We decided to engage this ID as he gave us a very good first impression. He was very organised and systematic. Also there were many good reviews about the company on google and Qanvast. However, things started going downhill when reno started. Engaging this ID firm has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've had. ID showed a lack of professionalism and responsibility. There was almost no proper supervision of the renovation works, which meant homeowner, had to constantly be on-site to coordinate with subcontractors — something that should have been the ID’s job. The ID was frequently uncontactable, often going MIA for days with no updates or progress about work done. When I did manage to reach them, responses were vague and unhelpful. Several key renovation tasks were delayed or done poorly due to this lack of oversight. Workmanship was below standard, and I had to request multiple rectifications for issues that should have been caught early. After 2 months, all the issues were not even fixed. Subcon damaged the carpentry laminate but used silicon to cover up as if nothing happened as we mentioned a lot of times about the silicon, it was when the electrician came to adjust things and removed the silicon when they found out about the damaged laminate on our island. Besides that, there were a lot of peel off/broken PVC. Contacted the boss and he told us that these are inevitable. They did not even bother fixing it and keep dragging and delaying. Also, what was worse is that one day we found out we could not access the unit as someone deliberately changed our lock. On top of that, communication was inconsistent, deadlines were missed repeatedly, and there was little to no accountability when things went wrong. What should have been an exciting and smooth renovation journey turned into a stressful, drawn-out nightmare. I would not recommend this ID firm to anyone looking for a reliable and professional renovation experience. The lack of proper project management, quality control, and client service was simply unacceptable.

We got to know Karlun from SHE Interior via Qanvast referral, he was the 2nd ID we met, and his meticulousness, honesty and confidence has since left good impression on us which are the main reasons we eventually engaged him among the other 10-12 IDs whom we have met though some even proposed much lower quotations than his. Karlun is generous to share renovation tips and advises even before we confirmed him, and he ensured our habits and life styles are considered when he did his design planning. Karlun is honest and reliable who does not over-promise and is responsive to our queries fast. Our renovation process was fortunate to be smooth all thanks to Karlun, he was on site from time to time and updated us with videos even without us asking. There were undoubtedly some minor hiccups along the renovation journey but Karlun always managed to solve them promptly. Overall, we are very satisfied with Karlun’s service that we even recommended him to our friend even before our renovation ended. That clearly shows the quality of his services and he is definitely in our ID recommendation list!

We feel grateful to have our ID Moon to makeover our 20+ years old condo unit become like a brand-new house in my living area. I handle minor renovation for my current house last time, so strongly feel that she is a very detailed person on the unit, spacing concept and also personal lifestyle as well, still remember we have about 2 hours plus there just for the first meet, didn't expect we can talk so long hour 😅 And she was very opened to our unusual ideas on design and she bring them into her proposal very well when when until third meet. Yes, we were willing to spend more time before we sign any ID and intend to have more conversation with those the IDs because it actually quite large amounts involved. I don't want the process before assign an ID just like a "fast food concept" and eventually things all coming up during renovation. So I'm very appreciate and attracted by Moon with her unique personality on her workflows and working style, take her time to bring us to discuss deeply in what she going to design our home, even we haven't confirm who are going to assign. Another reason that we admire her as our ID due to her outspoken character, bring out the foreseen issue upon some works, explain & analyze with us for our understanding. Overall, we have a quite good & smooth conversation between both of us, the outcome of the new house is what we look for. Budget part, ya over already but at the same time it is considered as design detailings that we agree together and we love her poposal. Some other firm have a pretty lower quote, then we also understanding that "you get what you pay for", and it's true, worth it, when Moon's ideas is very different from other ID, the whole journey of renovation everything was pleasant! Overall, I’m satisfied with the work, especially the carpentry and vinyl flooring, which were of high quality. The work was completed very quickly, meeting my move-in timeline, so I was happy with the progress. The electrical and aircon work, recommended by Qian Rong, was also smooth and efficient. Additionally, the price was reasonable, and there were no concerns about going over budget. However, there were a few areas where attention to detail could have been better. I raised concerns early on about the white material being prone to staining, but unfortunately, it did get marked before I moved in. Despite trying several suggested solutions, the stains remained, which was disappointing. Communication could also have been improved—while Xuan was very responsive, I found Qian Rong, the main designer, to be a bit less engaged at times. We had to make several changes because my ideas didn’t seem to be fully considered at the start, and I only received suggestions from Qian Rong after I raised concerns. That said, after more discussions, Qian Rong did provide helpful advice and worked to resolve the issues, which I appreciate. With a bit more attention to detail throughout the process, things could have gone smoother. But overall, I’m happy with the quality, speed of work, and price.

My ID has been very responsive to our clarifications and any rectifications throughout the process. She took the initiative to change the ceiling fan color to match our theme, which was proactive and thoughtful. Additionally, she was very helpful in coordinating the lighting for the house. Her project management skills were great, as she efficiently handled coordination and kept things moving smoothly. Though throughout the reno process, we still have to identify some touch up or things lacking, it would be appreciative if ID can take the lead to identify the concerns regarding the design in her view and propose suggestions. as well as the small paint/debris that fell on our other furnitures. Apart from that, the quotation and pricing were also layed out very clearly. And she did a very good job in the design with our master bedroom which was proposed by her. She made other suggestions which were constructive such as tv console and living room. The post reno service were great too. We will recommend her as your ID as you can trust her.

Found SHE interior through qanvast platform and Karlun was our ID. He was responsible, respond rate is fast, always on time and keep us updated on the weekly renovation schedule. He listened to our concerns and provided us ideas, and we love how our house turned out to be. There are some defects after renovation, which is common for all reno, and he rectified it quickly too. Thankful that we engaged him, no ID nightmare.

Eugene She provided exceptional service throughout my renovation. He was patient, answering my queries even after hours, and his clear instructions facilitated a smooth process. The kitchen cabinet installation was expertly handled, leaving no dust or debris. The carpenter's work was meticulous, and the tabletop installer did an excellent job with the vulcan sintered stone and silicon sealing. The plumbing was also well-executed, with the plumber accommodating our requests. All this was offered at a competitive price. I highly recommend She Interior Design for any renovation needs.

She coordinated with sub-con very well to ensure everything completed within scheduled time. She was also very frank to us with what can be done within our budget.
