We have engaged Carry as our ID. After looking around and comparing, we decided to go for Carry. He gives us an impression of an easy going and easily approachable person. We feel comfortable working with him and most importantly we feel we can entrust him with our house. We are happy with the services provided by him. Carry is also prompt in responding to our query/request/issue. In addition, we have noted some defects after the handover and he is very prompt in addressing these. Throughout the process, we have requested for a few changes to the design and he is very accommodating and patient with our request. The only area which we think can be further improved is painting work. We think that the Paint on the tiles and tile skirting should be thoroughly clean after completing the painting work. Overall, Carry has done a good job!

Highly recommended Yujia ID with designer Andy Kor. Completed project within schedule and fixed major issues within timeline. If you want hassle and trouble free ? Look for Andy :)They even provide additional service with FOC after a few months of renovation, which is very thankful...Thank you effort for my house. 😀😀😀 Carpenter and Electrician are very skillful and experienced guys. 👍👍👍I would prefer Yujia for my next reno and recommend it to my friends!

Yujia was recommended by my friend whose colleagues (more than 1) engaged Carol as her ID and they all were happy with the service. I am a working mum with a new baby when I needed to do renovation of my resales HDB flat and we decided to pay for the service of an ID to help us tie up the loose ends as we didn’t have the luxury to do coordination etc. If you are looking for top notch quality workmanship, Yujia is not for you because the price quoted doesn’t belong to this premium category. If you are looking for a fuss free renovation journey, you should check out Yujia. Renovation has completed ard 6 months ago and my ID is still responsive to rectify some of the jobs. Choosing a reliable ID company is important as you would be given a peace of mind during the renovation journey. For my case, I chose Yujia also partly because I like that my ID, Carol, (who is a mum of 3 kids), is able to relate to my needs and suggested practical solutions which I didn’t think of. She also respected my decision on the final colour scheme ‘cos she said ultimately I’m the one living in the house. I have to admit that there were some hiccups during the process but they were all quickly rectified once I highlighted to her. She didn’t shirk responsibility or try to smoke me if my feedback are genuine. Choose an ID whom you feel comfortable with is also one of the criteria for selecting an ID company because you would be frequently communicating with your ID during the renovation process. There are tons of ID companies in Sg and I know it’s tough to select one especially when it involves huge sum of money. I hope this short review of mine can bring some business for Yujia cos good companies deserve to compliment and thrive. If Yujia can maintain the same standard of service rendered to me, I have confidence that your renovation journey shall be a peaceful and happy one (I have been through the agony of dealing with crappy ID when my parents are renovating their flat 1 yr ago and I hated the tension and hassle).

Carry is nice person to work with. He is very experienced in his work. He gave very useful suggestions during the entire duration of renovation. He is very professional and prompt in replying messages. Even during the holiday he replied the messages. Always make sure you understood the contract. He will follow exactly as per contract. No hidden facts, everything as per contract. I strongly suggest to go for Yujia just for sake of Carry.

I seldom write review. To get the right ID to build a sweet home indeed is a very difficult decision for us as it will costs you hardship of savings. We’ve spent quite a number of times to source the ideal ID with the reasonable price along with the designer who is having same frequency/idea with us. More than 10 quotations were requested and compared between various of IDs. We’re so fortunate we’ve chosen Yujia and met Jarolyn from Yujia. Despite our high expectations and requests, Jarolyn had shown her patience and professional skills in handling our requests and fulfil it with our ideas. During renovation phase Jarolyn even help us to follow up with HDB/town council contractor lately on the electricity issue even it’s not her problem. Even after handling the keys while the project completed, Jarolyn had manage to follow up with some maintenance jobs. Thumbs up to Yujia, it’s more than words can describe our appreciation on your hard work and professional service. We do understand it’s not easier to appoint good contractor with quality and good attitude in Singapore. But perhaps that’s the room of improvement. Keep up the good work!
