5 Stars – Heartfelt Thanks to Dennis and Zac for Making My House a Home As a first-time homeowner, I was both excited and incredibly nervous about designing my new space. I was getting quotations from so many different IDs to make sure I was making the right decision after hearing so many horror stories. Right after my meet up with Zac & Dennis, I knew immediately they were the guys that I would love to work with! From the very first meeting, they made me feel seen, heard, and completely supported. Though the pricing may seem high but it was no frills and transparent. The service where they kept me updated throughout the process that I have received is priceless especially when I was away from the country for a whole month. Dennis and Zac brought not only their incredible talent and eye for detail but also a warmth and sincerity that made this experience unforgettable. They listened closely to my vision, gently guided me where I felt unsure, and always went above and beyond to ensure everything turned out just right. Their ability to blend functionality with beauty amazed me—and they made it look effortless. But more than the impeccable workmanship, what truly stayed with me was the care they poured into every decision. It was clear that this wasn’t just a job to them—they genuinely cared about creating a home I would love and feel proud of. And they succeeded beyond my expectations. Hugely impressed with the quality of work done for my new dream BTO home in Tengah. I was initially skeptical on the experience of my allocated designer, Debby due to her youthful appearance but looks can be deceiving and we were glad that the end results were satisfactory to me and my wife. Long story short, the entire creative and implementation process was top notch and expected from the firm’s reputation in the market. We engaged Samuel Chia from Flo Design for our home renovation, and overall, it was a positive experience. Throughout the entire process, Samuel was responsive to our questions and incredibly patient—even when we made several changes along the way. As with any renovation, hiccups are bound to happen, but what stood out to us was Samuel’s accountability. Whenever issues cropped up, he made the effort to help us troubleshoot and find practical solutions, which we really appreciated. We’ve heard stories of some interior designers charging additional fees when clients remove items from the quotation, but that was definitely not the case here. Samuel was honest and transparent about the pricing, which gave us peace of mind throughout the journey. If we had to be picky, we would have loved for the project to be completed a little earlier, as per the original timeline. That said, we’re still happy with the outcome and would recommend Samuel’s services.

We just completed our renovation with Daniel from Flo Design, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Before deciding to go with Flo Design, I met with more than 15 interior designers and shortlisted about 5. We chose Daniel because he genuinely understood our needs and provided practical advice and workarounds that worked for our lifestyle and budget. As with any renovation, there were hiccups along the way, but Daniel was always quick to resolve them or suggest alternatives. He was very patient throughout the process—especially when it came to helping us choose our colour schemes. After multiple rounds of refinement, we finally landed on the perfect laminate, exactly how I had envisioned our dream home. What I appreciate most is Daniel’s support even after the handover. For the few (thankfully minor) issues that popped up, he always responded promptly and made sure everything was taken care of. He is very responsive, reliable, and meticulous, can tell he is passionate about his work. He also open listening to our ideas and tried his best to fit our requirements. Big thank you to Jevon Tan from Flo Design for making our HDB feel like a brand new home! From the start, he really listen to what we want and gave alot of good suggestion to match our style and budget. He is very detail-oriented, making sure everything from material, color to space planning all well thought out. The whole place now feel more spacious and cosy, exactly what we looking for. Workmanship also very good, can tell the quality is there. Jevon is also super patient and always reply fast whenever we got questions. Even when got small hiccups (which is normal for reno), he will always settle fast and make sure everything still complete on time. No hidden cost, no headache, just smooth process.

We are pleased with our 3 Room Resale Flat remodel by Dennis Chew.
