Our ID, Ray was exceptional. As we had a very tight timeline, he did his best to help us meet the timeline. He was efficient in getting things done and at the same time, he had an eye for detail. We trust his professional expertise and he would always give us the most practical (yet aesthetic) solutions. He would also provide us with timely updates to give us a peace of mind. This was very much appreciated as it took away a lot of anxiety from us. Overall, we were very happy with the services that Ray had provided and we would definitely recommend him to our friends and relatives.

Positive Experience with Ciseern and Designer Cindy I recently worked with Ciseern for my home renovation, and overall, I had a positive experience, thanks to Cindy. Well Thought Out Design Cindy presented a well thought out design that catered to my needs and preferences. She managed to strike a good balance between aesthetics and functionality, creating a space that works well for me. Responsive and Attentive Cindy was quite responsive throughout the process. She answered my questions and addressed my concerns in a timely manner, which made me feel heard and valued as clients. Quality Materials: Waterproof Board for Kitchen Sink and Bathroom Cabinet One of the highlights of Cindy's design was the use of waterproof boards for my kitchen sink and bathroom cabinet. This choice has significantly improved the durability and practicality of these areas, ensuring they withstand everyday use. Guided Renovation Process from Start to End Cindy guided me through the entire renovation process from start to finish. Her project management skills helped keep everything on track, and she effectively coordinated with the contractors and kept me updated on the progress.

Very thankful for Shermin Teo, from designing my room to coordinating the appointments to supervising the workers. She is patient in handling my queries and takes the time to explain in details. During the renovation, she also helped to ensure that small little details are not left out. Very meticulous. We went to at least 10 ID firms before we decided to engage Shannen Soh from Ciseern. We are very grateful for her help, and I will personally recommend her to anyone finding an ID. In my opinion, you are in luck if you manage to get her as your ID. From the start, we connected with her on a great level as she has a deep understanding of what we wanted in our new home. She is always responsive, answering all our questions on all aspects of the house. Everything is smooth, and she updates us on time on what is happening. My wife and I did not need to be on site when renovation works are taking place, because Shannen is always handling everything for us. Shannen gives us great advices, adding on the layout that we already wanted in the house. Her design is very aesthetically pleasing, and we have no complains. There were very little defects post renovation, and whatever small defects after renovation, Shannen fixed them all. She is always very clear in the things we need to buy for the house, Lights, fittings etc, and very clear on the timeline. She also always brings us around to shop for lights / fittings. It is fair to say this renovation did not affect my work and did not give me any stress at all. This is all possible because Shannen is always on top of everyhing. Shannen understands what we want in our design, only adding in suggestions to make everything look even better. After 2 months of living in my house, I can attest to what a great job Shannen Soh has done. With Ciseern's network of contractors / staff / labours, it is very easy to get things done / fixed. Moreover, throughout this process, she is very friendly and helpful in everything. If you need to find an ID, do make her your number 1 choice, you wont regret it.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Colin and Julian from Ciseern for the renovation of our BTO, and we have no regrets. Was introduced by a friend to engage Zax Zeng for our 4room BTO. Experience was great from the start till the end(handover). Introduction at Ciseern's showroom was mindblowing, show casing all top quality furnishes and items that can be provided. After discussion on the initial idea that we have in mind, Zax was open to most of our ideas and incorporated his vast experience to create our dream home. We are very pleased and proud of our home, designed by Zax! He personally did the drawings, detailed measurement and calculations, planning of renovation timeline, and even went with us to choose the fittings (lightings, sinks, and taps)! With that, you can be assured that all is in good hands (his own hands), and that error will be reduced to the minimum. Despite exceeding our planned budget, the money spent was ultimately worth it for the quality of our completed dream home. Zax tried his best to assist us with the whole renovation process, and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, we are more than satisfied, and will introduce our friend, family, and anyone else who needs an ID to do up their new home. Keep up the good job! It’s our pleasure to have Cindy to design our first home. As everyone knows that Singapore has many interior designers out there, but it is not easy to get a good ID that can meet your requirements for all times during the renovation works. In short, she has demonstrated a very comprehensive skill set and characters throughout these periods. Firstly, she is a highly responsible, problem solver and fast decision maker person. On top of the coordination work which everyone ID is providing to their customers, Cindy has contacted vendors immediately upon my on-site review queries posted to her. She will arrange rectification work on the same or next working day. Secondly, Cindy is sincere and practical whereby she has guided us to the extent that the renovation work needs to be carried out and met our planned budget. Cindy used her professional experience to advise and justify to us which areas to be focused more compared to the others. Thirdly, she is a patient, friendly and helpful person in such a way that we have totally no renovation experience. She explained the renovation work in detail and helped us to arrange a few appointments for installation. Cindy always works extra miles to ensure our satisfaction is achieved. Last but not least, the most important element that an ID must demonstrate to their customers is “TRUST”, with all the skillset she advised and explained in our first meeting, we have a strong confidence and trust in her. This is why we have engaged Cindy to be our ID, we felt confident on every single decision she made, therefore I can continue to focus on my work seamlessly. Vince from Ciseern has been professional and helpful in our renovation journey. As first time home owners, he provided straightforward useful renovation tips and ideas. Vince suggested colour and material combinations that were aesthetically appealing, yet matching our layout and meeting our lifestyle preferences/needs. The final product was more than 80% identical with what was shown on paper. The waterproof board used for the under sink in the kitchen is a great reassurance as we were worried about mould and water seeping through after long term use. The Blum slow-closing hinges and runners are excellent and durable. Vince brought us on a shopping trip for the lighting, kitchen and toilet accessories, and curtains. He ensured that our furniture, appliances, and fittings could be installed nicely and stably. If there were any potential mismatches, Vince would raise it up and highlight them to us to make changes. He also recommended a contact that has immense expertise and experience in air-conditioning. They worked seamlessly in coordination and not once we felt worried or concerned that we had to drop by the renovation to check on the progress. That saved us time and mental space to focus on our daily lives than to spend needless hassles with doubts and worries. Carpentry and glassworks finishing are smooth, sleek, stable, and solid. Although there was a slight hiccup in the lighting, he made sure that it was resolved in the end. Even after the final handover, Vince followed up with the touch ups to ensure perfection. We sincerely thank Vince for his efforts, hard-work, and dedication in our first-time renovation journey; not a nightmare but a dream came true. 🙏

As with all first-time home owners, we did our fair share of homework to search for the one who can align with our vision to deliver our dream home. It is important to have someone who is experienced enough to not just impress you with their 3d designs, but also have the expertise and resources to deliver it. Zax (from Ciseern) has definitely stand out among all the other IDs, and we are happy to have collaborated with him in our home renovation journey. It has been a pleasant and fulfilling experience to have Zax and Lycious manage our renovation project. We met a few IDs from different companies and shared with all the same message that we want a minimalist theme. Many IDs misunderstood minimalist as one with little budget and it shows up in their poor attitude even at the first meet-up. An exception was Lycious who was outstanding in listening carefully to understand our needs before she works on a design for us. Throughout the process, she patiently spends hours with us to guide us in making choices to actualise our dream home. Because she has taken time to understand us, there was very little adjustments need to be done after the 1st 3D design consultation. Zax complements Lycious with his fast, efficient and decisive actions. Over a short period of time, he has gained our trust with his technical competence, transparency in dealings and taking on responsibility to get things done correctly. Zax and Lycious will send videos or voice messages via whatsapp to show/explain anything we do not understand. All our queries are always answered, and promptly. We will certainly recommend Ciseern as the outcome of our renovation has exceeded our expectations.
