Extremely satisfied with the service rendered by our ID, Ting Si Han. He made our whole renovation process a smooth and stress-free one. He was open to our feedback and ideas but at the same time provided us with useful tips based on his expertise. We found this to be very helpful and can now call our house a home. Grateful to our ID, Si Han, who is always on the ball, has an eye for detail, efficient and very professional.

Overall design is perfect and we are like 99% hand off during the whole reno process because he is so so reliable and accountable for! He keeps us updated on the progress 2-3 times a week! Went on a search for the suitable ID who understands how I want for my ideal home. I met a few IDs and its only Si Ming from Starry Homestead that actually understands what I want. As a first time homeowner, there are so many things that I do not understand, but Si Ming will always be very patient in explaining to me the terms in details and making sure that I understood them. Wanted something Japandi style and Si Ming will recommend me some designs and show me photos of similar designs from his previous projects so that I am able to visualize how the outcome will look like. He will also provide me with suggestions whether the things that I want is feasible or not. Si Ming is always ready to answer my sudden queries like what are the dimensions or whether this lighting is ok to buy, so I do not need to remember the details when I go shopping for furniture. During renovation, Si Ming is very proactive and responsive. He will send updates on the work done so I do not need to go onsite to check every other day. He also goes the extra mile and ensures the workers will do a good job. His project management is excellent, fast and efficient in arranging work to be done promptly. He also ensured that everything is in good condition before handover. Overall I am very glad that I chose Starry Homestead and had Si Ming as my ID. Will definitely recommend him and the company to those who are looking to building their own dream home.

I planned to renovate my 2nd hand condo unit at the beginning of Dec last year. I started to look around for ID firm. Starry Homestead caught my eyes as it had a lot of good reviews. My husband and I walked into their Balestier office last July without appointment. Steven was the only ID there at that time. He recieved us warmly and spent 1.5 hrs to understand our needs which gave us very good impression. During quotation phase, Steven was very considerate to adjust items to fit into our budget. We selected Starry Homestead as our ID as we felt comfortable with Steven. During design phase, he had artistic feel and recommended modern design to us. He was a perfectionest and attended to details. He spent a lot of time to discuss with us to ensure best aesthetic look and maximize space usage. During rennovation phase, he was very responsible. We were grateful that we even had an overseas trip at the end of last year as Steven assured us that he could manage it without us around. Project was completed on time at the beginning of Mar this year. We were very happy with the overall result. Steven did a great job to transform an old unit to a modern and cosy home. Truly appreciate! I would like to highly recommend Starry Homestead to other home owners if you want to have high quality outcome and peaceful mind in the journey.

The renovation is pleasant, special thanks to our Designer Johnny. As this is our first renovation journey, we had been rather indecisive and uncertain about many things. He is experienced and provided us with many useful advices throughout the journey. Also, he was accommodating to our last minute requests and helped us to expedite some requests to meet our timeline. Thankful for this awesome experience!

After meeting with multiple IDs and as Starry Homestead has always been one of my choice, I had decided to go with Yuki. One of the factors is she is able to do furniture shopping with me and to give me constant ideas and opinions. She is patient to listen to my ideas as well and given me some spaces saving tips to maximize the space for my small home. Throughout the renovation process, Yuki was easily reached and responded promptly whenever I had any queries and she manage to rectify all issues. (e.g. wrong top cabinet colour). Though there are some delays in the later part of the schedule, but I guess it is inevitable in every home renovation. She also shows her professionalism when it comes to after sales. Thanks to Yuki, my home has been transformed into a place where I called it a cozy home.

Engaged Si Han from Starry Homestead through friend's recommendation. Glad to share that the journey was smooth right from the start. Other than understanding the renovation theme and our wants & needs, he also suggest and propose better space planning and share budget-friendly alternative options for us. I think the most important aspect is that designer can understand what we want and update the progress promptly.

The designer was very helpful in terms of suggesting alternative designs or products. The designer was keeping me up to date on stages of the renovation, which means that i do not have to keep visiting the site to see the progress. The designer was quick to help resolve issues when problems arised during the renovation process. The designer helped to coordinate some of the installation of fixtures with other vendors.

Rayson has been a committed and responsible ID, taking great pride in his works and designs while incorporating the needs and wants of his customers foremost in his projects. He have delivered his projects with quality and time lines met despite shortcomings. He has also managed to keep the projects to our budget and ensures that workmanship on site is up to mark and quality. In the event of any discrepancies, Rayson is also quick to troubleshoot, respond and update us to leave us without worries.

From start to end, Jimmy was patient in handling all our questions. She would always come up with practical solutions for us to choose. Her attention to minute details while designing all the lightings and power points were very helpful in making the whole house feel comfortable and convenient. She is also very responsive over WhatsApp, replying our questions promptly. This is even after we have handed over the house. An excellent experience working with Starry Homestead and especially Jimmy.
