I got to know Jia Ning by chance when I mentioned wanting to change our TV console. Honestly, it’s very hard to find a designer who’s willing to take on just small project, but she never hesitated and treated it seriously from the start. She was very patient and explained everything in a simple way so even my parents could understand and feel involved. Really appreciate that. The final outcome turned out to be way better than we had imagined. You can really see the workmanship and attention to detail — every part nicely done. It’s clear a lot of heart went into it, and now it fits perfectly into our home. Super thankful to Jia Ning, and will definitely recommend her if you want someone sincere and careful with her work!

We engaged Kargen and Jennifer from Brick & Decor for our house renovation and had a wonderful experience. I can see that they are incredibly passionate about what they do. They paid detailed attention to our needs, provided thoughtful advice and turned our ideas to reality. I really appreciate that they regularly provided reno progress via WhatsApp and even helped receive and check my furniture deliveries which saved us multiple trips to the unit. We’re very pleased with the outcome which is perfect blend aesthetics and functionality — and most importantly, we had a smooth renovation journey without any nightmares. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely pleased with the renovation work done for my home. The design and execution was how we envisioned it to be. The living room looked stunning with its elegant marble feature wall, warm lighting which was recommended by our ID Sheikh during our planning stages. The kitchen space was maximised with modern cabinetry and efficient space planning. The master bedroom turned out to be cozy and I particularly love the integrated vanity area and mood lighting which was very much complimented by our guests. Our ID, Sheikh worked very closely with us and met us several times to ensure that the output was how we envisioned our home to be. It’s not just a renovation—it feels like a transformation. A very Big thanks to Sheikh and his team for bringing my vision to life with such precision and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone seeking interior design to call it your home.

We met Fairuz at the hitcheed event and were truly impressed by his skills. He was able to draw out the layout plan while we speak and gave us good recommendations. We were very pleased with the overall experience with Fairuz. With all the IDs we met on second session, Fairuz was the only one that have prepared a tray of samples that will meet the design of our home. His effort is 100%. Thank you!

Although we didn’t award the project to Lifesize Plan, but we would like to share our experience with Norman and Phoebe who went extra miles during the first stage where we communicated on the layout plans and design concept. They were extremely helpful in adapting our weird hours due to different time zone. Both of them are very kind and open to share a lot of the details and information as well as giving guidance on what to look into. They did not lose out due to price or service, they are very competitive in quotation as well. Just that after a very long debate, my family and I decided to go with another layout which suits our lifestyle more. We would like to extend our gratitude to to both Norman and Phoebe for the hard work and time spent with us going thru the layout and design proposal they proposed as well as quotation again and again to ensure that we are very clear on the work scope quoted and also the design that we prefer. Thank you for the presentation slides with all the design inputs!! Even we didn’t get to work together this time, we already experienced their to notch service! Hopefully next timewhen we upgrade to another house! Big thank you!

We came across Fifth Avenue Interior online during our ID search and were very fortunate to be assigned to Danny! We'd highly recommend them to anyone especially Danny!! The entire consultation and quotation process far exceeded expectations and we were very impressed by the professionalism and experience Fifth Avenue clearly has. From the get go, Danny was upfront that the quotation process would take some time due to their high load- but when we got to our first meeting, it felt well worth the wait as he was very thorough and well-prepared, having looked through the video we sent him and identifying certain problem areas already. He was very patient with us and gave us lots of insight into more technical areas that we would have overlooked as first time homeowners. He very accurately identified our style and pulled out material samples already to give us an idea of what to expect. He proposed creative yet practical solutions to work around our layout constraints, and we liked that he was able to capture our preferences very well! Even after that, he was very responsive to our messages and any layout changes we had. We liked that he wouldn't just say yes to all of our suggestions, but would justify his answers with proper measurements and calculations to ensure the space turned out liveable. The second meeting was also just as impressive. Danny's proposed moodboard, and comprehensive quote really showed us how much passion he has for his work and his level of experience. Danny and Jolin brought us through their vision and we felt well assured that Fifth Avenue would deliver. They were also very efficient in revising the quote and trying to help us work within our budget. The final quote was a very fair one for the scope of work, high standard of service and quality of hardware offered. Eventually, we had to pass on this opportunity to do our reno project with them - not for their lack but because of our own budget constraints and this being a first home project which we may not stay in for long. Regardless, we really thank Danny and Jolin for their exceptional service and strongly recommend them! We will definitely hope to reach out to Fifth Avenue again in the future when we are ready to settle into a forever home.

