The decision to renovate a house that is a major one - not just concerns about cost of the renovation but also the need to move out, especially if the 101 year old elderly has to continue staying in the house during the whole process. This was a challenge few will take up. I was very thankful when Mike didn't reject the project unlike another company that I had earlier approach - no news after our initial meeting... Mike did alot to facilitate the whole process & completed the renovation as requested within 6 weeks! We certainly could not avoid the dust, noise & certain imperfections but all taken together, we are definitely impressed by the work done. Certainly will recommend this team if you will like to keep most of what you have but just to replace the old & broken. I had fresh coat of paint, new cabinets made for my kitchens, bedroom, front porch & living room, electrical touch up of all switches, a complete overhaul of the bathroom in my master bedroom, replaced toilet bowls & accessories & several other minor repairs & replacement done.

We chose to work with OMNI design to renovate 2 bedrooms and the bathroom sink. Jasmine helped us with the planning and also brought some of our specific visions to life. She walked through the entire process with us, from design rooms to picking out lighting, curtains, and a sink. Jasmine was also very friendly and kept us updated with the renovation schedules and timeline, and also answered any questions and concerns we had promptly. Pricing was also kept very transparent, and we were able to work within the budget. Overall, very happy with the outcome of our reno!

Timeline was also quite well managed . She was really friendly and very patient with us throughout the process of pre discussions, during renovation and after the works were completed. She explained the process in detail, what materials to use, what is easy to take care, she was prompt with her replies and things that she needed to get done on her part.
