Good and experience team, they given me a very detail idea of my house design and knowing the price of each items without any other hidden cost when our renovation started. During the renovation, Sam kept us in informed on the progressed of renovation. He patiently explained the doubt we had when on site meeting. He advise us on what colour and items we need to purchase for our house and offer his help to sort more shop that can help us save money .Though there were problems happened in-between but he will worked with us to fix the problems.

I would like to commend that Sam did a great job in our new home. We are a busy couple which need to travel around so therefore we looking for a responsive and able to take care of my house when we not around. After meeting a few ID we shortlisted NID Design Group and an ID that we recommended by our friends. Only Sam able to get all the point and idea we need for our home needs, The end result was great and awesome !

This was a new experience for us. Going into this we had no idea what to expect or what the outcome would be. We did some research and found several interior design businesses. After reviewing the services , what they can provide and cost for my renovation we decided to go with NID Design Group. And we are so happy we did! The services provided were extremely wonderful and letting us understand the process and involvement in the design. We did not go wrong in selecting Sam as our designer. He designed our house in our style using a few things we had, a few suggestions and a real talent for design! We are 100% satisfied with the entire experience and love our new home.

I decided to engaged Mr. Sam as my ID primarily because he is responsive and flexible. Besides having good listening ears for my needs, he will share his ideas too. Hence, the renovation was smooth, without delay and workmanship was commendable. While the renovation had been completed two years ago, he still renders good post-renovation service. He never hesitates to respond, should there be a need. In a nutshell, I am very satisfied with the level of service and would strongly recommend to my family, friends and any potential customers.

My husband and I would like to thanks NID Design group, ID Kevin / Sam for design a beautiful house for us. He is responsible, honest and excellent service. Great Job thank you. There’s no hard sell to add on extra renovation work in order to get more $$$. Instead, he advised us which part we can save the money since the existing condition is still good. As a professional ID, he never failed to provide honest advice on the designs and considers from our point of view to match with how we “want” it to be. Throughout the duration of the project, Kevin not only very responsive and on-the-ball, he also was extremely helpful with any questions and last-minute changes we had. He also helped to push through the project within an incredibly short period of time, which was doubly amazing because the renovation period was during that short 6 weeks during Covid-19 for the whole house of renovation, yet the quality of the work everything comes out PERFECT as per our dream house. We are very satisfied with the workmanships. Their price is reasonable, we highly recommended NID Design Group.

I was relieved to have chosen randall and his team among many other IDs for their work efficiency and reliabilty. He has provided many sound recommendations coming from his many years of experience in this field. This has helped me make difficult decisions during the process. Replies were very prompt even late at night. Despite some minor hiccups from miscomm, issues were resolved swiftly. His efficiency and professionalism have given me an ease of mind esp during this stressful period. Truly appreciate his help and recommend his service to other homeowners. Thank you!

We chose Nid Design because we felt good chemistry with Aellex, our ID. We also felt he understood our vision and our needs and he was able to advise pros and cons. We also felt he did not cut corners and also felt assured that quality would not be compromised. Renovation was smooth and Aellex finished the project on time. Defects were also rectified soon after and we are delighted with the end result.
