I appreciate the fact they are willing to disclose the details breakdown of each area by unit rates and area covered. This shows that they are very open and honest about the prices and there are no hidden costs. In terms of service, both Qistine and Edward are very professional and helpful. I was able to get a lot of suggestions and ideas from both of them when I needed them. Throughout the entire renovation period, I constantly got updated with the progress and even problems. I'm most pleased to have Edward and Qistine who have gone the extra mile to provide excellent service. They updated me everyday with photos on what's been done and what's coming.
