I had a very disappointing experience with this renovation contractor. Throughout the project, he repeatedly failed to keep his promises and continuously gave false deadlines, causing significant delays to my renovation. At one point, my house was left completely empty for three weeks with no workers on site and no progress made. Despite collecting almost 90% of the payment, the renovation was not even 50% completed. He also promised to bear half of my STORHUB storage fees due to the delay but eventually refused to honour his commitment. When I requested a refund, he refused, claiming that he had already paid deposits to his workers and that they were busy with other projects. After collecting our 90% payment, we can see a delay in his response and replies to us. He started to give late replies or ignore us. The lack of accountability, poor project management, and broken promises caused my family a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I hope future homeowners exercise caution and ensure they have proper payment schedules and written commitments before engaging other contractors. Most importantly, do not engage this contractor.

It was a pleasant 1st discussion meeting on 13/12/2025. We have been following up with Alexa regarding the revised quotation for many times, but she always has reason for the delaying until the end she no more reply. 1st follow up on 8/1/2026, 8.06am- She replied on 9/1/2026, 12.01pm saying that she was oversea & will update me on Monday. 2nd follow up on 13/1/2026, 9.45am- No respond from her 3rd follow up on 15/1/2026, 9.39am- She replied on 17/1/2026, 1.28pm saying that she was in hospitalized from food poisoning & will revert us ASAP. 4th follow up on 30/1/2026, 8.46am- She replied on 31/1/2026, 3.02pm saying that she caught the viral flu after her hospitalized. She said she was rushing all her backlog & will revert to us ASAP. 5th follow up on 23/2/2026, 9.27am- No respond from anymore

We’ve had a great experience with ✨ Natalie ✨ . Her professionalism, ownership and calmness throughout the process was exceptional. She takes tremendous care in building our home, almost as though it were her own, and never takes shortcuts. She often catches details that we completely miss during our site visits - e.g. she noticed that our door 🚪 knobs were installed too high and took the initiative to send them back for correction. We didn’t even notice it! This type of ID where to find 🤣 When one of our chosen dark wood laminates went out of stock, instead of taking the easy route and simply suggesting an alternative, she guided us through the matching process again, considering our other laminate, wall and floor colours. 🌈 There’s also a lot of behind-the-scenes work — measurements, material selection, proposals and coordinating with different vendors — and she took the bulk of that off our shoulders. Her design taste is excellent as well, and we’ve never had an instance where we second-guessed her recommendations. 💪 We’re approaching the end of this “not so straightforward” reno and are happy with seeing our dream home come to life. ❤️ Seriously dont look any further if you want a great experience for your reno!

Joshua is a very professional ID who plans everything well and communicates efficiently throughout the renovation process. He made the entire renovation journey smooth and hassle-free. Doreen helped us plan design renovated our kitchen while we were staying in the place. She arranged for worker to helped prepare the house , place plastic covers in between willing n kitchen to prevent dust Help and advise and ensure workers and work are done promptly and keeping the place as clean as possible . She visit site often and response promptly and even help solve our needs to install new windows and fans and exhaust fans for toilet. Very pro-active in providing solutions and we are extremely happy with her service and her work done!! Many thanks Doreen!! You gave us a peace of mind during the whole process and we are very very grateful.

Angie did an awesome job helping us renovate our place. We were aiming for a clean, Japanese-style look, and she really delivered. What we appreciated most was that she actually listened and understood exactly what we wanted right from the start. She took our requirements and turned them into a highly functional, great-looking space. The execution was just as impressive. The workmanship and carpentry are top-notch and feel built to last. It’s hard to find an ID who gets the design right and ensures high-quality construction, but Angie nailed both. Highly recommend working with her.

We went to a few IDs and settled on forefront due to assurance from our friends as well as the design concept of our ID Wilfred! Wilfred was able to take into consideration my partner’s and my preferences and come up with a unique proposal for us which not other many IDs could do. Our renovation process was smooth and Wilfred was always open to changes along the way. Our PM Eugene also helped us to settle many of the nitty gritty stuff so we didn’t have to. Grateful to both of them for working on this with us!

Had a 3 room resale renovation with them! ID was Cynthia, the whole journey was smooth and fast! She definitely displayed professionalism and efficiency throughout my whole renovation process, highly recommend their services if you're looking for your next renovation. They were also able to give relevant and useful suggestions whenever you have questions about your renovation. Replies were prompt and friendly too! Went through like 8 IDs before deciding to go with them and was really glad that I didn't make the wrong decision from the start! :)

Really happy with our kitchen renovation and very thankful that we had Aloysius from WHST DESIGN as our ID! ❤️ From the start, Aloysius was very easy to communicate with and always patient with us. He always willing to listen and advise us on what would work better, both in terms of design and practicality. He follow up closely during the renovation and kept us updated on the progress. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he was always contactable and would help to sort things out. This really gave us peace of mind, especially during the renovation period. He was also very generous and always willing to go the extra mile for us. There were things he helped us with even though he didn’t have to, and we really appreciated his kindness and effort. It’s not easy to find someone who genuinely cares about his clients and the end result. And most importantly, our kitchen turned out really beautiful! 😍 We love how everything came together and it looks even nicer than what we initially imagined. It’s not only pretty but also practical and functional for our everyday use. Our kitchen renovation was smooth! Having an ID who is patient, responsible, generous and easy to work with makes such a big difference. We had a really good experience working with Russell for our home renovation. He managed the project well and was efficient in coordinating his contractors and contacts to keep the work moving at a good pace. One thing we really appreciated was how responsive and patient he was. We’ve heard many stories of homeowners having IDs or contractors who take a long time to reply, but we never had that issue with Russell. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he responded promptly and was always patient, reassuring and never pushy, even when we had many questions or needed time to make decisions. Russell is also a very efficient problem solver. When issues came up, he would quickly coordinate with the relevant people to get things sorted, which helped relieve a lot of our worries. What stood out most was his sense of responsibility. When we encountered an issue, he was upfront and prepared to take ownership if it turned out to be on his end. It was eventually established that the issue wasn’t his fault, but we really appreciated that he didn’t immediately push the responsibility away. He also kept to his word and followed through on his promises. Overall, Russell is responsive, patient, reliable and accountable, and we’re very thankful for the assurance and support he gave us throughout our renovation journey. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable designer who takes responsibility for his work and genuinely tries his best to make the renovation process as smooth as possible.

Connected with Cedric from Elite Boss through Qanvast. From the first day we hit off due to his confident yet warm personality which was what finalise my decision to proceed with his services. I would consider my "business" is relatively small compared to other projects but he made no compromises and made sure to give me his fullest attention and ensure quality of work. Even when I was unsure with what I wanted or when there were changes in direction due to new info, he was always very patient and informative in providing insights to help me make an informed decision. I was also very pleased with the project management as I was always updated on the work planned and it's completion without my asking. Highly recommended ID, you would be very lucky to hire him as your designer
