We were referred to M3 by a colleague who highly recommended their services. From the start, the designer, Montie, was meticulous, taking the time to interview us thoroughly to understand our needs, wishes, and requirements before creating a design. Throughout the process, Montie and project manager, Jason Lam, were incredibly helpful and prompt in addressing our requests, changes, and rectifications. The workmanship for our furnitures and carpentry was great, and any flaws we discovered were quickly resolved. The renovation was completed in good time, and ahead of our expectations. What stood out most was the ID’s promptness, practicality, and down-to-earth approach. Their experience was evident in how smoothly they handled our numerous requests and came up with solutions that worked for us. Overall, the experience was positive, and we are very happy with the results. A reliable and professional team that we would highly recommend to others.

Montie is a very experienced ID who will make the effort to ensure a joyous renovation experience with minimal hiccups. As I only had a minimal idea of the look and feel I was going for, he plugged the gaps offering ideas that was a good fit. An honest and patient person, I would definitely recommend him. His colleague June is also very capable and friendly. I'm glad to have them as part of my first reno experience. Though not the cheapest out there, would not hesitate to recommend them for sure!

We had a positive experience working with our ID Montie and project manager Nurain on the renovation of our resale HDB. They were patient in answering our questions and meeting our needs. The renovation process went pretty smoothly, the team kept us adequately updated on the progress, managed to meet our timeline and was prompt to address post renovation defects.Overall, would recommend M3 studio for your next renovation.

We worked with Montie from M3 Studio. Communication was great, and he responded to queries in a timely manner. He listened to our ideas and requirements and provided both practical and design suggestions. He liaised with different vendors effectively and made the process of ideating, renovating and moving in very smooth. This being a new condo, he was involved with the defect check process and helped us identify what issues needed to be flagged up for rectification. There weren’t any significant delays during the whole process as well. We enjoyed working with him, and would definitely recommend M3 Studio for your ID needs.

Shafiq was our point of contact on the initial meeting. We entrusted him on the full concept of the design/renovation. His proposed design fit our "clean and spacious with lots of storage" concept. June was the project manager once the renovation works commenced. Aside from the CNY long break which held back the works quite a fair bit, the rest of the works resumed and completed in a considerably fair timeline. Overall, we are happy with how things turned out.

I stumbled upon M3 Studio through Qanvast and send in my enquiry. Shafiq got in touch with me. We narrowed down a few IDs and decided to go with M3. First impression counts. Shafiq listened to every detailed of what my husband and I wanted. Smart lightings was one of it and next is our renovation ideas. Simplicity is what we are looking for since the flat we bought is pretty old and we had to do up 100%. Our biggest challenge was the timeline as we had to face a couple of big PH but Shafiq stood to his promise and got everything done up before we move in except for the carpentry works. We expected it. Overall we are satisfied with the end results. There's hiccups along the way. No such thing as a perfect or smooth renovations. Importantly the issue is being rectified at the most professional way. Good communications is the key to a happy customer. Not to keep them wait for updates. This is the only thing that can be improved on. We are tremendously happy with the end result. All we received were compliments from family and friends who came to visit. We are still in awed at how the house turn out to be now. Enjoying every corner of it every single day. Thanks Shafiq and his team.

This is my second time working with M3, and they did not disappoint. As someone who is inspired by various styles and has a ton of frivolous ideas, Montie did a great job in turning my crazy requests into reality. My opinions were valued, and I really appreciated the suggestions and solutions provided that allowed me to achieve my vision while keeping the cost within budget. Any questions or feedback that I had were all promptly addressed, and they were very accommodating to my preference of being very hands on and involved in the entire process. Personally, I also find it a huge plus that the reno site was kept neat, and they made sure that the cleanliness was also maintained outside the unit so that the neighbours were not inconvenienced.

This is our second time working with Montie from M3 Studio.. We didn't even bother to get another quote from other ID coys this round as we had an excellent reno experience with M3 the first time! And M3 Studio delivers again!.. Montie is patient and understanding with our everchanging requests and comes up with interesting design concepts that are stylish and practical! Our on-site manager, Jun is super hands on and is always around to guide the workers through the various installations. Jun even proactively took the time to monitor the installation of our personal purchases on site! Super responsive and responsible! Timely delivery and handover as scheduled, allowing us to have a wonderful and worryful reno experience! Thanks, Montie and Jun!

From the day I enquired, to the day Shafiq gave me the design then the work began, and the result, I am impressed. I like the way Shafiq listen to my idea, what I want and doesn’t says no right away but try to see how best he can design to what I have visualised. I would like to extend my compliments to Montie and Tim, our interior designers whom guided us in transforming a 50 yrs old 3rm HDB flat into a warm and wonderful home. Montie went the extra mile to understand our tastes and preferences, and suggested various viable approaches in renovating the house. Timeline was on track and renovation updates were prompt. Brilliant and seamless experience is what I can say about M3 Studio!

Mr Shafiq has been helping us with our house renovation and explain us all the details from the 3D sketch drawing to make it come true. He's been there from the starting till the end and update us in every step of the way.
