It was through word of mouth from our friend that we got to know about this company and eventually selecting them as our interior designer. The renovation journey with them was a pleasant one. The designer was responsible, took accountability of all his tasks and constantly updated us on the work progress. He is patient in going through every details with us and helped us with the colour schemes and furniture selections. There were some things that his suppliers did not do properly but he got them rectified.

I got to know Cray through a friend’s recommendation and basically he is a designer who knows his stuffs really well. Cray is very good in design and detailed in his explanations. He would explain things to me clearly so that I could understand. When things did not turn out the way it was intended to be, he would also take his time to explain things to me. The timeline was met since they were fast with their work, and as promised, they handed the house to me before Chinese New Year.

During our discussion with Project Guru, I was impressed with the company’s systematic approach of handling customers. Everything was detailed from drawings, clear instructions, and up to the carpentry selections. Shawn, the interior designer, is very detailed and responsive. He would patiently explain things to me and would usually respond within the day itself. There are bound to be hiccups during a renovation but Shawn handled our issues well and got all defects rectified swiftly.

Jack, the interior designer from Artisan Space is my personal friend. He is a very responsible man because throughout the renovation, he was responsive to all my requests and questions. He was always patient and accommodative towards the numerous changes which I have made. He knows his stuff well and will always provide me useful constructive ideas and advices, especially in regards with cost-saving.

During an expo exhibition, we met up with the interior designer Christopher. We received really expensive quotes from other interior design companies, so we decided to engage Artisan Space for their service as their pricing is reasonable for the work that we asked for. We were pretty comfortable with Christopher because he is not demanding nor pushy with his ideas. Christopher created a chat group between his contractors and ourselves so that makes communication really easy. We like their service and have already recommended them to two of our friends.

Artisan Space's proposal presentation was logical, schematic and systematic and their ideas were pretty good too. Throughout the renovation, Christopher was quick in response as he replied to our questions on weekends and even late nights. We were very impressed by his responsiveness and how easily he could be reached. He is well versed in his job and had no problem answering all our questions. Christopher is knowledgeable when it comes to the different types and correct steps of renovation works. Things were done quickly and problems were resolved without much issue. The only slight delay due was during the CNY period because there was a lack of manpower. After-sales service was exceptionally good! We had glitches here and there but all was rectified within 1-2 days. When we faced some leakage problem after being pointed out by our neighbour, he immediately got his guy to do on-site testing and performed chemical waterproofing works without us having to incur additional cost.
