Worked with Dennis & Mr Chua from Des & Co for the renovation of my resale flat. Really appreciate that they were willing to give honest, professional advice, give ideas that will suit my theme, and also point out when certain changes would be costly or impractical. They were never pushy to add in unnecessary details/cost and were respectful of what I wanted. Dennis oversaw the project and gave regular photo/video updates on the progress. He has his own professional standards and takes pride in his projects. He would get contractors to make rectifications even when things look ok to us layman. He was responsible and responsive to quickly look into areas to be touched up and get them done asap. Am really glad that my renovation went relatively smoothly and the entire project was kept close to schedule. Thank you Dennis & Mr Chua for your professionalism and hard work in creating my dream home!

We got to meet Des & Co , Stephen is through our housing agent Edwin. Edwin got Stephen Contact is through Qanvast. We engaged Stephen as our ID was because his proposal was very closed to our budget. Stephen told us he treats all his Clients house as his own Home. We trust his words. Stephen is Very Responsible & Helpful. When you need something he always suggest something better. The way he help us to choose the Door & Gate is really amazing. Not only going for just Design only - But also very Practical & Safety - minded. His Shifu whether is the Tiling Shifu or the Carpentry Shifu , or the Electrician , all are very skillful & they have very fine workmanship. They know their job well. They also done a very good job. Stephen strongly recommended us a Quartz Work Top that glitters. We hesitated on it initially because we felt that it might be abit glaring &messy. But on completion , Twinkle twinkle little star 🌟 Really Beautiful 🌟We love it. Towards the handover , Some unforeseen trouble happened. Our downstairs Neighbour pipes leaking & made a great fuss over it. Stephen really go down & did it himself. He laid his own hands into the toilet pipe to check for the blockage. At times Stephen might slow in response. Nevertheless he had done a very good job. We are deeply Appreciated & very Grateful. Home Sweet Home 🏡 Thank You Des & Co. Stephen was our Reno ID. He was the 3rd ID we had met and he was the only one that came up with our smart storage solution (as our idea was to hack the old store room). He listened to us and did not try to push his ideas on us - instead he listened to what we wanted and then recommended accordingly. He knew we were under a tight budget so there was no extra hidden costs that was sprung on us at the end. We have been living in our home now for the past 4 months and everyday we wake up happy as our house is exactly what we wanted (especially our kitchen 😊)

Alvin was our interior designer who made the entire renovation process happened seamlessly and had an amazing experience. My HDB unit was a total demolition and re-design, he willingly takes his time to understand our needs and requirements patiently. He provided many valuable ideas, advice and propose solutions to meet our needs. He also ensured that we understood the items that he was quoting and always quickly respond to any questions I had. The renovation accomplished within two months and the overall service level is excellent, it was not easy to keep up to the timeline especially during this period due to COVID 19. We are satisfied with the service that Alvin provided to us. I definitely will recommend him without any reservations to anyone who wants a trustworthy team with impeccable taste and positive attitude who will work with you to create the perfect dream home. Thanks to Alvin, you fulfilled all my family's requirements. Keep it up.

We would like to highly recommend our ID Stephen whom handled our major overhaul renovation project, from hacking, to new flooring, carpentry, waterproofing, lightings and electrical wiring. He is very responsive which we find very important. He will usually reply promptly or within the day if he’s too busy. He will find ways to help resolve or rectify any issues we have. Reno rates are reasonable too. A reliable ID firm you can trust! We are pretty happy with our new home!

We had a great renovation experience. As first time BTO owners, we were full of worries and had endless questions. But our ID, Stephen Kok, was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, approachable, assuring, creative, proactive and a man of his word. I’m a person who worries a lot and he was able to put my worries at rest. He was very receptive to all our ideas and even provided more great suggestions. He replies to all our questions even if they were sent late at night (Otherwise, he will definitely reply the next day). By questions, I meant questionsssss. He replies to all of them. I’m not sure how many IDs would be able to match up with him. During this period of Covid, we were also worried of reno delays. However, Stephen had great time management and executed all the items on time or even earlier. He provides us with timely updates on our reno status without us asking. We are very thankful that we have engaged Stephen from Des & Co. He has made our renovation experience so smooth and stress free. The workmanship was great as well. We had a smooth reno experience, working with Stephen from Des & Co. We had a time crunch to move in, and Stephen helped us complete the reno in less than a month. Overall, we had great and attentive service, and aftersales support was very good as well! After moving in to our new house, we love every inch of it, and it's worth every penny paid. I was first introduced to Des & Co Interior by Qanvast and their ID, Stephen Kok had linked up with me. It started out as per normal as we communicated via WhatsApp. My wife and I eventually went down to meet with Stephen and he provided us with a quotation. Stephen is pleasant guy to talk to. He listens to our ideas and at the same time provides insightful ideas. We only met him once and went on to consider other options. Then came the circuit breaker period and we temporarily stopped sourcing for interior designs company. On and off, Stephen would keep in touch with me and asked for update. By then my wife and I had shortlisted several companies but have yet to decide on one. Stephen assured us that he had experience working on BTO for the same project. That gives him slight advantage against other IDs as we had a clearer view of what our BTO would be like before getting our keys from HDB. We then went to meet Stephen for a second time for discussion before he provided us with an update quotation. Even though we have had cheaper quotations from other IDs, we eventually settled on with Stephen as my wife and I felt that Stephen was more sincere and we felt comfortable talking to him. During the early stages, we were quite impressed with the 3D designs that Stephen had came up with. The reno took about 2-3 months (within the estimated dateline). Throughout the reno journey, Stephen was always reachable. He would gladly reply our questions and kept us updated on the reno's progress. At the end of the reno, issues were quickly rectified. For example, the need to touch up on some workmanship/paintings. To sum up, my wife and I are glad that it was a smooth and pleasant journey. Most importantly, we are happy with the end results. After meeting 8 Id company, we decided to get Des & Co for a reasonable contract price since budget is our most concern. Alvin did a very good job, though we struggle with work schedule due to Covid 19, they still able to complete the work. Alvin is always patient in answering with all our queries. When the time that Alvin needs to go back to Malaysia to visit his family, I was very worried because we are not yet done but his colleague Edi who take over did an amazing job. I get to know the duo and the company back in 2018 via renopedia and the chemistry and communication is awesome. They are honest and direct and give good recommendations to what i can manage to round off since its my first conversation on a renovation. I went back to them when i secure a HDB resale flat last year and i trust them to give me the opinions on their expertise to what i visualize for my dream home. They are willing to work towards my budget and requests and helps patch up things and adhoc items which are a pain for me but they will provide it as a service. The reno takes a bit longer due to COVID limitations but they do explained to me the circumstances and i still trust them as a duo to look for who will be responsible and takes pride in their work. What i likes more is they wont purposely ask u to spend more if you can source on your own. Not hard-selling, hence, i find them sincere. Will look for them again when next time i want to revamp my kitchen :) Great work!
