Hunting for IDs nowadays is like going to a wet market. The market is flooded with tonnes of ID firms. After meeting few IDs, Sky Creation is our final ID to visit. After seeing an advertisement from Musée open house, we registered with the intention just to see the renovation materials and getting some ideas for our renovation. This is where we met our ID Josh Lim. During our first interaction with Josh, we are not convinced that he is the ID that we are going to engage. Since he is the assigned ID to show us around the open house, we just go with the flow. After showing us around the open house, we sat down to hear what Sky Creation can offer us. This is where our chemistry with Josh is built. After listening to our renovation ideas, Josh immediately drew out his recommendation to us by using pencil. We are amazed by his ideas and his very detailed sketching. Other IDs that we have met just listened to our ideas and did not provide any ideas on the spot like Josh. After listening to our tight timeline, we must say that only Sky Creation dares to commit while others need longer time. We are a bit sceptical on the Josh’s commitment towards the timeline as we are worried that things might change after we sign with them. We took the risk to choose Sky Creation as our ID firm and Josh as our ID. We must say that we did not regret on the decision. After signing with Sky Creation, Josh immediately created a schedule for everyone to follow to ensure the renovation can be completed on time. The process of choosing materials like tiles, lightings and vanity has been a smooth sailing journey. Josh has a lot of recommendations and contacts on getting the good pricing and with good quality. Josh is very attentive on every piece of materials that we are going to buy. We managed to buy all the needed materials prior starting the renovation. After we got our keys, the renovation started immediately. We were kept informed on the progress of the renovation and Josh personally oversees the renovation progress rather than handing to other colleagues. Even when he is on vacation, we are still able to contact him, and he replied to us almost immediately on the doubt that we have. We are happy with Josh professionalism and dedication towards his commitment to us. We managed to keep our renovation within our budget thanks to Josh planning and assessment. During the visit to our home, with his extensive knowledge in home renovation, he managed to advise us on which area can be maintained and which area needs to be renovated. His advice is important as to ensure that we do not waste money on unnecessary items. We are very happy with the outcome of the renovation, and we highly appreciate Josh hard work to deliver our new home on time. We highly recommend Josh Lim as a preferred ID with extensive knowledge in renovation and a lot of brilliant design ideas.

We chose Josh because of his experience and knowledge during our introduction. He has proven in the renovation results with his practical design, aesthetic ideas, and very good workmanship of his contractors. He assessed our needs and provided his ideas and suggestions without being "pushy" and was able to explain the reasons for his ideas. It is safe to say that most home renovation will not get everything right the first time. We had our fair share of minor issues in the whole process and Josh was very responsive in addressing the issues and rectifying the problems we brought up without trying to give any excuse. He has exceeded most of our expectations. Highly recommended! The design ideas were aesthetically pleasing, practical and functional. The tiling works were excellent and the carpentry works were also nicely done. Josh was very responsive in every step of the process and was prompt to address the issues raised. I am also impressed with his integrity in ensuring that you get all the things that were included in the package as the list can be rather long to remember. The price list were mostly transparent though itemized quotations via dimension sizing (e.g., carpentry work dimensions, etc.) rate card and the type of installation (e.g., electrical, plumbing, etc.).

Catherine and Marcus have beautifully and thoughtfully designed and renovated our 5-room resale flat, bringing to life the vision they initially presented. The end result is stunning. Was referred by a friend to my ID - Catherine from Sky Creation. Decided to meet her to understand the entire process better as it is our first time renovating. Our first meeting was at their showroom and recalled it took us around 7 hours to complete the meeting. That was when we felt confident in her project as an ID that we decided to not look for other IDs but proceed with her. Entire process was mostly smooth sailing for the most parts, with minor hiccups. However, believe that with prompt communication and effective management of expectations, that it would rectify. She gave her inputs to our design as well to enhance the practicality yet maintain the aesthetic component of our renovation. Although there were some issues during the renovation process e.g. chips in furniture, paint stains, etc, they were swiftly rectified. She was accountable and responsible to a certain extent, going above and beyond to ensure that the handover of our house was done in a satisfactory manner. Overall a decent experience for a first-timer like me.

