A huge thank you to Stanley and Dylan from Empyrean Design Studio for turning a house into a reality "Home" of my very own style 🥳 Thank God everything ended smoothly within the targeted timeline of 3 months. There were definitely few challenges and unexpected issues, or hiccups along the way as human nothing is 100% perfect. However, they did their very best to solve it as smooth as possible. Best and truly appreciated was every single details were highlighted and updated constantly with no hidden cost. Everything were well discussed before making any decisions no matter how small were the issues. They shared their opinions and helped making good decisions together along the way making it a smooth experience indeed. Love max the kitchen, masterbed room and master bathroom. Everything came into reality from the 3D designs and planning. Overall, thank God it worked out great 👍🏻 Having understanding and professional good relationship to make a "Home" a reality is Important 💖 Thank you guys 💖

Hi everyone, I would like to share some feedback as we are now at the final stage of my renovation. I want to express my appreciation to Vincent for his support and professionalism throughout the entire renovation process. From planning to execution, he has been responsible, responsive, and patient in addressing our questions and design adjustments. He also coordinated well with the contractors and kept us updated proactively at each stage, ensuring the progress and workmanship were well managed. We are very satisfied with the overall outcome. We were assigned to them twice during separate Qanvast events. First was a lady ID with long hair, no specs, mole on lip. No name card or ecard given. Appeared disinterested. No eye contact at all during discussion. No messages received despite promise to "We will contact you" after the meeting. No contact at all. Gave them another chance at the recent Qanvast meeting, we're still waiting for the 2nd ID to contact us...

I engaged Carpenters ID and was assigned to Stephen 🙏 Stephen was very kind and engaged with us throughout the whole process from onsite consult to 3D Design. Stephen also advised us in many areas that helped us come to a mutual agreement. He has been professional, constructive and remained positive to changes the whole time. Stephen also shared his recommendations for our home project and provide us samples for us to view from home.

I had a very pleasant experience engaging Stephen for my carpentry works. As this was my first time installing a kitchen island and also my first time working with an outsourced carpenter outside of my interior designer, I had many questions and concerns. Stephen was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the different design options, materials, and practical considerations, making sure I fully understood before proceeding. His explanations were easy to follow, which gave me a lot of confidence in the decisions made. I really appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to adjust and advise based on my needs. The overall experience was smooth and reassuring, especially for a first-timer like myself. Would definitely recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable carpenter.

We were introduced to Rebecca via Qanvast. Upon getting my enquiry, she called to understand my vision, needs and requirements. We met her and discussed the 5 year and 10 year plans that she prepared. We were appreciative of her creativity in drafting these plans. Unfortunately, we decided to go for another interior designer due to personal circumstance. Nevertheless, we would encourage others to consider Rebecca for their renovation.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Taccuino ID and highly recommend them! From the very start, they were incredibly meticulous, patient, and helpful. Doreen was detailed & responsive to changes when requested. She also ensured quality of work done before handing over and kept us updated on the progress along the way. Renovation was kept within budget & she also went the extra mile to liaise with our other vendors, eg aircon, cleaning company & delivery men. Would definitely recommend her to our family, friends & clients too. Keep up the good work!

Audrey is a hardworking and meticulous ID who went through every item in our quotation in details. Working with her on our renovation was truly a joy—she listened to what we hoped for, understood our needs, and even expedited the timeline so we could move in earlier than expected. She went above and beyond in every way. What touched us most was her dedication long after the renovation was completed. Even a year later, she continued to follow up promptly on any defects or issues, never once hesitating to help. We’re deeply grateful for her support, professionalism, and sincerity. In the end, we didn’t just meet a great ID—we gained a friend.

We had a wonderful journey with Audrey renovating our forever home, and we would highly recommend her services! From the get-go, we found Audrey very sincere and personal. Before engaging her, we had prepared for her a mood board showcasing our desired designs and layouts. Though the style that we were going for was not standard, Audrey acknowledged our desires of wanting bold pops of colours here and there, and added her own touch too. For example, we appreciated that she suggested a tropical feature wall for our bathroom which matched our theme. We eventually did go for this, and we absolutely love the result! We also appreciated that she was very thoughtful and suggested how to make our pet dog’s room more inviting (with a cushion on the bay window so he could look out and observe/bark at passer-bys haha). This was in contrast to some other IDs we sent the same mood board to, whereupon we were returned pretty much the same design we were looking for, with no real additional input… We were looking for an ID who could not only help us manage our renovation works, but also add to our vision — and Audrey fit the bill. Throughout the long renovation process, we found Audrey also very professional. She was a good listener — she entertained all our random last-minute ideas on new designs, she was very thorough with answering all our questions, some I’m sure were quite silly. Her eventual design reflected her thoughtfulness and meticulousness — she carefully measured all dimensions, some of which required some precision engineering, like fitting a washing machine under the countertop in our bathroom while ensuring the door was not blocked and also not too near the wet areas. We also very much appreciated that she took the time to go down with us personally to the showrooms to shop for tiles, lights, bathroom fixtures with us, offering her expert opinion on which choices match our theme. The actual renovation works went very smoothly too: Audrey handled by herself all the coordination with the workers and craftsmen, and regularly sent us updates upon completion of major works. There were some last minute issues that we had to sort out, like switching to a different choice of tap because the one we had selected was not the best ergonomically, but Audrey was very responsive and helped us resolve the issue with the bathroom warehouse quickly. All in all, we are very pleased with the end result — a high-quality, warm and cozy place that we are happy to call home for the foreseeable future. We are very thankful to Audrey for being with us there on the entire journey (and even beyond! — she helped us rectify a problem expediently even after handover of keys). We can’t recommend Audrey enough for those of you who want a professional, personable, and sincere ID who meets you where you are, and realises your vision.
