Through Qanvast, I came to know Innerspace Design Solutions and Edmund is the ID assigned to my new home project. I'm grateful that Edmund is able to complete my new home renovation before the circuit breaker period. Though my home theme may not be his area of expertise, he is patient and listened to my requests. He is also very responsive to my hp msgs and I'm very thankful indeed. Most IDs I met weren't as responsive as him. I strongly recommend Edmund for his excellent service and prompt customer support.

Impressed with Edmund's customer service and design. Gave us lots of good ideas and suggestions. A very friendly and professional person. The carpentry work are good. He assisted to incorporate an alter in our living room. He also help us with the photos wall. The renovation timeline was planned properly. No hiccups. Overall very satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely use his service in future.

I will highly recommend Edmund .He is nice guy , friendly and very responsible,always reply my query in time. He will listen to your idea and design according to your budget.Unlike others . So far we only look for 3 companys.The other two company ,the idea is really out of our budget.As for Edmund the second meet up.we already make up our mind to engage him.He will not hard sell and recommend qualify product . When he find ,there is not necessary.His workers is quite friendly too. To date after 6 months.whem I have query.Edmund is always response to us .I also recommended him to my friend.My friend also happy with his services. Edmond Hue was recommended by my friends. Before hand I been searching for few designer. After meet up with Edmond, I feel comfortable with his lisening skill,patience and suggestions too. With engaged with Edmond, he purpose the idea with my need within my budget. He also explains in detail and flexi on the changing option too. In the mid of Reno, he will keep me updated the progress too. Always quick reply on all my query at all times. Am very pleased Reno completed within the dateline and all the workmanship n quality are on my expectation too. Innerspace was recommended to me by Qanvast and I decided on using them as they were able to propose a concept that was very close to what I liked and had in mind. Edmond, the designer was very versatile with his ideas, hence, he was able to help me resolve some issues that I have with certain parts of the house. For example, he was able to open up more walking space in my bedroom by proposing to move up the bed. He was the only ID that was able to work with my idea of placing a bath tub in my shower area. Edmond was able to accommodate both my preferences and tight timeline very well. Hence, I felt very comfortable working with him. Edmond was able to help me save quite a bit of money by providing me with an alternative when I was in a dilemma about changing the costly aircon system. There were some minor touch ups needed for flaws that I found after moving in. This was likely due to me rushing the work completion date. Nonetheless, Edmond was always there, responsive and rectified them very quickly. Renovation completed in: July 2016 Cost of renovation: $48000

My housing agent recommended Innerspace to us, and after sifting through various IDs we decided to engage them. The main draw for us was their reasonable quotation. On top of that, they are very friendly folks who are efficient and organised. Hence, I would say that it was a very pleasant experience working with them. Innerspace did really impressed me with their efficient work ethics, their workers would put in extra hours to finish up. Our renovation was finished earlier than what was committed, with no issues on defects. The designer assigned to us was also very responsive, and would update us regularly with the state of our renovation. Renovation completed in: June 2016 Cost of renovation: $26,000

I have been engaging Alvin for 3 occasions. He was first recommended to me by my sister. We have decided to work with him again and again as we find him to be really sincere and receptive, where he is not pushy at all. Instead, he will try to help us to save cost at wherever he can. Eg. He will advise us on what kind of materials to use for our cabinet, so as to save some money yet achieving the desired look. Alvin also has very good ideas in saving and maximizing space. He has done a good job for my first house, even helping us to save about ⅓ of the price that other IDs were quoting us. During the renovation, he will be there in person to coordinate and ensure that everything was done correctly. There was once his workers accidentally cracked a big mirror of mine, but he got it replaced immediately without extra cost. Another time when the painted colors turned out to be unsatisfactory, he also helped to repaint the whole house at no cost. His excellent personal touch has therefore prompted him to engage him for my 3rd house. The project was done within the stipulated time and there was no delay. His workers work well together like a team, with Alvin also being there daily to check on the progress. He is really reliable. If you need someone for ideas, Alvin can definitely think out of the box to help you with that. Renovation completed in: August 2013 Cost of renovation: $160,000

I wanted to do some minor renovation and Innerspace is located near my workspace, hence I decided to pop by. I met with Edmond, who is a cool guy and very attentive. I felt comfortable working with him and have thus appointed him. Everything was smooth, no issue. Edmond has also been very responsive along the way. Renovation completed in: May 2016 Cost of renovation: $16,000

Back when Alvin was working for another design firm, he was recommended to us by an architect friend. During our first meeting with Alvin, he came across as a good listener and he seems experienced so we engaged him. Our working relationship was very satisfactory because he is creative in designs and a good in problem solving. He is reliable and conscientious in checking the quality of work done by his workers. He is also amicable when dealing with other sub contractors. There are several impressive traits about Alvin, such as his creative problem-solving capability, reliability, honesty, good quality of work, and his knowledge in general. Alvin is well respected by his workers and all of them work closely as a team.

We compared the interior designer, Alvin, from Innerspace Design with others and we felt that he is one designer who has the best knowledge and competency in design. It's clear that he has the know-how knowledge of renovation. He was able to share in details on how certain products were made and installed, as well as the reasons of material costing deviations. He is also very well-versed in electrical works and other fittings. During our first interaction at his company showroom, he was able to tune in to our requirements quickly and rendered a 3D drawing on the spot. We also had a glimpse of some of his work at their showroom and it's evident that their workmanship is good. Alvin will always think through the concepts and provides us with fresh perspectives that are both practical and aesthetically good. We felt that this is a more valued service compared to some laid back designers that will follow suit with what the owner asked for. Throughout the 9 weeks of renovation, he handled all the background co-ordinations. We were constantly in discussion mode, having long discussions whenever we made an effort to meet up. I am a very inquisitive customer so I always have a lot of questions for him but he is always patient and accommodative to explore further. Being resourceful, he will usually revert within a week. For example, he went all out to find and install a suitable air-con model that resolved the brackets limitation clause of our flat. He proposed something different, which is to install an exhaust fan from the hood to the common toilet to cater to the open concept design of our living and kitchen area. Some interior designers would be very confined with ideas when they encounter with beams. Whereas for Alvin, he takes that as a challenge and defines everything as an overall space and proposed a design that will be coherent to the overall design. My common and master bathrooms are adjourning. He came out with an idea to resolve the space constraint of our common bathroom by making good of the huge master bathroom by transforming the master bathroom into a dressing room. For the master bedroom, it is now a joint of the master bedroom and second bedroom. He really put in a lot of effort into designing our home. There were some minor hiccups like how the contractor thought that our air-con dimension is 0.9m instead of 1m, which caused some misalignment issues. There were also some slight delay with handover. However, these are least of our concerns.
