We are happy with the outcome of our renovation project with Mac. His patient and accommodating demeanor was a major plus point throughout the project, transforming what we have thought to be a typically stressful experience into a smoother one by ensuring we felt comfortable with every decision. We appreciate his fast response time to our communications. Furthermore, Mac has helped with coordinating and dealing with the various contractors, managing schedules, overseeing work, and engaging us in resolving any issues that arose. We appreciate all his efforts in the process and delivering the completed project.

Engaging Earth interior design was a huge mistake , lacking of discipline and coordination throughout the whole process. This revamp of my two bathroom project was taken noting that we are staying in the house and the mass amount of debris , equipments, water pails , big pile up of cement and tiles were scattered everywhere like a manufacturing factory .The designers are dressed very sloppily with T slippers and were seldom on site with supervision responsibilities. Anyways, it would not make any differences with a punch card attitude which I realised later on .. the plumbers refused to lay protection gear so we ended up with a faulty door with scratches and unable to close . There are hints of low quality job like constant dragging of job completion time frame , undelivered 3D design , scarce communication job requirements with their plumbing and tiling foreign workers which we thought it is just hiccups along the way . The decision to end the project despite incomplete renovations was when we entrusted them with our house , the door was left open and the tiler decided to raise a big , ugly , outdated shower kerb to his liking . The whole thing was a add on disaster when the “hulk @ Lloyd came into this project with directive commands to his team to stop all works threatening to leave all the debris , equipment and others in my house defending the grave mistakes. The poor workmanship of cracking and uneven tiles on the bathroom , poor plumbing works was a far sight of what we saw at the showroom .. up to now , my two bathrooms are incomplete and the same way as it is but we are glad to end this devastating experience.

I had an excellent experience with Jonathan from Mondrian Arc for my home renovation. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. My ID really understood my style and was able to translate my ideas perfectly — the final result looks exactly like the 3D render! Throughout the project, my ID provided prompt updates and was fully accountable every step of the way. Whenever we had concerns, they were quick to respond, present on-site, and proactive in making adjustments where needed. Even when small flaws came up (as they sometimes do), they worked efficiently with the contractors to resolve them without any hassle. Overall, it was a completely smooth and stress-free renovation experience. I’m so happy with how my home turned out and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and design-savvy team.

My wife and I met Zen at the event, he designed our home based on our lifestyle and habit. And he also gave us lots of ideas and design. We strongly recommend Zen to all new homers, he's really very detailed in works and design, everything went smoothly! His ability to balance functionality with stunning aesthetics is truly exceptional. Every space he design feels both beautifully intentional and effortlessly liveable.

Finding the right interior designer is key, especially when you’ll be working closely together for months. After meeting nine designers over three weeks, I decided on Sabrina, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, she was easy to communicate with, open to ideas, and genuinely attentive to details. We worked together for about six months, and the process was smooth and enjoyable. She’s practical and honest — never oversells, and even stops me from spending unnecessarily (that’s what friends are for!). I really appreciate how she balanced creativity with functionality, incorporating all my requests thoughtfully. She even accompanied me to meet my fengshui master, offered opinions on furniture pieces, helped with Taobao measurements, and suggested smart-home solutions that suited my lifestyle. Sabrina was also mindful of my elderly parents’ needs, ensuring the home remains comfortable and safe for them. The end result is a beautiful home that feels truly mine — stylish, functional, and full of character. I’m so thankful to have found someone I can completely trust and click with. Highly recommended!

En Ci has been exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our engagement. She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to understand and address our needs. Her ability to troubleshoot effectively means that that any unforeseen challenges are resolved quickly and with minimal disruption. We were also very impressed when she gave us feedback on our aircon vendor who did not do a proper job even though it is not her direct responsibility - her level of pride and responsibility in her job is commendable. Overall, En Ci is very responsible, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with!

We wanted to do a minor renovation just for our balcony and were glad that Jesign promptly responded to our queries and assigned Royston to help us. They did not make us feel deprioritised even though it was a small project (some other firms did not respond or told me there was a waiting time of several months). Royston was tremendously helpful throughout and were experienced with maisonettes. Not only did he give great suggestions for our balcony but also coordinated other requests like aircon change and house painting. What we appreciated most was that Royston was always very responsive, was very effective and efficient in trouble shooting along the way. The works were completed on time (in under two weeks) - all coordinated while my family and I were overseas and we came back to a beautifully updated home. Billing and invoices were promptly handled. We would not hesitate to recommend Jesign and Royston. Thank you for a smooth experience!

Was recommended by my mum's friend and went to take a look. Marcus(designer) was very detailed in the explanation and quoted us in a few hours without delay He did everything we asked for and gave us ideas on colours and layouts to make it unique so no 2 house designs are the same. He rectified any issues we had immediately and was polite no matter what. All our queries were answered almost instantly Service and workmanship was excellent,all the materials are solid and he ensured the edges were curved as I have kids The Reno was within our budget and timeframe. Highly recommend him and his firm to other home owners who are looking to renovate their home ,be it old or new

Their prompt responses, clear communication, and proactive approach made the entire process smooth and efficient. While there were some minor issues along the way, these were addressed swiftly and professionally. Charleston and Joey have proven to be dependable and trustworthy partners, and we’re very satisfied with the end result.

Had a really pleasant experience working with Kenneth for my home renovation! From the start, he was very professional and patient in understanding my needs and preferences. He gave practical and creative recommendations that helped me. I’m especially impressed with the quality of the carpentry — the kitchen sink cabinet was built using waterproof celuka board, which gives me peace of mind knowing it’s durable and resistant to moisture. The overall workmanship was neat and well-finished. Throughout the renovation, he was responsive to all my queries and kept me updated on the progress. Everything was completed on schedule with no major hiccups. Really appreciate his reliability and attention to detail.

We are return clients of Ciseern for several reasons. Ciseern is an established and reputable design company, and they did a fantastic job with the carpentry in our previous home. All their cabinets come with exclusive wood grain carcasses from Korea, which we really love. So when it came time to renovate our new home, Ciseern was naturally our first choice. We were fortunate to have Vince (manager) and Daniel (designer) helm our renovation project. From cabinetry design and material selection to accessories, lighting, furniture, and colour schemes, both Vince and Daniel provided us with valuable ideas and advice. Vince is very knowledgeable and experienced, while Daniel managed all the contractors efficiently, making the entire renovation process smooth and worry-free. Their strong relationships with vendors also helped us get the best possible rates and outcomes. Despite our tight schedule and an unexpected wall paint issue from the developer, they ensured that every deadline was met on time. What truly stood out was how Vince and Daniel managed to work within our budget yet still delivered our dream home. They never pushed us to spend unnecessarily and were always transparent and considerate. Ciseern also offers excellent after-sales support. Daniel has been incredibly dedicated, helping us even after the handover — from hanging our paintings and fixing TV cables to minor touch-ups and troubleshooting. It’s reassuring to know we can still count on them whenever we need help. We are deeply grateful to Vince and Daniel for turning our vision into reality. We would highly recommend them and Ciseern to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful, and committed renovation team.

Tamie and her team has been super helpful and understanding throughout the whole renovation! From planning and designing all the way to handover she has been always willing to assist to meet in all of our need no matter how small! They are always very flexible when it comes to materials reccomendations! Would definetly recommend for any one looking to do their renovations no matter how big or small!
