We had a great experience with SHE interior ! Moon was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire renovation process. She understood our ideas well and turned them into a design that matched exactly what we wanted. The final result turned out beautifully, and we are very satisfied with the workmanship and overall experience.

We are very grateful to have Karlun as our ID throughout our renovation journey. From the very beginning, he took the initiative to reassure us by going through our budget carefully, especially when we were feeling stressed and overwhelmed by quotations from other ID companies. He ensured that our needs and wants were met without compromising on quality or materials, while still staying within our budget. Throughout the renovation process, Karlun was patient, responsive, and helpful in addressing our questions and concerns. He guided us clearly through each stage and kept us updated regularly on the progress, which gave us peace of mind and reduced the need for frequent site visits. We also truly appreciate his effort in ensuring that the project was completed before CNY. Whenever there were challenges or minor issues along the way, Karlun took responsibility and ensured that they were promptly addressed and resolved. He made sure everything was fixed properly and followed through to ensure that all was in good order. Sincerely thank Moon and her carpentry team for the excellent work done. She was responsive and always replied promptly, which made the whole process smooth. She shared many ideas and at the same time listen to our needs and preferences. She was responsible and well-organised. The carpentry team delivered quality workmanship. Overall the project was completely efficiently and faster than I expected. We are satisfied with the final outcome and would highly recommend her and the carpentry team.

Jess was a real blessing. She came to our place (on a Sunday!) for our first meeting, to get to know our needs. This was not the approach used by the other IDs we spoke to. The other IDs needed us to hold initial discussions (at least until we confirmed their services) at their office instead. We noticed that Jess' attention to detail thereafter, and her ability to respond promptly to our feedback were first class. She suggested practical changes to our initial ideas, and proposed the entire color theme for our home renovation. The contractors she worked with (from the carpenters, electricians, tilers, etc.) were very friendly, and attentive to our needs. They were always ready to listen to our requests directly, and act on changes required. Overall, Jess was truly instrumental in ensuring that we created our dream home. We are truly grateful to her and to all her contractors for their effort, their ability to accommodate to our needs and for their warmth despite their busy schedules.

His dedication, patience, and responsiveness have truly made a difference. From coordinating with multiple suppliers to ensuring every detail was handled with care, his efforts have been exceptional. Qian Rong is a patient ID where he listens to our needs and work on our room design. Our room is a small scale project with not much flexibility to work with. Admidst that, he still manages to design the room to be practical and fits what we imagine. The project has a tight timeline, he came onboard mid way and was able to deliver within the timeline! When there are things that went wrong, we immediately highlight to him and he responded quickly, even coming down all the way to the site to clarify the issue with his workers which we appreciate. This helps to reduce the frustration we have when we try to communicate with the vendors on site. It definitely helped us as owners to take off the stress on our mind knowing that it will be settled by Qian Rong. He was also very patient and accomodating to our changes and requests along the way. Which shows that he is responsible and take pride in his work to ensure his clients needs are met. Overall, there are some hiccups with the vendors on their deliverables but we understand that in renovation, there are bound to be issues or miscommunication between vendors versus what the client envisioned. But Qian Rong stepping in as our ID to rectify the issue quickly helped us to ensure all are delivered the way we want. This is super important for us as we do not need to worry about the end product as we know at the back of our mind that it will get solved eventually under Qian Rong's supervision.

