I got my BTO flat and my friend recommended her ID to me. He is Mr Kenthy Ng from Flo Design. She said he is very good and responsible designer. No regrets, he is perfect. Got him to design flat, very well done up, I am very happy. The whole house is very nice & cosy. He has very good attitude and response very fast if there is any defects etc., or when I need to do something, he attends to it very fast & good, his service perfect. My family and visitors came to my house, said very nicely done up, good job. Will highly recommend him to my friends if they need renovation.

I engaged Zac Ho from Flo Design for my reno, and wah, really must say he’s one solid ID sia. From the start, Zac very patient and steady — he listen properly to what I want, not anyhow push ideas or upsell things. I told him my budget quite tight, and he still manage to design something nice, practical, and within my means. Throughout the whole reno process, Zac always update me one — got photos, got progress, everything very transparent. When small issues happen (which sure got one la, every reno like that), he never tai-chi. He just settle fast and make sure everything okay. Really appreciate that kind of responsibility. The final outcome turn out super nice! The house now got that cosy, modern vibe I wanted, and the carpentry all done very clean. My family all say the place look bigger and brighter.
