Ms Hannah from Flo Design is a GEM of an ID. She listened and visualised what we wanted for our apartment - from the most minute details to advising us on the practicality and limitations of certain design concepts we wanted and yet coming up with even more innovative and practical solutions. Trust and a complete sense of responsibility. Ms Hannah embodies these 2 values and we were very impressed with her work ethic and sense of responsibility to seeing our Renovation project to fruition. Even though we were pressed for time, she and her team from Flo Design designed and built our dream home to our exacting standards and we are indeed grateful to have engaged them to be our ID and contractor for our forever home. I engaged my designer because I wanted fresh, innovative ideas, and he delivered exactly that. He presented concepts we never would have thought of on our own. Working with him was a great experience. He was incredibly prompt and clear in his communication, always sending us revised drawings quickly after our discussions. When we requested changes or rectifications, he handled them with complete professionalism—there was no blaming or finger-pointing. He simply took our feedback and was very prompt with the rectification works. He was also excellent at proposing solutions that met our needs, and his service and workmanship were very good. One of his most outstanding qualities is his honesty and realistic approach. He was able to keep us on budget and on schedule, which was a huge help. He not only helped us manage our budget but also laid out a clear timeline, kept us updated on the progress, and handed over the house on time. The only area for improvement would be his directness. While I appreciate his professionalism and honesty, he could sometimes be a bit blunt when informing us that an idea would be costly / impractical. However, this is a minor point, and ultimately, his honesty was a major asset.

Engaged Flo Design through Qanvast after shortlisting from a few ID firms. Reason for choosing Flo Design was because the designers (Zac & Dennis) were able to meet our requirements while still maintaining within our budget. They also provided valuable renovation knowledge and suggestions throughout our renovation process. Zac was also willing to adjust according to our last minute decisions throughout the renovation process, which we are very grateful for.

We have great pleasure to work with our ID Rachael from flo design. She was responsive and follow through with all our hiccups along the way and rectify in a quickly manner . It really help to relief our stress during the renovation for our first new home. Very glad to worked alongside Rachel during our renovation journey . Superb . She was able to engage with other vendors to do our renovation and gave good ideas too.

Rachael is knowledgeable and give prompt response whenever there were hiccups that occurred. She will take responsibility to come up with resolution and follow through. She will liaise with the sub vendors to ensure all rectification was done to satisfactory, even though multiple trips were required. She handled change request promptly and open to suggestion ideas to improve based on our initial thoughts. I highly appraise her for her professionalism and effort.

Thanks to Flo Design and ID Kenthy for making our house feel like a warm, cozy haven! The result of our home really as what we wanted. They listened to our needs, provided smart design solutions, and completed the project on time and within budget. We had a pretty challenging timeline to get our renovation done before moving in. After meeting many interior designers, we were starting to feel discouraged as they couldn’t commit to our deadline or quoted beyond our budget. We had a really tight timeline of just 12 weeks to renovate our new place after selling our old home. We met with over 10 IDs, but most either weren’t confident they could meet our timeline or quoted ridiculously high prices. I was getting quotations from so many different IDs to make sure I was making the right decision after hearing so many horror stories. Right after my meet up with Zac & Dennis, I knew immediately they were the guys that I would love to work with! From the very first meeting, they made me feel seen, heard, and completely supported. Though the pricing may seem high but it was no frills and transparent. The service where they kept me updated throughout the process that I have received is priceless especially when I was away from the country for a whole month. Dennis and Zac brought not only their incredible talent and eye for detail but also a warmth and sincerity that made this experience unforgettable. They listened closely to my vision, gently guided me where I felt unsure, and always went above and beyond to ensure everything turned out just right. Their ability to blend functionality with beauty amazed me—and they made it look effortless. But more than the impeccable workmanship, what truly stayed with me was the care they poured into every decision. Hugely impressed with the quality of work done for my new dream BTO home in Tengah. I was initially skeptical on the experience of my allocated designer, Debby due to her youthful appearance but looks can be deceiving and we were glad that the end results were satisfactory to me and my wife. Long story short, the entire creative and implementation process was top notch and expected from the firm’s reputation in the market. We engaged Samuel Chia from Flo Design for our home renovation, and overall, it was a positive experience. Throughout the entire process, Samuel was responsive to our questions and incredibly patient—even when we made several changes along the way. As with any renovation, hiccups are bound to happen, but what stood out to us was Samuel’s accountability. Whenever issues cropped up, he made the effort to help us troubleshoot and find practical solutions, which we really appreciated. We’ve heard stories of some interior designers charging additional fees when clients remove items from the quotation, but that was definitely not the case here. Samuel was honest and transparent about the pricing, which gave us peace of mind throughout the journey. If we had to be picky, we would have loved for the project to be completed a little earlier, as per the original timeline. That said, we’re still happy with the outcome and would recommend Samuel’s services.
