We were initially quite worried about starting our renovation after reading so many stories of delays, poor workmanship, and projects left incomplete. With a tight schedule of just 2 months, we knew we couldn’t afford things to go wrong. After 1st meeting with Yuhan & Marcus from Sky Creation, we decided to go ahead with them mainly because of their professionalism, design and the overall reliability of the company. The quote also came within our budget. We didn’t get a second quote, so we can’t say if the price was the lowest, but for us, peace of mind and smooth execution were far more important. And they delivered. From day one, both the designer-Yuhan and Marcus were responsive, organized, and on top of every detail. The renovation was completed on time, within our timeframe, and the design outcome exceeded our expectations.While the workmanship may not be 100% flawless, it’s definitely within acceptable standards, and the entire process was impressively smooth — something we greatly appreciated given our tight timeline. We’re very happy with the final result and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service, timely completion, and thoughtful design — even if you’re working on a tight schedule like we were.

Very happy with the final output of the reno for my hse, the only draw back is that a delay in the project time line, the carpentry factory has change me signed design and without keep the ID and me inform. But at last, the ID has help to manage and resolve the problem. The ID busy in her many site, and also make effort to reply in late night of my concern, and during the joint inspection day, she also go thru extra mile to go one round to help us chk what is the left over defect and touch up job that need to do, and give specifics instructions to her sub contractor.

We recently completed our house renovation with Josh, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! From start to finish, Josh was super professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. He really listened to what we wanted and gave great advice throughout the process. We chose Josh because of his sincere, honest and trustworthy outlook — and he absolutely lived up to it. He was genuine from the first meeting, and that gave us a lot of confidence throughout the renovation. One thing that really stood out was how smoothly everything went — even though there were some delays on my end (like late toilet cabinet deliveries), Josh still managed to hand over the project on time, actually even faster than we expected. Another huge plus is that his company has their own in-house carpentry team, which helped speed things up and ensured quality control. The materials used were good, and overall the workmanship was excellent. Even after handover, Josh was quick to arrange for touch-up work when needed — no chasing or delays, which we really appreciated. We would like to commend our ID Kok Weng for our great renovation experience with Sky Creation. Our newly renovated house is beautiful. The result is 99% lookalike from the 3D drawings he did. The materials used are of good quality too. Throughout the renovation, Kok Weng followed up very closely and kept us updated. His quick responses to us and speed of solutions provided is impressive. Very experienced and resourceful. Our major renovation of EA was completed earlier than expected timeline. Kok Weng always goes the extra mile to help us. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. Although there were some hiccups during the renovation process, but he was quick to sort things out efficiently and with professionalism. “完美”, concluded by our designer Yu Han after our hour-long discussion to finalise the carpentry design, you could really see the pride and joy she takes in her work. Even after more than 10 years in the business, she’s clearly passionate about what she does. She genuinely cares about the quality of the design and her unwavering commitment to delivering a product that satisfies her customers is simply remarkable. Like most first-time homeowners, my wife and I were full of anxiety and had no idea where to begin with renovations. Search for the right firm and ID feels like a daunting task. We’re so thankful that we reached out to Sky Creation and met Yu Han. She took the time to really understand our family’s needs and patiently walked us through every detail to shape the look and feel of our first home. The whole process felt like a true partnership. Yu Han helped us strike the right balance between budget, space, and practicality, while still letting us add our personal touches. It felt like being gently guided through the process, yet having full involvement in designing every corner of the house. The end result is not only aesthetically pleasing but also fits perfectly with our lifestyle. The workmanship and quality of materials are top notch. Everything turned out exactly as promised and actually, even better. I was really amazed by how close the actual view is compared to the 3D render that was shown to me 3 months prior. The lighting placements are very tasteful too. A special note here, since we’re staying here with a young kid and a newborn, it was also a huge relief to know the carpentry is free of formaldehyde. Just a few days of ventilation cleared up most of the initial odour. Chose Sky creation for our new place renovation due to their good reputation. We had worked with Marcus & Yuhan throughout the renovation period , their teamwork was great in supporting our needs & expectations. The renovation started promptly based on the requested date; the contractors (tiling, carpentry, plumbing, glass works) workmenship were good. Overall planning was satisfactory to ensure our expected move in date. Finally, touch up works were followed through & completed timely.
