I had a really great experience with Jayden from Kabi Studio during my ID search. Although I ultimately decided to proceed with another ID, I still felt that Jayden deserved a review because of how much effort and thought he put into my home proposal 🥹 Out of all the IDs I met, Jayden was definitely one of the most creative and invested in understanding the kind of home I wanted. I really appreciated that his ideas didn’t feel generic or like something that was simply copied and pasted from another project. He took the time to understand my preferences and came up with thoughtful design ideas that gave the space its own character. He was also very patient with my many questions, changes and budget considerations, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Even when I eventually told him that I had chosen another ID, he was incredibly gracious and professional about it, which I really appreciated. It was honestly such a difficult decision because I genuinely loved Jayden’s design direction and could really see myself living in the home he envisioned for me. In the end, my decision came down mainly to my own renovation budget and having to be practical with what I could comfortably spend. If budget hadn’t been a consideration, I would have definitely chosen Jayden 🥹 While I can’t comment on the renovation execution as I didn’t proceed with Kabi Studio in the end, I can definitely say that my consultation and design experience with Jayden was a very positive one. Thank you again, Jayden, for all the time, effort and creativity you put into my proposal. I genuinely appreciate it and would definitely recommend speaking to him if you’re looking for an ID who is creative, thoughtful and genuinely invested in designing a home around you 🤍

I had a very disappointing experience with this renovation contractor. Throughout the project, he repeatedly failed to keep his promises and continuously gave false deadlines, causing significant delays to my renovation. At one point, my house was left completely empty for three weeks with no workers on site and no progress made. Despite collecting almost 90% of the payment, the renovation was not even 50% completed. He also promised to bear half of my STORHUB storage fees due to the delay but eventually refused to honour his commitment. When I requested a refund, he refused, claiming that he had already paid deposits to his workers and that they were busy with other projects. After collecting our 90% payment, we can see a delay in his response and replies to us. He started to give late replies or ignore us. The lack of accountability, poor project management, and broken promises caused my family a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I hope future homeowners exercise caution and ensure they have proper payment schedules and written commitments before engaging other contractors. Most importantly, do not engage this contractor.

It was a pleasant 1st discussion meeting on 13/12/2025. We have been following up with Alexa regarding the revised quotation for many times, but she always has reason for the delaying until the end she no more reply. 1st follow up on 8/1/2026, 8.06am- She replied on 9/1/2026, 12.01pm saying that she was oversea & will update me on Monday. 2nd follow up on 13/1/2026, 9.45am- No respond from her 3rd follow up on 15/1/2026, 9.39am- She replied on 17/1/2026, 1.28pm saying that she was in hospitalized from food poisoning & will revert us ASAP. 4th follow up on 30/1/2026, 8.46am- She replied on 31/1/2026, 3.02pm saying that she caught the viral flu after her hospitalized. She said she was rushing all her backlog & will revert to us ASAP. 5th follow up on 23/2/2026, 9.27am- No respond from anymore

We’ve had a great experience with ✨ Natalie ✨ . Her professionalism, ownership and calmness throughout the process was exceptional. She takes tremendous care in building our home, almost as though it were her own, and never takes shortcuts. She often catches details that we completely miss during our site visits - e.g. she noticed that our door 🚪 knobs were installed too high and took the initiative to send them back for correction. We didn’t even notice it! This type of ID where to find 🤣 When one of our chosen dark wood laminates went out of stock, instead of taking the easy route and simply suggesting an alternative, she guided us through the matching process again, considering our other laminate, wall and floor colours. 🌈 There’s also a lot of behind-the-scenes work — measurements, material selection, proposals and coordinating with different vendors — and she took the bulk of that off our shoulders. Her design taste is excellent as well, and we’ve never had an instance where we second-guessed her recommendations. 💪 We’re approaching the end of this “not so straightforward” reno and are happy with seeing our dream home come to life. ❤️ Seriously dont look any further if you want a great experience for your reno!

Joshua is a very professional ID who plans everything well and communicates efficiently throughout the renovation process. He made the entire renovation journey smooth and hassle-free. It was our second time engaging Cindy Teong to design our new home. Previously we had engaged her to work on our first condo and the end results were marvellous, even our buyer chose to buy our unit because of the design after viewing several other units in the development. This time round, she did not disappoint us again with the end results, giving us precious and feasible ideas during the renovation process. She’s not pushy and understands the needs of our family, providing us with the best cost-effective solutions for our home. I have also recommended her to my family and friends before and they are equally happy with her service. I would highly recommend Cindy as a well-rounded and experienced ID for everyone looking to have a smooth and enjoyable renovation process and results! A big thank you to Cindy once again!!

We met Natalie at an ID fair by Qanvast, and she stood out to us from the start. During the pitching phase, she provided the most visuals, which really helped us picture what our home could look like. We also felt that her design style matched our preferences the most, so choosing to work with her felt quite natural. Throughout the renovation, Natalie has been really helpful and responsive whenever we had questions or feedback. She was always quick to get back to us and kept us updated on the progress of the renovation, which gave us a lot of reassurance along the way. She also helped us stay on track with the renovation timeline and was always on top of things. We genuinely enjoyed working with Natalie and really appreciated how attentive and involved she was throughout the whole process. We’re very happy with how everything came together and are glad we had Natalie as our ID for our home.

From the initial discussions and design planning to material selections and the actual renovation works, Rebecca was patient in listening to our ideas, preferences and concerns, while providing practical suggestions along the way. As with any renovation, there were definitely some hiccups and adjustments throughout the process, but what we appreciated was Rebecca’s responsiveness and willingness to work through the issues with us. Whenever we raised concerns or spotted areas that required rectification, she was open to discussing them and coordinating with her team to find a solution. Throughout the renovation, we were quite hands-on and took an active role in managing many of the details, selections and decisions ourselves. While the process required us to be more hands-on in certain areas, Rebecca was always receptive to our inputs and worked with us to accommodate the direction and preferences we envisioned for our home. Ultimately, it was a collaborative process that required significant involvement from both sides to bring the renovation to completion. Seeing everything gradually come together and finally being able to move into a space that feels like our own has been very fulfilling. Thank you Rebecca and the Renologist team for accompanying us through this renovation journey and for all the coordination and effort behind the scenes. Call DC vision the 2nd time to reno my wardrobe who actually reno my house 9yrs ago. Very efficient Id, neve waste time and will answer all your kisau , siaolang questions. Amazingly DON can still remember me even after 9yrs and that makes communication more easier. The trust is there. Would recommend DON if you want to have your whole house renovation. From the planning to choosing i really really trust his taste. 👍👍

I first met Nick at an interior design event in Kallang, and I’m glad I chose to work with him. Despite delays with my house that almost caused the project to fall through, Nick managed to negotiate and pull everything together. He is very friendly, easy to talk to and receptive to feedback. His experience also helped identify issues and get them rectified quickly. I especially like the clean, minimalist look, with the white walls, wood-tone cabinetry, dark flooring and black accents giving the home a modern industrial feel. Nick and his team completed the tiling, electrical work and carpentry within four weeks.

Had a great experience with ACE Interior for our home renovation. Jean was our designer and did a fantastic job understanding our needs, offering practical ideas, and making the whole design process smooth. Leon, our project supervisor, was attentive and responsive throughout the renovation, ensuring things stayed on track and issues were resolved quickly. Overall, we’re very happy with the workmanship and service.
