Had a really good experience Jerome and his team overall for our first home! The end-to-end execution, checking in on the status of our house at different phases and timely updates were appreciated. Jerome was also accommodative to our requests and communication was easy, always responsive whenever I had questions or small changes along the way. I also appreciated how responsible and hands-on they were throughout the whole process, making sure things were done properly and on time. The end result turned out great and we're really happy with our new home. Would definitely recommend Jerome if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with 👍👍

As a first-time homeowner, I had many questions throughout the renovation process, and Irvin was consistently patient in explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. Working with her was easy and pleasant, as she has an amiable and humorous character. Her calm and composed attitude helped ensure that the already stressful renovation process never felt overwhelming, even though it was difficult for me to make certain decisions such as the selection of tiles. She first struck me as a very meticulous ID when I noticed how well she organised all her project files and photos on her company’s shared server. This gave me great confidence and peace of mind, knowing that she was on top of every detail across all her projects, including mine. Her attention to detail was also reflected in her approach to planning. She took the time to carefully plan and align on every aspect of the renovation before proceeding with the actual works, rather than rushing into execution. This greatly reduced last-minute or hasty decision-making. She was also very responsive to messages, making communication smooth and reassuring throughout the process. What I appreciated most was that she genuinely values the homeowner’s perspective. Whenever there were differing views, she would thoughtfully consider how best to resolve them or find a middle ground, instead of taking the easy route of either agreeing to impractical ideas or dismissing good ones outright. Overall, her dedication and time put into the project in our various meetups/shopping trips way exceeded my expectation and went a long way in the successful delivery of a home that is not only focused on aesthetics but more importantly, highly practical and safe. Irvin was transparent about costs and demonstrated strong project management skills. As a perfectionist, she proactively had contractors rectify issues, such as instructing her tilers to redo slightly misaligned tiles before I had a chance to see them, even when it would have been easier to leave them as they were. She once shared her mantra: “If the work doesn’t pass my inspection, how can it pass the homeowner’s?” This principle stayed with me throughout the journey and fostered trust and there was no real need for me to go down on site to monitor the works much. Her after-sales service following handover has been equally impressive, with prompt coordination of contractors whenever minor touch ups were required. Overall, the renovation was delivered on time and within budget. While her quotation was generally higher than those from other interior designers I approached, the quality of work and the overall positive experience more than made up for it. She would also gently rein me in on budget considerations whenever my ideas became too ambitious, which further demonstrated that her priority was always the client’s interests rather than maximising profit. 6 months on staying in my new house, I’m pleased to say that very little rectification has been needed, and I cant think of any major “renovation regrets", a testament to her planning and detail. I’m very glad to have worked with Irvin and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and detail-driven interior designer.

Working with our interior designer was overall a positive and reassuring experience, with several strong points that stood out. One of their biggest strengths was their sense of responsibility and responsiveness. Throughout the project, they were consistently quick to reply, open to feedback, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. This made the entire renovation journey feel smoother and gave us confidence that things were being handled with care. As with most renovations, there were a few hiccups along the way. However, the designer was willing to step in and resolve issues when they arose, which we appreciated. While there were moments that suggested a slight lack of experience—particularly when dealing with finer details—these were generally manageable and improved as the project progressed. In terms of workmanship and execution, we felt that a bit more attention to detail would have elevated the final outcome further. That said, the overall result was still satisfactory, and we could see the effort put into delivering a good finish. Overall, we had a good experience working together. Their strong communication, accountability, and willingness to improve made a meaningful difference, and with more experience and refinement in details, they have great potential to deliver even better results in the future.

Would have been great if Cindy and Jolene were the assigned IDs at the start of renovation. Unfortunately, had a less than pleasant experience with a now ex-staff, before Cindy and Jolene saved the day. Kudos to them for being able to pull it off despite taking over the project at late stage. The colours suggestions and ability to communicate properly helped to move the project along even though they took over at late stage of the renovation.
Hi Aaron,
Thank you for the kind words! Your feedback means alot to us and we truly appreciate it. The collaboration between designer and homeowner is truly an important part of the renovation journey and we are glad it was a pleasant experience for you.
We will be sure to pass on your feedback to Jolene & Cindy; it will mean a lot to them. Thanks again for taking the time to reach out and share your experience.
Please get in touch if you have any other questions or comments.

Recently completed my first home renovation project with Le Interior Affairs. Among all the proposals and advice I received, I chose to put my faith in Jeffery Ng from Le Interior Affairs to complete my virgin project. He explained the finer points of his design to make sure I was comfortable before moving forward, his ideas and final proposal stood out from the others. He is one those vintage old school ID that are hard to come by in today's market. Do not mistake old school for unfancy, dull designs. What I meant to say is that he has a strong foundation in the renovation sector and is highly skilled in multiple trending designs. How many IDs are able to quickly come up with a hand-drawn sketch of a design in a moment notice? There are moments where I felt fretted over minor things. However, Jeffery remained patient and professional with me throughout, he was always able to find a solution! Simply let him work his magic and don't worry. ;) Looking back at the whole renovation process, I'm grateful I engaged his services. Definitely will recommend him to anyone who is considering to carry out their renovations. I would like to thank Le Interior Affairs and their Interior Designer, Jeffery, for providing an overall excellent and well rounded service.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review.
We’re truly grateful for your trust in Le Interior Affairs, especially for your first home renovation. It means a lot to hear that Jeffery’s experience, design approach, and dedication gave you confidence throughout the journey. His ability to balance strong fundamentals with modern design — and yes, those hand-drawn sketches is something we really value as well.
Renovations can naturally come with moments of concern, so we’re glad Jeffery was able to support you patiently and work through everything together with you. Your kind words and recommendation truly motivate our team to continue delivering our best.

