I must preface this to say that we didn’t sign with El Arte but we really wanted to leave a review for the excellent ID we met and worked with - Rebecca. We met Rebecca over the course of about 5 wks, and had numerous meetings with her. From the get go, she was considerate of the fact that we were still overseas, and tried her best to fit our time. She also came fully prepared, with ideas, suggestions, and even drew up 2-3 options for us - something that very few other IDs did (in the end we met close to 15). Rebecca was heard our needs/lifestyle, and Came up with ideas/suggestions that showed she truly thought from our perspective. She also came up with very cool ideas that worked with our less than ideal home layout. Being architecture trained, Rebecca also gave good, realistic advice, and was never pushy which we really valued. Her advice on things like whether a certain number of drawers were feasible made complete sense when she explained them patiently to us - that was very helpful since we were planning for our new home for the first time and had some ideas that really probably wouldn’t have worked. She also went the extra mile to check with her contractors/suppliers when we saw things we’d have wanted but they didn’t supply (like a type of swivel shower partition). She also actively negotiated for a better price for us, within reasonable limits. Perhaps what we enjoyed most about working with Rebecca was her clear explanations and her good vibes - it was never just “yes can do” or “no cannot do” - but she took time to help us understand aspects of design and explore collaboratively what could and couldn’t be done. (Her scribbled drawings are also very easy to understand/act as a good visual aid when she’s explaining). While we went with another company due to their company’s in house carpentry etc(we were mostly doing carpentry for this Reno), we will not hesitate to work with Rebecca in the future should we need any work or Reno to be done!

Roy work according to my budget and plan with care to ensure I can achieve my "dream house" idea while not overspent. He is flexible and patient in arranging meet-up with me due to my hectic schedule. Trustable! And most importantly, he can understand what my needs and wants in building my dream house. He offered extra help to source for compatible deco and accessories. Hopefully once the renovation started he can also put in equal effort to the entire renovation project.

Had the opportunity to discuss our home renovation plans with Quad R's Nigel, and we were impressed by his expertise and professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first home renovation — all thanks to Philbert from Massing Design. What we expected to be a stressful journey turned out to be smooth, enjoyable, and surprisingly fun. We first met Philbert at an ID event and were instantly wowed by how he could sketch design ideas live on his iPad. It gave us a clear visual sense of space and flow — something many IDs couldn’t achieve. He also proposed a unique false ceiling concept that perfectly captured the ambience we wanted but couldn’t quite articulate. Seeing the final outcome look exactly like his render was simply amazing. One thing we truly appreciated was Philbert’s eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date. We were keen to explore some new products in the market, and instead of giving a quick yes or no, Philbert actually took the initiative to visit the showrooms, speak with the product specialists, and understand their pros and cons before offering his recommendations. It gave us so much confidence knowing his advice was thoughtful and well-informed. Beyond his creativity, Philbert impressed us with his professionalism and commitment. He was always responsive, patient, and transparent in explaining materials, timelines, and costs. Even when he met with an accident (yes, literally in the ambulance!), he still checked in to coordinate with the contractors to ensure the scheduled works continued smoothly — that’s the level of dedication he brings. Throughout the process, he made communication so easy — like chatting with a trusted friend who genuinely wanted the best for us. He respected our ideas, offered thoughtful advice, and never imposed his opinions. The renovation was well-managed and went smoothly, which is rare given the horror stories we’d heard from others. Even after handover, he continued to check in and ensure everything was in good order. Our home truly reflects our personalities, lifestyle, and dreams, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Philbert, for bringing our vision to life and making our first-home journey so memorable. We’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a designer who combines creativity, reliability, and genuine care.

We engaged Omni Interior Design for our home renovation and had a really good experience working our assigned ID Xinyu! She’s friendly, patient, and always quick to address any questions or concerns we might have. Xinyu also made the effort to be on site whenever needed to make sure things were done properly. She took time to understand what we wanted and managed to bring our ideas to life, adding helpful suggestions along the way. Throughout the renovation, we felt assured and didn’t have to worry much as everything was well taken care of. The reno pricing has been fair & transparent, and the quality of work is good. Overall, we’re very happy with how our home turned out and would definitely recommend Xinyu from Omni Interior Design!

