This is my second time engaging Zen from Ace’s Design, which already speaks volumes about the trust and confidence I have in his work. I returned because of the great experience I had previously, and once again Zen delivered beyond expectations. From the start, Zen took time to understand my needs and lifestyle, proposing practical yet creative solutions that matched both my preferences and budget. Communication was always clear and prompt, which made the entire process smooth. Whenever changes or rectifications were needed, Zen was patient, receptive, and quick to address them without hesitation. The workmanship and finishing quality were excellent, and the project was completed within the agreed timeline and budget. What stands out most about Zen is his dedication — he genuinely cares about the outcome and goes the extra mile to make sure everything turns out right. I am truly satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Zen at Ace’s Design to anyone looking for a reliable and client-focused designer.

We engaged Shane as our ID contractor for our home renovation and had a good overall experience. Shane was friendly, patient, and easy to work with. He listened to our ideas and gave practical suggestions that helped make the design both nice and functional. Throughout the renovation process, Shane kept us updated regularly and handled every detail with care. There were also some minor hiccups along the way, which is quite normal in any renovation, but Shane was responsive and made sure to sort things out quickly. We really appreciate his effort and sincerity throughout the process. Thank you, Shane, for helping us create a lovely and comfortable home. 😊

Big thanks to Shane for coordinating the ID and renovation of our 4-room flat. During the renovation period, he has always ensured that our renovation ran smoothly and had been very responsive in resolving any issues along the way. He also openly suggests what works best in our layout while also keeping our requirements in mind. We first met Trevis during a Qanvast hangout session, not really sure how to start our renovation journey. After meeting a few other IDs, we eventually decided to go with Trevis — and we’re so glad we did. He’s been super helpful in designing and optimising our space, always listening to what we wanted and offering practical suggestions along the way. From materials to layout ideas, he made sure everything tied in with our theme while still keeping our needs in mind. He was also really open to our ideas and made sure to accommodate them wherever possible. Although there were a few hiccups at the beginning, Trevis quickly turned things around by bringing Jackson on board. From then on, everything went smoothly. Jackson was always responsive, kept things on track, and made sure everything was well-coordinated. Even though he came in partway through the project, he quickly caught up, built rapport with us, and handled all the remaining challenges impressively. The project was completed right on time, just as promised. It would be great if we have Jackson from the start! But we also know that it could be way worse, so no complaints…. Huge thanks to both Trevis and Jackson for turning our vision into reality and creating a home that we now love and cherish! Have recommended the duo to friends too!

Out of the 5 designers Qanvast matched us with, Xuan impressed us from the get-go with her ability to understand our needs and design vision. She took the time to explain the rationale behind certain design decisions and we truly appreciate how sincere and transparent she was. She kept us updated throughout the process and was always responsive to our questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the final result exceeded our expectations, making our new home truly functional and beautiful.

Shane and Xean were quite the duo. They were tasteful in their design recommendations. We leaned on them a lot for aesthetic input as this isn’t our forte. And knowing that we had to move out of our rental by a hard deadline, they delivered the complete renovation of our executive maisonette in about 3.5 months. There was also frequent comms and updates during the entire renovation period. We are very appreciative of the great work they’ve done.

Shane was our ID and we went with him because the design, layout and next steps were clear. He also respected our budget and the line items are transparent, making it easy for us to decide. He gave very good suggestions around our home and looked out for us instead of just "taking instructions" and we really appreciated the collaboration. He covered our blindspots perfectly and realised our vision. It was a very smooth process, and he had laminate samples sent to us. When it came to tile selection, he accompanied us, giving us suggestions as we picked our choices. All in all the communication was very clear and he even completed items ahead of schedule. There will always be hiccups along the way but those were rectified without much dramas and the correct HDB process was observed with no shortcuts. The workmanship of the carpentry and tiling works was really great and the we had very little defects. Given the tight timeline due to our growing family, Shane was able to deliver on and ahead of schedule which we are really grateful for. We'll definitely work with him again!

Jackson is very prompt and clear when answering to all our queries. He provided professional assistance and suggestions for the placements of furniture and if the furniture we purchase matches the home theme. He is able to meet our budget and timeline for our renovation, even though the time is of constraint. Jackson is also able to accommodate to some last minute changes for the renovation. A job well done! Would sincerely recommend his service to all!
