So far so good, the renovation is half done. Burlington has been very responsive and quick to answer our query even when we msg him in the night. He also has been very responsible and yet not pushy with his own ideas. He shared his ideas and was open to our own suggestions. My kitchen and balcony flooring are finally done and they look good. My house look like a war zone now but I guess this can't be help. Looking forward to see the finishing product. Hopefully everything will turn up well.

Howie is highly responsive & responsive throughout the project. Its a relatively simple project but at a super short notice and tight deadline, and Howie turned it around swiftly, transforming the space into a beautiful cosy studio. Exactly what i needed for my coaching work. There was some delay and quality issues with his contractors but Howie remained on top of any issue and tried to push through for me. I truly appreciate your work and efforts, Howie! Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience working with Alvina and Kenzy from Dan Avenue. Alvina was very attentive and patient in understanding our needs. From the very beginning – discussing design styles and 3D concepts, advising on paint colors, laminate and tile selections, to the site visit and defect check on the day we received our keys – she guided us through every step with great care. During the renovation, whenever issues or decisions came up, she invested a lot of time and effort to discuss and work things out with us. She is truly a reliable, thoughtful and professional interior designer, and a joy to work with. Kenzy was equally impressive. He is responsible and hands-on, always keeping track of the renovation progress. Whenever he spotted any issue, he immediately discussed it with us and made sure it was resolved quickly. Towards the final phase, he was on-site almost every day to ensure everything stayed on schedule, allowing us to move in by our desired date. Today is our official opening for our learning centre and it is made possible by Howie and Jamie. We met Howie by chance at an ID event at JustCo Marina Square. A quick intro and brief sharing on what we needed and Howie was able to give us a quote on the spot, "we can keep it at $X and below, and can be done within 1 month." Jamie and Howie have delivered on their promises, even though I kept going back and asked for this and that, wanted the place to be as perfect as possible. We were provided with good advice and we kinda regretted going against one of their recommendations on the wall colour. It didn't turn out how we expected, but their suggestions on the blinds and furniture helped to fix our mistake on the wall colour and everything turned out great. The additional work and cost on electrical and recommendation on fittings, blinds etc. were reasonable and efficienctly managed by them without us having to be involved in any significant way. As we welcome guests today to our opening, we are grateful for their help and support in turning our dreams to reality. They now have a customer for life. Thank you Howie and Jamie. Regards. I am writing to highly commend the work of Designer Alvina and Project Manager Kenzy on our recent home renovation project. The project was a significant undertaking and was completed on time within the two-month timeframe. Alvina demonstrated exceptional design expertise, providing innovative solutions that enhanced both the aesthetics and functionality of our home. Her ability to source materials and her keen eye for detail were invaluable. The success of the project is largely attributed to Kenzy's outstanding project management. His proactive communication, strict adherence to the timeline, and diligent oversight of the construction phase ensured a smooth and efficient process with minimal disruption. Did a small renovation to change a few things in our house, Howie and Crystal were both very responsive and easy to work with. Despite us knowing almost exactly what we want, they still took the time to come down and view the place before making recommendations of things that we could do differently. They were also quite accommodating for last minute requests and changes. Was definitely a pleasure working with them and would engage them again in the future.

Met Darren through a qanvast hangout event in early 2024. As first time home owner we were definitely unsure and a little stressful of being able to keep within our reno budget. Glad we decided to engage Darren from Dan avenue as our ID I’m genuinely impressed with the transformation of this home. The renovation brought new life to the space, design feels modern and fresh, with thoughtful touches that add both style and functionality. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the custom cabinetry to the upgraded fixtures and finishes. Even the smallest spaces were considered and improved, making it more efficient and comfortable overall. I i really appreciate the aesthetic and thoughtfulness put into the design as it creates a welcoming atmosphere for our living room. Throughout the journey we discuss with Darren and thankfully he was responsive to our messages. Darren also politely advise us whenever things doesnt seem to fit. Having Hiccups during the reno along the way is normal. But Darren manage to solve it. For the common toilet, we wanted to inject pop of colour, smth simple and chic look. with partial burgundy curve tiles to separate the sink and shower area. For the master bathroom, we want to have a luxury feel, hence we go for big glossy wall tiles and when Darren showed us the rendering for our master bathroom! We were blown away with his idea! Overall satisfied with the results and workmanship. Timeline and budget was met as per early discussions. Would totally recommend Darren from Dan avenue to future homeowners.

Before we began our renovation journey, we spoke to more than 5 interior designers but Sandra and Ivan was the last ID we met and right from the start, they stood out. Sandra introduced herself via Whatsapp right after the short discussion which shows her persistency. Her proposed design resonated with our vision, and most importantly, we felt comfortable working with her. During the planning phase, Sandra was enthusiastic and genuinely listened to our needs. She was flexible and accommodating as our ideas evolved, and her involvement in the early preparation stages helped keep the process moving smoothly. Throughout the renovation, Sandra was proactive and she kept us informed about the schedule and progress, and was always responsive (even during late evenings) to have discussions whenever we had questions or concerns. As the renovation progressed, her ability to manage her contractors effectively to maintain both quality and efficiency. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy interior designer! They delivered the project on time and within the agreed budget, without compromising on quality.