This is our second time engaging Ryan from She Design Interior, and once again he did not disappoint. Despite the project being extremely rushed, Ryan remained professional, responsive, and highly committed throughout. He worked very hard to ensure the renovation was completed within just 7 weeks months, which is truly impressive given the tight timeline. What we really appreciate is Ryan’s sense of responsibility as an ID. We understand that there is no such thing as a perfect renovation, but when there were defects or issues, Ryan did not avoid them and took the initiative to follow up and ensure proper rectification. This is something we feel is extremely important for homeowners, as it gives us peace of mind knowing the ID stands by their work even after handover. His team of carpenters are nice and friendly too. So we do not have to deal with any bad attitude which makes renovation stress free. Another big plus is that Ryan never pushed for unnecessary top-ups or add-ons during the renovation period, which we really appreciate. As I heard too many of such cases from my friends side. Everything was transparent and focused on what we genuinely needed. Overall, we are very grateful for Ryan’s hard work, reliability, and dedication. After meeting close to ten IDs and contractors, we eventually chose SHE Interior and specifically requested Moon to manage our project, as we believe the account manager plays a crucial role in any home renovation. We first discovered SHE Interior through Google reviews, where Moon was frequently mentioned and highly praised—and those reviews proved to be completely accurate. From our first meeting, Moon left a strong impression. She was genuine, attentive, and even prepared a 3D AutoCAD drawing based on our ideas right away. This really set her apart, especially since many other IDs were unwilling to do anything before a contract was signed. Throughout the renovation journey, Moon patiently refined the design to align with our preferences while always being mindful of our budget. We had heard many horror stories about IDs pushing unnecessary upgrades, being unclear about costs, or leaving clients in the dark—but Moon was truly different. She never attempted to upsell us, instead offering practical and thoughtful suggestions, and consistently reassured us at every step of the process. Her pricing was fair and transparent, which we also verified through our own research. Communication was another strong point. Moon was responsive and easy to talk to, and even when questions were outside her scope—such as seeking advice on curtain colours from a different vendor or the sofa colour in the living room—she was more than happy to share her honest opinions to help everything come together cohesively. During the renovation, she consistently kept us updated, addressed our questions promptly, and went above and beyond by giving advice on colour schemes and furniture selections to ensure the overall look flowed well, even though these were not technically part of her responsibilities. What truly stood out was her attention to detail and sense of responsibility. Even after the renovation was completed, Moon personally checked on the workmanship and pointed out minor issues we hadn’t noticed, such as a small imperfection in the silicone finishing of a cabinet. She took the initiative to arrange for touch-ups, which really showed how much she cared about the final outcome. Overall, if you are looking for an interior designer who genuinely cares about her clients, respects your budget, and supports you every step of the way, Moon is someone we highly recommend. We had an overall very positive experience working with our interior designer Qian Rong and are extremely happy with the final outcome of our new home. He had the challenging task of managing three very different and strong opinions—an elderly mom who is extremely detail-oriented and very severe OCD, a younger daughter with her own vision, and another daughter living overseas who was involved remotely. On top of that, my mom closely monitored all the subcontractors, which added another layer of complexity to the project. Throughout the process, Qian Rong remained patient, professional, and composed despite many requests, changes, and occasionally conflicting feedback. His design vision was thoughtful and cohesive, and he did a great job bringing everything together into a home we truly love. As with most renovation projects, there were many small defects that needed fixing after completion. The subcontractors did return when requested, and we coordinated most of these post-handover fixes through our interior designer. This helped ensure issues were addressed, even though it extended beyond the initial handover period. It also became apparent to us that the demands of an interior designer’s role are more extensive than we initially expected. He seemed to be managing multiple projects at the same time, and while everything ultimately got done, we would have appreciated him being a bit more hands-on and more present on site, especially during the defect-fixing stage. There were also a few details we might have done differently in hindsight, such as the placement of some electrical outlets. That said, these are relatively minor points compared to the overall success of the project. We are very pleased with the final outcome and grateful for Qian Rong’s patience, creativity, and perseverance in handling a complex family dynamic and a demanding project. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a capable designer who can manage challenging situations and still deliver a beautiful end result.

Thanks to June and the team for managing the renovation works for our condo unit. From proposal to confirmation, she has been detailed, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We are impressed with the SHE portfolio and the general feel of their projects, and the price points are reasonable and in line with market trends. June works around our budget and design requirements and firmed out our proposal taking these into consideration. After confirmation, she is meticulous with the coordination and the preparation work. During the project, we has some feedback and also requested some design alternations, which she promptly attended to. At the end, the results are almost as per our 3D proposals and the project was finished ahead of schedule. We liked the final color and material combination and the workmanship of the team for the project. Thanks to SHE and June for the job well done.

After meeting up with a number of IDs we eventually ended up with SHE Interior based on the positive reviews on Qanvast but the deciding factor was our interaction with June, the ID assigned to us. June impressed us with her patience and willingness to listen to us to understand our needs. She also took the time to understand the needs of each of our family members and our routines. June is professional in her approach but is also very personable and was able to put us at ease and provided us with good advice and inputs. Throughout the whole renovation process which took close to three months, we did major works in our condo unit. June was hands on and committed throughout. She was on site, remained contactable, quick to respond and proactively updated us. She really made the whole process such a painless affair. We also appreciate that she took time to accompany us for material selection and guided us on choice of appliances. Along the way, where there were hiccups, issues were always quickly resolved. SHE's team of contractors were also professional and timely in their work. Quality of workmanship is good. Handover upon completion was smooth and the end product met all our expectations and best of all, on time. Small issues that cropped up after handover was quickly attended to and June was always quick to check if everything was ok. The cost quotation for the whole project was not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. Overall satisfaction with the company and especially with June is very high and will highly recommend them.

We are very satisfied with the entire interior design process and the final results. From the very beginning, the designer took the time to understand my lifestyle, preferences, and the overall feeling I wanted for my home. Suggestions were thoughtful and practical, and I really appreciated how they balanced aesthetics with everyday functionality. Throughout the project, communication was smooth and timely. We were kept updated relatively well and communications back and forth was adequate. The workmanship and attention to detail were also satisfactory — from the carpentry to the lighting layout. Minor adjustments were required but these were rectified efficiently. Overall, we are delighted with the outcome and would confidently recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable and skilled interior designers.
