Working with our interior designer was overall a positive and reassuring experience, with several strong points that stood out. One of their biggest strengths was their sense of responsibility and responsiveness. Throughout the project, they were consistently quick to reply, open to feedback, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. This made the entire renovation journey feel smoother and gave us confidence that things were being handled with care. As with most renovations, there were a few hiccups along the way. However, the designer was willing to step in and resolve issues when they arose, which we appreciated. While there were moments that suggested a slight lack of experience—particularly when dealing with finer details—these were generally manageable and improved as the project progressed. In terms of workmanship and execution, we felt that a bit more attention to detail would have elevated the final outcome further. That said, the overall result was still satisfactory, and we could see the effort put into delivering a good finish. Overall, we had a good experience working together. Their strong communication, accountability, and willingness to improve made a meaningful difference, and with more experience and refinement in details, they have great potential to deliver even better results in the future.

What stood out the most was his responsiveness. Every question or concern I had was addressed promptly, and he was always easy to reach throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most was his patience — especially when it came to our kitchen island, where we had quite a number of specific requests. I highly recommend Kenthy for any home renovation needs. He helped to oversee the renovation of our new home which included full house painting, custom cabinetry design for a coffee corner in the kitchen, and countertop replacements. The entire process was confortable and pricing was transparent. The project was also completed within schedule. Kenthy proactively offered updatres and was readily available for any project related issues that cropped up. Even after the job was done, the follow-up service was excellent to ensure everything was properly handed over.

Got him to design flat, very well done up, I am very happy. The whole house is very nice & cosy. He has very good attitude and response very fast if there is any defects etc., or when I need to do something, he attends to it very fast & good, his service perfect. Designer was very responsive and accommodating to our requests from the get go. The renovation went relatively well, albeit with some hitches but the firm was quick to resolve and amenable to feedback.

I engaged Zac Ho from Flo Design for my reno, and wah, really must say he’s one solid ID sia. From the start, Zac very patient and steady — he listen properly to what I want, not anyhow push ideas or upsell things. I told him my budget quite tight, and he still manage to design something nice, practical, and within my means. Throughout the whole reno process, Zac always update me one — got photos, got progress, everything very transparent. When small issues happen (which sure got one la, every reno like that), he never tai-chi. He just settle fast and make sure everything okay. Really appreciate that kind of responsibility. The final outcome turn out super nice! The house now got that cosy, modern vibe I wanted, and the carpentry all done very clean. My family all say the place look bigger and brighter. What I like most is Zac’s attitude — honest, humble, and can click well. He never hard-sell, always give realistic suggestions. Even after handover, he still check back to make sure everything okay — that one really show he care about his clients, not just do finish then disappear.
