We chose to go with Wilfred from Forefront Interior because he was patient and took his time to explain the renovation process to us. He wasn't hard selling. He was friendly and open to answering our questions before we we decide to engaged with Forefront. During the process, he shared his own ideas for the design of our house while remaining open and receptive to our ideas and wants. Design was cater to our lifestyle. Quotation given was close to our budget, adjustments were made and we manage to keep it below the initiate quotation. During the renovation process, Wilfred kept himself available as well for us to ask questions on furniture choices. There were delays but the end product turn out well. Issue occurred during the renovation was answered promptly and solutions were brought up by Wilfred. Dates were scheduled to fix the issues. Craftsmanship of the final product was good and we are ultimately satisfied with Forefront Interior's job with our house.

As a first time home owner, we had a of uncertainties and we not sure about a lot. Working with Gabriel, he was able to patiently explain to us a lot of the considerations behind the decision points. Throughout the whole reno process, he was also very prompt in providing us updates/replies, we felt assured throughout. There were time when we might spotted some details not aligned with our expectations and Gabriel was able happy to adjust/fix the issues. Overall a great ID to work with and very happy with the decision.

We absolutely love our new home! A huge thank you to Amber for her expertise—we really love the layout she designed and truly appreciate her advice on selecting the right furniture and light fixtures to bring the whole look together. We also want to give a special shout-out to our Project Manager, Samuel. He was incredibly responsive throughout the process, addressing all our concerns quickly and efficiently coordinating follow-ups with suppliers and contractors. Kudos to the entire team for handing back our unit right on schedule. Highly recommended for their professionalism, eye for detail and craftsmanship!

I engaged Cherlyn from Forefront Interior thru a referral from my neighbour. I love their design proposals and they gave good advices for our renovation. our PM Celia was also very responsive and we appreciated that they worked closely together that we didn’t have much to worry about. We really enjoyed our renovation process with Gabriel and Yve, who ensured that the journey was smooth and efficient. From the start, Gabriel has been very patient in listening to our needs and concerns and sharing his advice. He has a good eye for aesthetics and was able to balance design with our practical needs, while providing us with guidance that was helpful for us as first-time homeowners. Would recommend Gabriel and Yve to anyone looking for a reliable ID and PM!

Ranen and Jack are really a great team to work with. Being a new homeowner, there are so many renovation decisions to make and budget constraints to work with. Both Ranen and Jack are really emphathetic and understanding and will offer their best suggestions to me and my wife. Even though there might be occasional miscommunication, they will ensure that it gets rectified. To Ranen, me and my wife really loved our new home. We did not regret making our decision to choose you as our designer. Thank you for your patience in understanding what me and my wife look for in our home. Shoutout to Jack, who is a Jack of all trades. My wife and I are so thankful for having you oversee the entire renovation, from helping us take carpentry measurements, to coordinating with all the vendors and helping us fix electric sockets. Overall, Forefront really did a good job in managing the renovation project and we are happy with their workmanship.

We selected Wilfred Tan as our designer for his demonstration of creativity in concept and the always smiling and understanding style. We are very right about these throughout the renovation process: we have 4 family members with various expectations, and he managed to turn our vague concept into designs that satisfied our expectations; we had many design changes along the way, and each time he takes on with a smile. The projects involves not only Forefront's own subcon, but also some I decided to hire directly. The project manager, Samuel Teng, is sharp and thoughtful and excellent, and managed the combination with similar style of 'customer first' attitude. A very satisfied client and highly recommend.

We engaged ID Scott for our 4 room BTO renovation and we are extremely pleased with the very smooth renovation journey. Despite meeting 7 other ID firms, we went ahead with Scott given his experience, great design sense and eagerness to give us the best in each aspect of the renovation. Scott was also extremely detailed and very organized in his preparations before our meetings so it was very easy for us to follow as first time homeowners. He is also extremely transparent with his proposals, quotations and costings. Together with his Project Manager Eugene, they provided timely updates on the renovation status, solutions when there needed some tweaking in the original plan and ultimately a great peace of mind. They were very patient when guiding us through the different phases of renovation, despite the many questions they received from us. The project was delivered timely and exceeded our expectations, with high quality finishing. We highly recommend Scott and Eugene to anyone who is looking forward to a fuss free renovation process with high quality interior design!

The workmanship and finishing quality at handover exceeded our expectations, and the home came together beautifully despite the tight timeline we were working with. It truly feels like a space thoughtfully designed for us. Jocelyn was an absolute joy to work with. She was incredibly open to our ideas and took the time to actively brainstorm and refine solutions with us, often proposing layouts and design ideas that other IDs we consulted did not suggest. Her advice was always thoughtful and well-considered, yet never pushy, which made us feel comfortable expressing our preferences and making decisions confidently. She was consistently responsive, patient with our questions, and drew on both her professional experience and her own renovation journey to guide us. Eugene, our site supervisor, was equally wonderful to work with — calm, patient, and very responsive. He handled our changes positively, worked seamlessly with Jocelyn to resolve issues, and always approached feedback with a great attitude. As with any renovation, there were some challenges, but they were managed well overall. While the work timeline was not fully shared at the start, it was provided when we asked for it, and the team made a strong effort to keep things on track. Even with some last-minute changes, they went the extra mile to coordinate contractors and complete everything within the tight timeline we had set. We are truly grateful for the dedication shown throughout the process, and for anyone looking for an ID who is thoughtful, collaborative, and reliable, we would wholeheartedly recommend Jocelyn and Forefront Interior.

Splendid experience with Shaphine from Forefront Interior. We heard about her from another friend, and her design and communication style suited us really well - after we compared with close to five other IDs.
