home in 7 weeks instead of the original 8 weeks’ timeline! It has been a wonderful working experience with Rene. Thanks so much and highly recommended.

I only met Schemacraft as they were recommended by my friend who is also a designer himself! He mentioned that they are very experienced and therefore I trust him and went ahead to engage them for my home renovation. And I definitely made the right decision as they have a very helpful and experienced team. The ID for my reno is Rene who is a senior designer and her work is amazing! I requested for a storage loft with glass panels for my condo which I know is not easy but they just made it happen. Rene proposed a lot of ideas and I am so impressed with the many ideas that she was capable to come out with. There were a lot of amendments made during the process as I had no idea of how my idea would turn out but she was really open to my last minute requests and changes in order to meet my requirements! I just got to praise her for her hard work in making my dream home happen! We also moved in in the middle of the renovation and I know how inconvenient it was to have us there during the process especially with kids around having to consider our safety and such. They really made the effort to clean our place and clear the items after every work done. If there is anything that could be improved on will just be the timeline for carpentry work. There were just a little miscommunication but other than that, I am very satisfied with their services!

I am very satisfied with Martin's work, it exceeded my expectations. Given the tight timeframe of the project and that we had to re-do the whole house, he took only 2 months to complete the renovation. For that I am very impressed. I also needed someone with good project management skills, he delivered in that aspect too.

I must say that Martin's project management skills are excellent; we really depended on his help since he took over the helm when I was ill. That, I was really impressed with, because Martin handled most of the work and direction without our active input, yet he managed to deliver what we wished for. If you were to ask me if this apartment is my ideal home, my answer is 'yes'. Since coming to Singapore, we had been renting so having our own place really is a personal milestone. I am happy that I was able to do this for my family.

We spent many hours on Qanvast looking through example projects of a variety of designers. We narrowed down a list of three designers with experience building out high quality, thoughtful and larger scale projects, sent detailed requests and ended up meeting with two. We chose Raphael from Schemacraft due to (1) his understanding of what we were trying to achieve, (2) his attentiveness and responsiveness, (3) his creative awareness, and (4) his proactive and intelligent suggestions. All the above four characteristics were extremely important. We spent an extraordinary amount of time with Raphael over many months. Despite the frequent changes to the design and challenges along the way, he remained friendly and fully supportive. We frequently met him late at night and on the weekends (and sometimes both, twice in a week) and he was constantly available through WhatsApp. Our project was a very difficult one, and Raphael performed extremely well. There are a couple of things we would have done differently (such as making the interior lighting design more intimate). However, it was difficult to fully understand such details until after we began really using the space. I would certainly recommend Schemacraft to others who are seeking a highly customised, top quality renovation. Raphael went above and beyond expectations, in terms of time spent on the project, responsiveness, and proactive intuition.

I engaged Raphael as he did some previous renovation works for another property for me. I find him attentive to instructions and he was able to meet commitments generally on schedule unlike most contractors I experienced before. His supervision of his sub-contractors was also good and was usually on site to ensure that works are done according to plan. The whole renovation work took about 2 months and was generally within schedule. Pricing wise, I find that his charges were slightly higher. Cost of renovation: $109,000

Out of the four IDs I met, I decided to engage Martin, not just for his designs, or the way he approached it, but also because he was different from the rest in the sense that he was willing to listen to feedback, and accommodate our preferences. He was also willing to adjust the costs to suit our budget. He was very proactive and quick to respond to rectify any outstanding issues. For example, the island hob which we wanted had a larger width than usual hobs, and Martin went ahead to make provisions - making the island larger to fit the hob at no extra cost. We were very happy to have him as our ID. The only issue that we had would be the quality of the carpentry's finishing did not turn out as expected. Renovation completed in: July 2016, touch ups completed in December 2016. Cost of renovation: $57,900
