We chose to work with OMNI design to renovate 2 bedrooms and the bathroom sink. Jasmine helped us with the planning and also brought some of our specific visions to life. She walked through the entire process with us, from design rooms to picking out lighting, curtains, and a sink. Jasmine was also very friendly and kept us updated with the renovation schedules and timeline, and also answered any questions and concerns we had promptly. Pricing was also kept very transparent, and we were able to work within the budget. Overall, very happy with the outcome of our reno!

We engaged OMNI for our home renovation after speaking to a few IDs, and the deciding factor was how comfortable we felt with our ID, Chen Yi Ling, from the start. She was patient in understanding what we wanted, and didn’t push unnecessary ideas or costs, which we really appreciated. Throughout the renovation, communication was clear and consistent. Updates were given regularly, and any issues that came up were explained honestly together with proposed solutions. As homeowners, this gave us a lot of peace of mind, especially since renovation can be quite stressful. In terms of design, she was able to translate our references into something practical and suitable for daily living, and she helped us visualise it with a sketchup. We wanted a clean, modern-luxe feel that is cosy but still functional, and the end result turned out very close to what we imagined. Workmanship was generally good. Timeline was also quite well managed . Overall, our experience with OMNI was positive, and we would recommend them to homeowners who want a reliable team that is responsive, transparent, and able to guide you through the renovation process without making it overwhelming.

We engaged Omni as we saw some nice renovation ads from IG, and we are truly happy with our ID Jasmine. She was really friendly and very patient with us throughout the process of pre discussions, during renovation and after the works were completed. She explained the process in detail, what materials to use, what is easy to take care, she was prompt with her replies and things that she needed to get done on her part. Even after the renovation has completed, Jasmine remained responsive and helped with the little touch-ups that were needed- showing great post renovation service. She’s friendly, patient, and always quick to address any questions or concerns we might have. Xinyu also made the effort to be on site whenever needed to make sure things were done properly. We had the opportunity to work with Omni Interior Design and was assigned to Linda Lu and Linda is a passionate ID to work with. Although there's some hit up along the way, she promised and made good suggestions to the entire renovation planning and work. She is very responsive to our queries when we need to have better understanding on the renovation progress etc. Good recommendation if you need any renovation assistance.

I have met a few house ID and decided to go for Omnidesign at the end, not just because the price quoted but i think connection was important too. Eric touched my heart in a way. I gave them a deadline as I was quite rushing to move, they completed within the timeframe. I engaged Omnidesign for my 3-room resale flat renovation, and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish! Our ID, Eric, was incredibly responsive, replying to WhatsApp messages even at late hours. They transformed my old resale flat to modern scandi home within my budget. The final prices might be higher due to adding on this and that or better material used therefore is important to table out clearly each and every details. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable renovation work! Even when I found minor issues, they were quick to rectify them without delays.