We never felt rushed, and his professional approach made the whole process comfortable and reassuring. When we visited the showroom, it further strengthened our confidence in the company. Daniel explained the quotation clearly and in detail, making sure we understood everything before moving forward. While we ultimately did not go with Alec from Quad R (we went with another ID that was recommended to us) we had a really great experience with Alec. From our first engagement, we were impressed by his thoughtfulness and he meticulously took us through the ideation journey, something that you don’t get all the time with other IDs. He was fast to respond, open to ideas and really understood what we were after and came up with a design that served us and what we envision our future could look like. Jiayou Alec!

I spent time visiting this interior design firm for a consultation and shared my renovation requirements in detail. During the meeting, the ID mentioned that the quotation would be ready within 2 weeks — which was already longer than most other firms that usually take about a week. However, there was no follow-up after that. Now at least 4 weeks have passed since then, and I still haven’t received anything. This experience shows lack of professionalism. I can’t comment on their design skills as I never got that far, but based on the service so far, I would not recommend them.

Before renovations even began, my husband and I would rave about Wilfred to our family and friends whenever someone asked how our journey was going. Now that it’s over, I’m incredibly happy to say that the praises are far from over. We had a wonderful experience with Wilfred, Eugene, and all of Forefront’s suppliers. From our very first call with him, Wilfred caught us by surprise with how intentional he was in his approach. He came with questions, not statements, taking the time to understand us, our lifestyles, and our desires for the space in as much detail as possible. It became clear that he prioritised listening to what mattered most to us. As first-time homeowners, this was the moment we knew we could trust Wilfred to build our home with us. When renovations kicked off, we discovered that he’s also a keen problem-solver. On multiple occasions, he supported our decision-making process by reminding us of what we valued and encouraging us to focus on options that aligned with those priorities. This open, two-way communication kept the journey enjoyable. We felt like we’d hit the jackpot once with Wilfred as our ID, but in reality, we struck gold again with Eugene as our Project Manager. Eugene was detail-oriented and consistent in how he managed the project. From timelines to supplier coordination to homeowner communication, he kept everything running smoothly. There were even moments when we flagged something to him, and he would quickly respond that he had already noted it and arranged for the necessary suppliers to come down and rectify it. As if this team hadn’t already set the bar high, we were also amazed by the excellent team of suppliers that Forefront partners with. We’d especially like to give a shoutout to the Head Carpenter, who took the time to listen to us and design the carpentry with our needs in mind, not just what was convenient or easy. Through this process, we learned that the renovation journey truly comes with highs and lows. As homeowners, we are all in pursuit of making a place our own. The beautiful thing is that we get to choose who will go through that rollercoaster journey with us. Once again, thank you to Wilfred, Eugene, and the team of suppliers for being part of this ride with us!

We engaged Forefront for our 5-room renovation and overall, we are very satisfied with the experience. We would like to thank Scott (our ID) and Junyi (site coordinator) for making this journey smooth and manageable, especially given how stressful renovations can be. From the start, communication was clear and responsive, and we never had to chase for updates. One thing that stood out to us was how Scott respected our ideas and preferences. Unlike some IDs we’ve heard about, he didn’t impose his own design style but instead worked together with us to achieve what we wanted. They also truly went above and beyond—Scott personally helped to carry and match tiles around the showroom so we didn’t have to make multiple trips. This kind of effort really made a difference and showed their commitment. The final outcome matched what was promised and aligned with the design plans. The entire renovation was completed within the agreed timeline (around 1.5 months for a full overhaul), which we found very impressive. While there are touch-ups here and there, it was handled promptly when raised. Pricing was transparent throughout, with no unexpected costs, and any concerns we had were addressed quickly and responsibly. Most importantly, they made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We never felt paiseh to ask questions or request changes, and they always did their best to accommodate us. Overall, we would definitely recommend Forefront, especially Scott and Junyi, to homeowners looking for a reliable, responsive, and easy-to-work-with team.

We engaged Supreme Houzz Design with ID Kika Chan for our new home renovation, and overall it has been a meaningful journey from start to finish. We first engaged Kika on 14 September 2025, collected our keys on 26 November 2025, renovation started on 16 December 2025, and we officially moved in on 24 April 2026. The timeline did stretch longer than expected, mainly due to multiple public holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, and Hari Raya. While delays were unavoidable, communication throughout this period was fairly consistent. There were definitely ups and downs during the renovation process, which is quite normal for any home project. However, what stood out was Kika’s commitment to resolving issues along the way. Whenever challenges came up, she was responsive and worked with us to find practical solutions. In terms of workmanship and overall design, we are satisfied with how the home turned out. The final result reflects what we had envisioned, and we are happy to finally settle into our new space. We also appreciate the value-added benefits provided, including a 7-year workmanship warranty which gives us added peace of mind. On top of that, there were many complimentary items such as a full wall mirror, sintered stone corner shampoo shelving for the bathrooms, and other thoughtful touches that enhanced the overall finish of our home. Thank you to Kika Chan and the team at Supreme Houzz Design for accompanying us through this journey. Despite the challenges, we appreciate the effort in delivering our home and making it a place we can now enjoy.
