Throughout the entire process, Samuel was responsive to our questions and incredibly patient—even when we made several changes along the way. As with any renovation, hiccups are bound to happen, but what stood out to us was Samuel’s accountability. Whenever issues cropped up, he made the effort to help us troubleshoot and find practical solutions, which we really appreciated. We’ve heard stories of some interior designers charging additional fees when clients remove items from the quotation, but that was definitely not the case here. Samuel was honest and transparent about the pricing, which gave us peace of mind throughout the journey. If we had to be picky, we would have loved for the project to be completed a little earlier, as per the original timeline. That said, we’re still happy with the outcome and would recommend Samuel’s services.

We just completed our renovation with Daniel from Flo Design, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Before deciding to go with Flo Design, I met with more than 15 interior designers and shortlisted about 5. We chose Daniel because he genuinely understood our needs and provided practical advice and workarounds that worked for our lifestyle and budget. He was very patient throughout the process—especially when it came to helping us choose our colour schemes. Big thank you to Jevon Tan from Flo Design for making our HDB feel like a brand new home! From the start, he really listen to what we want and gave alot of good suggestion to match our style and budget. He is very detail-oriented, making sure everything from material, color to space planning all well thought out. The whole place now feel more spacious and cosy, exactly what we looking for. Workmanship also very good, can tell the quality is there. Jevon is also super patient and always reply fast whenever we got questions. Even when got small hiccups (which is normal for reno), he will always settle fast and make sure everything still complete on time. No hidden cost, no headache, just smooth process.
