We recently completed the renovation of our 5-room resale flat, and we are extremely happy with the results. A big thank you to Marcus from Sky Creation for his professionalism and dedication throughout the entire renovation journey. The kitchen turned out beautifully and is one of our favorite spaces in the house. The workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail and quality finishing. Another highlight was the renovation timeline. The project was completed more than two weeks ahead of schedule, allowing us to move into our new home much earlier than expected. Communication was smooth, and Marcus was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality, service, and efficiency provided. It is indeed a blessing to have met Eunice and Eddie and to engage them for the renovation of our 4-room BTO. From the moment we signed the contract to the handover meeting, the 2Es took charge of the whole project, and we were blissfully shielded from any problems/issues that might have surfaced during the process. Eunice and Eddie have an eye for details, and their designs is both aesthetically pleasant and functionally practical. During the design phase, they took pains to understand our daily routines and habits and worked that into the design. They understood our requirements and it was such a joy to see the 3D rendering turn into reality bit by bit. The highlight of our design, has to be the softboard lighting in the dining area, creating an illusion of skylight, heightening the low ceiling in a HDB flat. The effect is stunning and it's the first thing visitors to our place noticed. The carpentry work is excellent and we maximise the space we have to create sufficient storage space for our needs. Just before the handover, they did an inspection of the site and highlighted spots that required minor rectifications, and pointed out areas that we did not even notice. It was so great to have them oversee every single detail and I can truly say that the whole renovation process was totally headache-free for us. They kept to the project timeline very strictly and in fact, ended a couple of days earlier than planned. Thank you Eunice and Eddie!

Our 5 room resale house complete makeover was transformed into our cozy home. Josh, our ID proposed designs and color schemes match our sharing of what we hope to have for the renovations. Josh's real life pictorial layout and designs of the proposed renovation was true to life and close to the actual completed renovations. Minor hiccups were quickly addressed and resolved. I was introduced to Eunice by a friend and decided to engage her after our first meeting. She was very mindful of my budget and always suggested creative alternatives to achieve the style I wanted without overspending. After sharing my ideas and vision for the home, she came up with a design and 3D render that matched it closely, and the final outcome turned out almost exactly like it. Throughout the renovation, she was responsive, helpful, and provided regular updates with photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind as a first-time homeowner. She was also very meticulous during handover and ensured all touch-up works were properly completed. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience. We had a wonderful experience working with Josh from Sky Creations on our home renovation. From the very beginning, Josh was professional, responsive, and always on the ball. He has a very pleasant disposition, making the entire renovation process smooth and stress-free. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the project, and he was always able to provide practical advice and solutions whenever needed. Most importantly, the quality of work delivered was fantastic. The project was completed efficiently, and we encountered no issues at all during the renovation. Overall, the renovation experience was satisfactory. The carpentry, lighting, electrical works, and toilet design were well done and met our expectations. However, there were noticeable issues with finishing quality, especially the painting workmanship, including uneven paint alignment, unpainted areas, and paint stains on tiles, walls, and cupboards. We also found stains on some tiles and the common toilet bowl. Despite these issues, the overall installation quality was decent, and we appreciate the team’s effort.

He had shown responsibility and accountability to address or mitigate identified problems and issues. Overall, I am very satisfied and happy with the service provided! Hunting for IDs nowadays is like going to a wet market. The market is flooded with tonnes of ID firms. After meeting few IDs, Sky Creation is our final ID to visit. After seeing an advertisement from Musée open house, we registered with the intention just to see the renovation materials and getting some ideas for our renovation. This is where we met our ID Josh Lim. During our first interaction with Josh, we are not convinced that he is the ID that we are going to engage. Since he is the assigned ID to show us around the open house, we just go with the flow. After showing us around the open house, we sat down to hear what Sky Creation can offer us. This is where our chemistry with Josh is built. After listening to our renovation ideas, Josh immediately drew out his recommendation to us by using pencil. We are amazed by his ideas and his very detailed sketching. Other IDs that we have met just listened to our ideas and did not provide any ideas on the spot like Josh. After listening to our tight timeline, we must say that only Sky Creation dares to commit while others need longer time. We are a bit sceptical on the Josh’s commitment towards the timeline as we are worried that things might change after we sign with them. We took the risk to choose Sky Creation as our ID firm and Josh as our ID. We must say that we did not regret on the decision. After signing with Sky Creation, Josh immediately created a schedule for everyone to follow to ensure the renovation can be completed on time. The process of choosing materials like tiles, lightings and vanity has been a smooth sailing journey. Josh has a lot of recommendations and contacts on getting the good pricing and with good quality. Josh is very attentive on every piece of materials that we are going to buy. We managed to buy all the needed materials prior starting the renovation. After we got our keys, the renovation started immediately. We were kept informed on the progress of the renovation and Josh personally oversees the renovation progress rather than handing to other colleagues. Even when he is on vacation, we are still able to contact him, and he replied to us almost immediately on the doubt that we have. We are happy with Josh professionalism and dedication towards his commitment to us. We managed to keep our renovation within our budget thanks to Josh planning and assessment. During the visit to our home, with his extensive knowledge in home renovation, he managed to advise us on which area can be maintained and which area needs to be renovated. His advice is important as to ensure that we do not waste money on unnecessary items. We are very happy with the outcome of the renovation, and we highly appreciate Josh hard work to deliver our new home on time. We highly recommend Josh Lim as a preferred ID with extensive knowledge in renovation and a lot of brilliant design ideas.

We chose Josh because of his experience and knowledge during our introduction. He has proven in the renovation results with his practical design, aesthetic ideas, and very good workmanship of his contractors. He assessed our needs and provided his ideas and suggestions without being "pushy" and was able to explain the reasons for his ideas. It is safe to say that most home renovation will not get everything right the first time. We had our fair share of minor issues in the whole process and Josh was very responsive in addressing the issues and rectifying the problems we brought up without trying to give any excuse. He has exceeded most of our expectations. Highly recommended! The design ideas were aesthetically pleasing, practical and functional. The tiling works were excellent and the carpentry works were also nicely done. Josh was very responsive in every step of the process and was prompt to address the issues raised. I am also impressed with his integrity in ensuring that you get all the things that were included in the package as the list can be rather long to remember. The price list were mostly transparent though itemized quotations via dimension sizing (e.g., carpentry work dimensions, etc.) rate card and the type of installation (e.g., electrical, plumbing, etc.).
