We recently completed a six-month renovation of our three-storey landed home with sky, and we were very happy with the journey and the result. From the very beginning, it was clear that they had extensive experience. Despite the fact that my ideas are sometimes unconventional, they were always prepared with considerations and potential solutions. They thought beyond our immediate ideas, which is enriched from their past experiences. They were able to explain immediately what was feasible, what wasn't, and where costs could be saved or would increase. For more unusual requests, they were very ready to research and source for the ideas. Their advice was practical, honest, and based on real experience, which gave us confidence in every decision we made. They are also backed by a team of subcontractors who are long-term partners, well tried and tested. Sky team curated them for us, making sure that their strengths correspond with the priorities of the projects They were always flexible and willing to work on our ideas. They took the time to explore solutions and collaborated readily with the various parties involved in the project. They were agile, thought quickly on their feet, and consistently found solutions whenever unexpected issues arose. Managing a renovation of this scale meant coordinating countless moving parts over six months, yet they remained organised, reliable, and communicative throughout. They kept us updated, stayed on top of the many details, and handled challenges calmly and professionally. It was never any unexplained delays or unaddressed issues. Despite the inevitable curveballs and changes that came with a complex renovation, the project was completed within our budget and on a very reasonable timeline. Their professionalism, experience, and commitment to delivering a quality result made the entire process far less stressful than it could have been.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Josh who was the primary ID servicing me. As a representative of his company, he gave great advice for the house, keenly listening to what we wanted, weighing the pros and cons of our ideas, and later providing great solutions to bring the project to fruition. He later went on to oversee our home with minimal fuss, everything was done to spec. After the works were done, rectifications and last minute alterations were completed under his supervision with no hassle at all. All in all a great experience. Will definitely come back again to him for the next place.

I was recommended to Josh Lim . He and his team had done a very good job. The carpentry work was on spot. The electrical workers were good and understanding . On the whole the planning and supervision by Josh was very good. I would highly recommend Josh Lim and team to friends and relatives. Also planning further work at my condo. Keeping Josh in mind. My neighbors also like the work. They came to see.

Eunice and Ness completely shattered every negative stereotype we had about interior designers. After hearing so many renovation horror stories, we braced ourselves for the worst — but working with them and Sky Creation was an absolute dream. As a team, Eunice and Ness took the time to truly understand our lifestyle and needs, bringing our vision to life in a way that turned out even better than the 3D renders. What impressed us most was their flawless execution and meticulous attention to detail. Communication was stellar; we received regular updates throughout the process, and whenever issues arose, they always came to us with practical alternative solutions already in hand. They were always ten steps ahead. Whenever we visited the site and spotted a minor issue, they’d instantly reply: "Oh yes, we've already flagged that to the team and it’ll be fixed by [date]." True to their word, the entire project stuck to the planned schedule with zero delays. If we ever renovate again, we wouldn’t hesitate to engage Eunice and Ness. If you're looking for an interior designer who genuinely treats your home like it's their own project, I can't recommend Sky Creation Asia enough, especially Eunice Lim and Ness Tan. From day one, they weren't just there to execute whatever ideas we had. They guided us through what made sense, what didn't, and even what was technically possible but simply wasn't worth doing. That kind of honesty is something we really appreciated because you know they're looking out for you, not just trying to maximize the renovation budget. Our renovation timeline was extremely tight, but somehow they managed the entire schedule, coordinated all the different trades, and still delivered amazing workmanship. We kept expecting something to go wrong because that's what everyone tells you to expect during a renovation, but it never really happened. One thing that genuinely surprised us was how responsive Eunice and Ness were. We were getting replies late into the night, even around 11pm. Part of me wonders if their HR department would be thrilled about that, but as a customer, it gave us so much peace of mind. We were never left wondering what was happening or when we'd hear back. What impressed us even more was how they went above and beyond, even for things that technically weren't their responsibility. We had several external suppliers that we sourced ourselves, and when those suppliers messed up, Eunice and Ness stepped in, coordinated with them, chased them, and even gave them a proper scolding on our behalf. They fought for us as if they were managing their own home. The passion they have for their work really shows. They don't just bring your ideas to life, they contribute ideas that make your home even better. Throughout the renovation, they constantly suggested ideas and design improvements that we would never have thought of ourselves. You can genuinely tell they're designers who care about creating a beautiful home, not just people doing a job for a paycheck. People always say you need to visit your renovation site regularly because you'll definitely spot defects that the contractors missed. We did exactly that, expecting to play inspector. But almost every time we noticed something minor, Eunice would simply show us her conversation with the contractor and tell us it was already being rectified. They were consistently one step ahead of us. Instead of us pointing out problems, they had usually already found them and arranged for them to be fixed before we even asked. And that's just the renovation itself. Their after-sales support deserves a review on its own. Whenever we had any post-renovation issues, whether it was paint touch-ups, plumbing, or questions about the carpentry, the response was almost immediate. One example was when we discovered that some of the HDB-provided vinyl flooring needed replacing after a closer inspection. I expected maybe one or two workers to come down, but instead an entire team arrived and finished everything in under an hour. Another time, we had questions about one of the carpentry cabinets and how to remove the door from its hinges. Eunice immediately activated her team, and the head carpenter was at our place within 30 minutes to explain everything to us personally. That level of after-sales support is something we rarely hear about, and it made us feel that they genuinely cared even after the renovation was completed. Renovating a home is expensive and stressful, and for most of us it's something we'll only do once or twice in our lives. Having people you can genuinely trust makes all the difference. Looking back, we never felt like we were just another customer. We always felt that Eunice and Ness genuinely cared about getting everything right. Thank you, Eunice, Ness, and the entire Sky Creation Asia team, for making what everyone warned us would be one of the most stressful experiences into one that we could actually enjoy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for an ID who truly goes above and beyond.

It is indeed a blessing to have met Eunice and Eddie and to engage them for the renovation of our 4-room BTO. From the moment we signed the contract to the handover meeting, the 2Es took charge of the whole project, and we were blissfully shielded from any problems/issues that might have surfaced during the process. Eunice and Eddie have an eye for details, and their designs is both aesthetically pleasant and functionally practical. During the design phase, they took pains to understand our daily routines and habits and worked that into the design. They understood our requirements and it was such a joy to see the 3D rendering turn into reality bit by bit. The highlight of our design, has to be the softboard lighting in the dining area, creating an illusion of skylight, heightening the low ceiling in a HDB flat. The effect is stunning and it's the first thing visitors to our place noticed. The carpentry work is excellent and we maximise the space we have to create sufficient storage space for our needs. Just before the handover, they did an inspection of the site and highlighted spots that required minor rectifications, and pointed out areas that we did not even notice. It was so great to have them oversee every single detail and I can truly say that the whole renovation process was totally headache-free for us. They kept to the project timeline very strictly and in fact, ended a couple of days earlier than planned. Thank you Eunice and Eddie!