After visiting over ten interior design firms, we decided to engage Carmen from Forefront Interior as our designer. We were looking for someone who could visualize the space creatively and help us build something truly special and Carmen’s ideas and enthusiasm stood out to us from the start. As someone who is very detail-focused, I’ll admit I wasn’t the easiest client to work with. Working with Carmen (ID) and Simon (PM) has been quite a journey, with its fair share of theme changes, miscommunications, and timeline delays. Through this process, I’ve learned a lot about what I really want in a home, though the journey could certainly have been smoother. Carmen has consistently been responsive, pleasant, and patient, and I truly appreciate that. She took the time to understand my specific requests and always tried her best to make things work. Her input on the theme and color scheme helped us refine our vision and achieve a cohesive look for the house. That said, at times, the experience felt more like a shared effort rather than a guided process. I found myself sourcing suppliers and researching materials, fittings, and appliances extensively to the point I took a career break. On the bright side, this gave me valuable insight and a deeper appreciation for the final outcome. There were a many hiccups along the way. The original handover was planned for end-July, but due to delays, we only managed to move in around mid-August (before the 7th month) and completed the final handover in October. Clearer communication on timelines especially and scheduling would have made the process less stressful. Despite the challenges, the end result has been wonderful. Our home feels personal, unique, and greater than what we could have envisioned it to be. While there are some things I would approach differently if given the chance, overall, we’re very happy with how everything turned out. I’m grateful to Carmen for her patience, professionalism, and willingness to work through the bumps in the road. The journey may have been challenging, but the outcome is a home we both truly enjoy and love and that’s something we deeply appreciate.

We engaged Suki from Interior Lab after seeing that she has alot of positive reviews and experience in design. Suki is a good project manager, on top of being very responsive, she is prompt in liaising with contractors on rectification works. Her work is very detailed and overall it was a fuss free experience. The whole process was smooth and took about 2 months within the timeline. We love the final result, looks exactly like the 3d :) thanks Suki and team!

We recently completed a major renovation of our 5-room resale flat with the design team led by Luke, Phoebe, and Chin Ee, and the experience was truly collaborative and professional. Our decision to engage this team was based on their proactive approach and commitment to our vision. Right from the start, they showed they were excellent listeners, immediately grasping our needs and design ideas. Crucially, they provided 3D renders upfront before signing the contract, stating they wanted to ensure the design was absolutely perfect before we committed. This level of dedication instantly built our trust. Luke and Phoebe were wonderfully patient and kind in accommodating our more unusual requests. They were not at all judgmental about our out-of-the-norm color palette, simply mentioning they admired our daring choice! They even incorporated a "crazy idea" like breaking down a toilet wall into the initial space planning, and when we later changed our minds, they smoothly revised the plans back. Updates were always delivered in a timely manner, and the team consistently provided valuable suggestions or alternatives to navigate issues that arose during construction. While there was a minor handover between points of contact (Luke to Phoebe to Chin Ee), the transition was seamless, and there were no delays or breaks in the workflow. The project duration was slightly longer, but this was a mutual understanding, as we were not rushing and wanted the work done correctly. Communication was clear and prompt, moving from initial detailed face-to-face meetings to efficient use of WhatsApp once the project started. We also had several key onsite visits for miles stone like key handover from the previous owner and finalizing placement of lighting and bathroom accessories . The team's ability to propose custom solutions to meet our needs was impressive. When we mentioned our need for storage for a large collection of display items such as figurines and statue, they proposed a very beautiful display cabinet and advised on its optimal placement. They also provided excellent insights on color combinations for our custom carpentry. Their most outstanding quality is their knowledge and experience in the space. They were always able to assess a sudden issue on-site and quickly provide a practical solution or expert suggestion, giving us great confidence throughout the process. The service and workmanship were generally high. Minor issues, such as small paint blotches or stains on tiles and carpentry, were handled professionally by Chin Ee. Her response was prompt, and rectifications were done quickly, ensuring a clean and flawless finish. Chin Ee would help to communicate with the contractors to do the rectifications work and even gave suggestions like when our water had some minor pressure issues. Regarding logistics, the budget was exceeded slightly, but this was due to unexpected extra works encountered during the renovation itself, not an initial misquote. The timeline was given in terms of general phases rather than hard dates, which worked well for our preference to prioritize quality. Overall, we are delighted with our new flat. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating interior design partner.

I worked with Yang Hann for my home renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He gave honest feedback when something might not work, and offered alternative suggestions that often turned out even better. It’s clear he truly cares about quality and client satisfaction, not just completing a job. One thing that really stood out was how punctual and organized he was. The renovation was completed on schedule — a rare thing in this industry — and he delivered exactly what was promised. He regularly visited the site to check on progress and workmanship, ensuring that everything met his standards before handing over. I never had to chase or worry about delays.

I’m very pleased with Joleen’s work. She was professional, dedicated, and guided us through the design process with clear explanations and realistic 3D renders that closely matched the final result. She was proactive in resolving defects, flexible with my schedule, and ensured everything was completed smoothly and on time for our move-in before the lunar 7th month. Overall, it was a worry-free experience, and I highly recommend her for her reliability, attention to detail, and excellent service.