Just completed my renovation of my late father’s house with the help from Marcus of Sky Creation. Although this is not my first time having him, it was indeed a restless experience. His team did a great job, were prompt and efficient. The project was done in a timely and professional manner. This was my first time engaging Sky Creation for my HDB resale 4-room renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. While I didn’t do a full-scale overhaul, Mr. Xiang Wei handled my à la carte requirements professionally, including full house painting, partition wall construction, electrical works, new lighting installation, bathroom accessories, door hinge replacement, aircon installation, and ceiling fans throughout the house. What impressed me most: 🔹 Early Planning & Coordination: Engaged Xiang Wei 3 months before handover in mid-July. He provided excellent vendor recommendations, connecting me with L&H Lighting & Electrical (Ms. Lily) for lighting and accessories, plus a reliable aircon contractor. 🔹 Organized Approach: Received a detailed renovation work calendar schedule before work commenced, which helped me plan accordingly. 🔹 Smooth Execution: The renovation process went smoothly overall. When there were hiccups (bathroom accessories had issues), Xiang Wei immediately coordinated with L&H to resolve problems within a week. 🔹 Quality Subcontractors: All recommended subcontractors were professional and delivered quality work. 🔹 Transparent Process: All payments were via PayNow with email receipts. Xiang Wei maintained excellent communication throughout, and I could drop by for checks whenever needed. 🔹 Thoughtful Finishing Touches: Painter did final touch-ups and left spare paint cans for future maintenance. Xiang Wei’s professionalism, attentiveness, and responsiveness gave me complete peace of mind throughout the renovation. I worked with Josh for my BTO reno and overall, I had a really good experience. As a first-time homeowner, I had a lot of questions and wasn’t always sure what to expect, but Josh guided me along and was quite patient throughout. The end result turned out better than I expected — the place feels cosy, functional and really matches the minimalist-Scandi vibe we were aiming for. Of course, there were some small touch-ups needed here and there, but Josh made sure to arrange rectification without much hassle. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how the whole journey went. If you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with, I’d definitely recommend Josh. Design-wise, Josh helped us bring our ideas into reality. It’s both aesthetic and practical — the carpentry and layout work well for daily use, and the colour/material choices came together nicely. Workmanship was good. Carpentry lines were neat, finishes looked clean. Small issues were picked up during defect checks, but everything was rectified properly. Josh is easy to talk to and responsive. He made the effort to zoom call at night due to my work schedule and communication was clear, he made sure to explain things simply so we were on the same page. For the quality of design, workmanship and service we got, the package was good value. It didn’t blow our budget and we feel the money was well-spent.

My wife and I were first time homeowners and we were totally clueless in all aspects with regard to renovation. Hence, we needed the guidance and suggestions of a reliable ID. Our project was a 4 room BTO in Toa Payoh. We started looking for one around the last quarter of 2024. Through going through many reviews and word of mouth, we managed to short list around 7 IDs and one of them is Marcus from Sky Creation. Upon meeting him, we were also introduced to Catherine. The first discussion was very similar to other IDs. Basically going through floor plans, what kind of designs we like, going through some portfolio to gain inspirations and understanding of our budgets and concerns etc. Everything went smoothly and hence we decided to go for a second discussion to go through the rough quotations. What sets Sky Creation apart from other ID films was that they actually did a google sketch up of the house with what we have discussed, allowing us to visualise better. Alternative designs were also drawn for us to compare. Also, they went through the quotations with us very thoroughly. Lastly, we can feel the sincerity and expertise of Marcus & Catherine given their long years of experience in this field. After much consideration, we decided to sign with Sky Creation. Discounts and many free perks were also included in the package. Meet ups and discussions were very frequent during a period of roughly 5 months till key collection. Mainly discussing on designs of the house. Followed by floorings, lightings, electrical planning and then carpentry. They were also very prompt in replying our questions and concerns. And were also very helpful in helping us decide which furniture suits the house better. Upon key collection, they helped us to inspect the house for defect. The renovation process starts almost instantly once BSC is done with the defects. A google calendar of the renovation time line was shared with us, allowing us to keep track of the renovation progress. Photos were also sent to us. Tiles work was done instantly within 3 days. Followed by ceiling and electrical works. There was a slight delay in the carpentry order but the installation was done pretty quickly. Next up was lightings, toilet works, painting and then touch up. I would say that the renovation process is pretty smooth. If there is an issue, Marcus or Catherine will inform me and they will rectify it on the spot. Overall, the process was seamless and we didn’t had much to trouble about. We entrusted the project to them and was returned the home we wanted. The house looked exactly as the 3D rendering. Post renovation service were also provided and I hope and believed that they will continue their service to me if I ever need their help. The total price of the renovation had exceeded our original budget but we were very satisfied with how it turns out. I would definitely recommend Marcus or Catherine from Sky Creation. Design of the house was exactly what we wanted. Looked exactly like the 3D rendering. Design was suggested and improved by the IDs. Practical, comfortable and modern Works were done promptly. Fast and efficient. Materials used were of high and good quality. Minor defects were instantly touched up. Questions raised were replied instantly unless they were busy with clients. IDs were very sincere and thoughtful of what we want and tries their best to deliver. Reliable and responsible. Hopefully post renovation services will be the same Price quoted were quite similar to what other ID films quoted us. Although exceeded our budgets, it’s the service and the completed works that matters.

He was informative and helpful on giving ideas without any upselling. We love his designs and recommendations. It is our second time engaging Skycreation as we wanted an ID firm who has a good reputation with a longstanding history in Singapore. With a resale unit this time, we had to manage with various challenges including a tight timeline. Thankfully with Eunice, she was able to deliver within a 6 weeks timeline. Eunice was also able to provide ideas on how we can best maximise the storage spaces we needed for our family.
