Only the best things to say about IDs - Gabriel and Yve. They were life saviours to new homeowners like us who had no clue on how to start this whole renovation process. They turned each meetings into meaningful sessions with their knowledge, especially helpful for clueless people (like us) who only watches TikTok for home inspirations. They were very patient throughout the whole process, especially when inevitable hiccups happened. And did I mentioned that their moodboard was on point from the beginning, and the whole house was functional at the same time. They consistently check in and upgraded the whole design with functionality in mind as well. The Google review can’t fit all our praises but it was in summary, a very pleasant experience for us. My family had a very good experience working with Vic and Sanyi from Forefront Interior Pte Ltd. They are professional, patient, and knowledgeable in both design and materials. There are prompt to answer and see to my questions and needs, even after working hours. They took time to understand our needs and shared many useful ideas and design concepts that suited our lifestyle. Communication was smooth, and they were always responsive throughout the renovation process. During the different stages, never have I felt unsecured or anxiety in the promised deadline given to us. We are very happy with the final result and truly appreciate their effort and dedication. They will go all out to fulfill even when we nitpicked during the final viewing. Before renovations even began, my husband and I would rave about Wilfred to our family and friends whenever someone asked how our journey was going. Now that it’s over, I’m incredibly happy to say that the praises are far from over. We had a wonderful experience with Wilfred, Eugene, and all of Forefront’s suppliers. From our very first call with him, Wilfred caught us by surprise with how intentional he was in his approach. He came with questions, not statements, taking the time to understand us, our lifestyles, and our desires for the space in as much detail as possible. It became clear that he prioritised listening to what mattered most to us. As first-time homeowners, this was the moment we knew we could trust Wilfred to build our home with us. When renovations kicked off, we discovered that he’s also a keen problem-solver. On multiple occasions, he supported our decision-making process by reminding us of what we valued and encouraging us to focus on options that aligned with those priorities. This open, two-way communication kept the journey enjoyable. We felt like we’d hit the jackpot once with Wilfred as our ID, but in reality, we struck gold again with Eugene as our Project Manager. Eugene was detail-oriented and consistent in how he managed the project. From timelines to supplier coordination to homeowner communication, he kept everything running smoothly. There were even moments when we flagged something to him, and he would quickly respond that he had already noted it and arranged for the necessary suppliers to come down and rectify it. As if this team hadn’t already set the bar high, we were also amazed by the excellent team of suppliers that Forefront partners with. We’d especially like to give a shoutout to the Head Carpenter, who took the time to listen to us and design the carpentry with our needs in mind, not just what was convenient or easy. Through this process, we learned that the renovation journey truly comes with highs and lows. As homeowners, we are all in pursuit of making a place our own. The beautiful thing is that we get to choose who will go through that rollercoaster journey with us. We engaged Forefront for our 5-room renovation and overall, we are very satisfied with the experience. We would like to thank Scott (our ID) and Junyi (site coordinator) for making this journey smooth and manageable, especially given how stressful renovations can be. From the start, communication was clear and responsive, and we never had to chase for updates. One thing that stood out to us was how Scott respected our ideas and preferences. Unlike some IDs we’ve heard about, he didn’t impose his own design style but instead worked together with us to achieve what we wanted. They also truly went above and beyond—Scott personally helped to carry and match tiles around the showroom so we didn’t have to make multiple trips. This kind of effort really made a difference and showed their commitment. The final outcome matched what was promised and aligned with the design plans. The entire renovation was completed within the agreed timeline (around 1.5 months for a full overhaul), which we found very impressive. While there are touch-ups here and there, it was handled promptly when raised. Pricing was transparent throughout, with no unexpected costs, and any concerns we had were addressed quickly and responsibly. Most importantly, they made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We never felt paiseh to ask questions or request changes, and they always did their best to accommodate us. Overall, we would definitely recommend Forefront, especially Scott and Junyi, to homeowners looking for a reliable, responsive, and easy-to-work-with team.

