I rarely write any review in any platform or social media however during my recent renovations journey, I met Lilian from Omni Design. She is a very talented ID which I’m grateful to have her as our ID for our 5 room renovation project. She is very patience and will try her best to understand our renovation requirements. She will suggest great ideas to meet your expectations and for us, she exceeded our expectations. We needed to complete our renovation within 8 weeks which is very tight deadline, she push her team to help us and in the midst still able to accommodate our frequent changes of design renovations. In summary, we have met our guardian angels in our renovation journey. Thanks to Omni Design, Lilian and her dedicated team!

Although I did not do much renovations for my house. The ID from Omni Design , JAY was really very helpful in assisting me do the planning of the whole renovation process. He gave very detailed suggestions, illustrated drawings of what he suggested so that I can visualise on what to expect. In a few occasions where I even changed my mind after what we have agreed on, he patiently amended the drawings and show me the next day. He also returns calls and texts quickly. Not only that, he has a team of subcontractors who does good quality work. If any work needed to be changed, JAY would ensure his team quickly rectifies it. Renovation work was done way above my expectations. He has definitely won my trust. I would certainly recommend ID JAY to my friends and colleagues. Thank you ID JAY from OMNI Design 😀

I personally would like to thank Mr Rahmat for everything he have explained to us from the start till the end of the reno ends. And thank you for very patience with us 🤣 The workers are fast and all works completed on time. The design comes out exactly what we wants. Engaged my ID Cheryl for our new BTO. Cheryl is sincere and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure things go smoothly. She has good work ethnic and positive attitude. She continues to maintain good rapport with the contractors which is of utmost importance when it comes to getting work done. She has a good flair of colours and design and is able to deliver as promised and meet the deadline that I requested without compromising on the quality. Very satisfied with the outcome. Carpentry workmanship is good too! No regrets!

I am very pleased with my home renovation done by ID Ellison Woon, and Yirus, of Omni Design. Ellison is very responsive and returns calls and texts quickly. Not only that, he has a team of subcontractors who does good quality work. If any work needed to be changed, Ellison would ensure his team quickly rectifies it. The renovation was not delayed despite it being done between December to February, over several public holidays. Ellison and team not only finished everything within the agreed timeline but did not sacrifice the quality of work. Good job!

Tiffany from Omni design assured us we will be ready to move in before new year when we got our key on Nov 2023. Having started renovation near the end of November, we were ready to move in before February. Workmanship and design can be discussed with her as per our expectations. Sia was very responsive and amenable to changes in the schedule. He would take the time to explain the circumstances and practicalities when issues crop up and would update us accordingly. He was receptive to our requests as well. Given the time frame we wanted the renovation to occur in and be completed by, the works were all done and rectified according to plan. This was very helpful as it was right before CNY.
