Just look for Zax (Zeng)! What can better trust than a repeat customer? Zax done up my place 6 years and when i had to do a major makeover for my mom's place - a > 45 yrs old apt - first name that came to mind is Zax. Zax made the whole renovation process a breeze ~ and its really a good case of "let's leave it to the professionals!" No Need to chase/follow-up; literally hassle-free (dont we all wanted that?) - Zax provides on-the-job progress updates via photos and sometimes videos ( have to say his taste in music can be interesting (; ) All i need to do is to tell him my ideal home (he came up with the designs), my ideal color scheme (he recommends the right color palette), the hardware (right fittings/sizes) and of course my deadline (and he delivered completion on time!). Most appreciative his follow-ups and patience as he takes in my on-demand requests and sometimes my flippy ideas that came in a spur of moment! Thank You Zax and Team ~ Well Done! p.s. My wife and I had planned to compare ID firms when we got our house and the very first one we went to was Ciseern. After listening to Johnny and his experience, my wife signed with him without hesitation. Planning for a renovation is never easy but Johnny would listen to us on our ideas and preferences and then work on those ideas, pointing out some aspects where he feels could be better and introducing functional design. Workmanship and materials used are top notch. No renovation is perfect but he would promptly rectify the mistakes made by the workers. We're really glad to have had him as our ID. Thank you Johnny.

Shoutout to my ID, Lyee Ann who did an amazing job on our house. We had family issues along the way which needed us to pause the renovation for a while but she was understanding and patient. The design for our house matches our concept of a dream house. Lyee Ann did a great job in recommending us the appropriate materials for our design. The waterproof board for our kitchen and toilet cabinets were a great idea! We have already recommended Ciseern to our family and friends!!

We had an amazing experience working with Jason Lim (JJ) as our interior designer. His expert management skills and ability to bring our ideas to life truly exceeded our expectations. Despite working within our budget, he still managed to transform our first home into a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming space that we absolutely love. Recently, my wife and I, both seniors in age, right-sized to a resale condo. Being cautious, we decided to engage an ID company that is a trusted name and under Case Trust. Via Qanvast, we selected Ciseern and Unice Chong responded as the ID. She had been with the company for 19 years and with our timeline, we would need someone with experience. We did not bother to consult with other IDs. Unice has proven to be quite prompt in her service offerings and advice. We did outsource some services to cut down cost and she does not mind knowing that the client has the prerogative on the matter. Overall, we were happy with the progress and the end result. Unice has shown a willingness to go the extra mile within the confines of company policy.