We went through the usual process of meeting several interior designers before finally engaging the right one to design our first home. Wilfred from Forefront Interior stood out from the start. He was the only designer who took the time to truly understand our needs, preferences, and lifestyle before proposing any ideas. Throughout the entire journey, he remained patient, approachable, and never resorted to hard selling or pushing templated designs. One key reason to engage an interior designer is to gain clarity on practicality and feasibility. This is where Wilfred really excelled. He was honest in sharing his professional opinion, openly highlighting potential challenges in the designs we liked, and carefully walking us through the pros and cons. This helped us make informed decisions. When we were indecisive, he was also able to step in confidently and guide us forward. He is definitely not a “yes man” — and we truly appreciated that. We would also like to compliment our project manager, Jun Yi, for his prompt updates, responsiveness, and quick actions in addressing any issues. Renovation is rarely a perfectly smooth process, but the teamwork between Wilfred and Jun Yi made a huge difference. Any hiccups were managed efficiently, and we were kept well-informed throughout, including early notice on delays such as material lead times during peak periods. Overall, our home was delivered as expected, and we are very satisfied with the results. More than just a renovation, they’ve helped turn our vision into a space we genuinely look forward to coming home to every single day. That, to us, is something truly invaluable — and the real mark of a great interior designer. Highly recommended.

After meeting with about 10 different IDs, we decided to entrust Wilfred with our home reno because of his earnestness, design acumen and openness to feedback. We were looking out for someone who can value-add and listen to our ideas at the same time. We were also thankful to have Simon on board this project as our Project Manager. He's quick to solve the hiccups that came along the project and offered to liaise with all our vendors. Overall, we are happy with the reno process, the workmanship and accountability. We're happy to have more eyes on the project - it seems pretty rare to have an additional PM on the project. It's important to have sincere people with great attitude in a project like a home reno. The reno cost stayed more or less within our budget, even with VOs. Highly recommend Forefront Interior to anyone looking to renovate their homes!

It is great to work with Scott on home renovation as he pays attention to details, offers many options, open to ideas and most importantly, he delivers the outcome. I am grateful that he is our designer as he puts a lot of effort and time working on it. Most importantly, the service support is excellent. Scott is a very patient person and he connects well with my kid. I also wanted to thank Simon who working hard as well in the implementation works.

Highly recommend Wilfred (ID) and Yve (PM). This was one of our smoothest renovation experiences. We had a Parisian style in mind while also wanting ample storage space, Wilfred understood our requirements really well. He designed the home around utility and practicality without compromising the overall style. He was also able to go into detail, break down our ideas into multiple options, and patiently explain the pros and cons of each design. We appreciated that he was upfront about costs and would advise us honestly, even helping us save costs when some of our wilder ideas were less practical. This allowed us to make more informed decisions. Some designs were changed midway through the renovation because we wanted to add extra cabinets, but these changes were incorporated seamlessly and did not disrupt the style of the home. We really like how the cabinets and doors were hidden into a single “wall”, which made my home look more spacious. Yve maintained clear and timely communication with us, scheduled and rescheduled works to the earliest available dates and planned the timeline efficiently so there was little waiting time. Any hiccups like hinges, placements or paint were minimal and were quickly resolved by the team when brought up. Overall, we are very happy with how our home turned out.

I had a very positive experience working with this interior design team. The quality of materials used throughout my home was excellent, and you can really see and feel the difference in the final outcome. A special mention to my interior designer, Kayla, who was consistently prompt and responsive. She was easy to communicate with and always quick to address any questions or concerns, which made the entire process much more reassuring. The project management was also impressively smooth. Having a dedicated project manager made a big difference—Simon handled the coordination of deliveries and installations efficiently, ensuring everything stayed on track. Thanks to his efforts, the project progressed without any major setbacks. Overall, the experience was well-organized and stress-free, and I’m very satisfied with how everything turned out.

We recently completed our home renovation with Yve as our interior designer and Ximen as our project manager, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Yve has a great eye for design and really took the time to understand what we wanted. She made the whole process easy, giving thoughtful suggestions while keeping things practical and aligned with our lifestyle. Ximen was equally great on the project management side. He kept everything running smoothly, updated us regularly, and handled any issues quickly, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Overall, working with both of them made the renovation process much less stressful than we expected. We’re extremely pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend them!!

We chose to go with Wilfred from Forefront Interior because he was patient and took his time to explain the renovation process to us. He wasn't hard selling. He was friendly and open to answering our questions before we we decide to engaged with Forefront. During the process, he shared his own ideas for the design of our house while remaining open and receptive to our ideas and wants. Design was cater to our lifestyle. Quotation given was close to our budget, adjustments were made and we manage to keep it below the initiate quotation. During the renovation process, Wilfred kept himself available as well for us to ask questions on furniture choices. There were delays but the end product turn out well. Issue occurred during the renovation was answered promptly and solutions were brought up by Wilfred. Dates were scheduled to fix the issues. Craftsmanship of the final product was good and we are ultimately satisfied with Forefront Interior's job with our house.
