We went into our renovation journey with a pretty clear idea of what we wanted. My wife and I were aiming for a modern minimalist home with a MUJI-inspired feeling, something clean, calm, and easy to live in. At the same time, it was important for us to have an altar for Guan Yin that fits nicely into the space according to our fengshui requirements And with fengshui in the mix, there were quite a lot of considerations when it comes to placement and orientation, especially for the altar and the carpentry. It wasn’t just about design, everything had to be positioned carefully. We’re honestly very happy we worked with Zax. From the beginning, he understood the vibe we were going for. We shared some inspiration we found on Facebook, and instead of just copying it, he and his carpentry team worked through all the fengshui requirements with us and still managed to bring everything together beautifully. The carpentry work really stood out. The way the the entire house came together and how the altar was built into the cabinetry was done very thoughtfully, and you can tell a lot of care went into every detail. Despite all the constraints, it blends in naturally with the rest of the home. Overall, my wife and I are really pleased with how everything turned out. The whole space feels cozy and comfy for us, and we genuinely enjoy and looking forward to coming back home each day. My ID, Cindy is such a big help in my renovation journey; she is very patient and spent time explaining, answering and clearing whatever doubts I have. Great at giving alternatives and ideas, helping me translate my ideas into reality, she is also very responsive and replies to messages in a timely manner, be it weekdays or weekends. Engaged Daniel as our ID and he was very enthusiastic and professional from the start. Our theme was modern lux and his expertise in lighting really suited the theme. His design for our home was tasteful and detailed. He was very responsive throughout the whole renovation period, constantly giving us updates on the reno works via providing videos and pictures. Would strongly recommend Daniel, especially if your intended theme for your home involves a lot of lighting design work.

We would like to express our greatest gratitude to our ID ( Mr Kenneth Tan, Group Director). Through a friend’s recommendation, we came to know about Kenneth. Since day 1 of renovation, he has always exhibited the positive attitude in helpping us build our 1st home, he never once says No but will always find alternative solution. With his expertise, we were very delighted with the whole renovation process and the unit was handed ovee on 31 Jan 2026. Without telling what we would like the theme to be, the 3D drawing he gave us drew so much compliments from our family and friends which was what we wanted in mind. There are friends who even asked who our ID were. He is also very prompt with replies, professional and responsible. He always tries his best to accommodate when we are not free to be present during the renovation. With him helping to manage the renovation, we never have to worry much as he will overlook and take charge. There will be frequent updates and progress on the renovation which gave us that assurance that everything is going on well. Despite there was a slight delay due to unforseen circumstance, Kenneth never once rushed us so that he can finish his job neither did he complain about the delay. He often find soulition when we encounter something wrong. The carpentry was of good workmanship and good quality materials were used. Celuka water board were used for kitchen and vanity cabinet. With Kenneth’s help, the house he helped us with the renovation became our biggest pride as everyone who sees the pictures/house is full of praises and were very impressed. He not only gave suggestions when we have no clue but he also gave us advise on how to care for our carpentry which made us felt he went the extra mile. With just a message away, we know our house is in good hands. Words can never express how much we engaged Kenneth as our ID and he makes all things work when things. To Kenneth, thank you very much for all the help and extra mile you went through just to help us.

We chanced upon Ciseern one day when we were looking for an ID, and we were fortunate to be received by Sandra. As our new flat was a bit small, it was a challenge to provide our boys with their private spaces. With Sandra's strokes of experience and creativity, she transformed our place to a beautiful and cozy haven. We engaged Ciseern with ID Rex Teo for our house renovation. Even though we arrived without an appointment, Rex welcomed us with a big smile and went above beyond to assist us. We had very specific requirements and customised design in mind when we renovated our condo. They did their own research and come up with recommendations to meet our requirements . We were very pleased with their design flow and layout. It maximised space usage with style and created more living space that didn’t exist pre-renovation. Colin seeks to understand our personal preferences of colour, texture and style .He will make appropriate suggestions to make it even better .His recommendations are well received as we didn’t think of it the possibilities. Their prompt response time to our questions and their flexibility in meeting our schedule suited our busy work schedule . Julian is very efficient project manager . Her eyes to details amazed me as she remembered every aspect of the project and what we wanted. She is very good in keeping the deliverable timeline and there were no delay in the project execution. Every session of discussion is productive and time efficient . Any ambiguity was cleared to ensure the communication is transparent and honest. There is good follow up of what was discussed. We are pleased with both Colin and Julian partnership with us to create a beautiful home. We are proud of the home they renovated as it enhanced our lifestyle.

We engaged Sandra for the full renovation of our resale condominium, and the experience has been very positive from start to finish. The renovation was completed earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The workmanship was excellent, especially for the carpentry and vinyl flooring, where the attention to detail was clearly evident. Engaged Ciseern's Sky Tan & Shermin Teo as ID for our new BTO 5 RM, excellent job done, able to complete the reno work within our tight schedule, both of them very responsible and quick response to our quires, offer us many ideas and solutions. Happy to work with them and very satisfied with the result. Highly recommend. Tried their Celuka waterproof board at kitchen sink area, simply CHEAPER and nicer than traditional concrete support.

We had a good experience working with Jiaen. He is responsible, responsive, and friendly, and always willing to help. Communication was clear, with daily video updates that kept us well informed throughout the process. He usually checked in with us before key decisions, and took responsibility to resolve matters promptly when clarifications were needed. He also gave helpful suggestions on design details, which we appreciated. The project was handed over on time. Overall, everything was handled well and we’re happy with the outcome.