Thank you for creating my Kitchen into a place I would like to be in my home all the time. I love the colour you chose which I had a hard time choosing. The combination is well blended. It makes the space look much bigger. Simple design and yet beautifully built. Thank you for your efforts both of you put in, in making my dream kitchen cabinet into reality. As a first-time homeowner managing the renovation on my own, the entire process felt rather daunting—especially when 1) budget was a key factor, 2) I was clueless about designing a home, and 3) workmanship quality was equally important. Jim Lee was one of the eight IDs I met through Qanvast and other recommended sources. While his pricing wasn’t the cheapest (around mid-range), what made him stand out was his meticulous and organized nature—qualities that are essential in project management. That gave me a lot of confidence. Thanks to this, he provided the most detailed and comprehensive quotation compared to the other IDs. He really listened during the initial discussions and even offered helpful suggestions based on his experience. One of the things I really valued was how easy it was to communicate with him. Throughout the entire renovation journey, it was incredibly easy to share my thoughts and ideas with Jim. As someone who tends to overthink at random moments, I appreciated being able to reach out to him at any time. He was always contactable and responded to my messages almost instantly. It actually took me a while to realise just how approachable and responsive he was—looking back, I wish I had shared even more of my ideas with him earlier in the design stage. As the renovation progress, there were times where things had to change or new ideas evolved, Jim handled my changes/rectifications requests very promptly and professionally, which I truly respected and appreciated. Although there were a few minor setbacks toward the end of the renovation, everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently. In terms of workmanship quality, it even surpassed my standards. Jim really put my mind at ease and gave me the assurance that he would be there to address any issues every step of the way. For my small unit, I wanted something simple, minimalist, and timeless interior that would fit within my budget. Jim helped me visualize the right colours and materials I should go for to achieve the look. It may sound straightforward, but choosing the right colors and textures really gave the home character —something that Jim had helped me to bring that vision to life. Like in any projects, unforeseen situations did pop up. But because Jim was mindful of my budget, he kept any variation works to a minimum, which i truly appreciated. Now that everything is complete, I can honestly say I’m so glad I chose Jim as my ID. No regrets at all. My only regret is not getting my furnitures earlier—otherwise, I could have moved in right after the renovation ended!

Our renovation project required a great deal of hacking/ demolition works in an old HDB estate, and this presented many challenges with liaising for the hdb permit, appeasing neighbors. The liaison with HDB delayed the completion by about 3 weeks, but Ellba (our interior designer) and Cayden (our main contractor) worked hard and were very responsive to both HDB and our queries. We wanted to work with the old bones of the house while creating a minimalist clean look, and Ellba was very patient with the 3D rendering, making sure she captured our preferences clearly and giving constructive suggestions when needed. She also made the effort to explain any design limitations and modifications that we had to make along the way as we discovered idiosyncrasies of the house. The house was mostly gutted (the old carpentry, flooring, electricals and water pipes were removed and replaced), and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the workmanship was excellent so we never needed to micromanage. The carpentry had soft closing blum hinges, the light switches from schneider electric were pleasant to use, the floor tiles aligned cleanly with the wall tiles, the electricals and piping guys were very experienced and I appreciated that they involved us in their discussions while giving great pointers. Overall while the renovation was inevitably quite an arduous process, we are grateful that working with Ellba and her team has made the process less stressful than it would otherwise have been. ✨ Shout-out to our ID, Ms. CLOVEER TOK from Ace Interior Design! ✨ I was randomly scrolling through social media (Little Red Book & Instagram) for renovation ideas for my new BTO when I came across Cloveer’s beautiful 3D cream-base designs. I decided to reach out, and to my surprise, she contacted me on the same day after I sent over some photos of my requirements. I really appreciate how Cloveer balanced her professional ideas with my personal preferences. She not only fulfilled what I wanted but also highlighted the pros and cons of my choices. Best of all, she managed to work within our budget and, most importantly, meet the deadline. Since we had already sold our old house, everything had to be done back-to-back – from key collection to defect checks – and she kept everything on track with timely updates via Timetree. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be arranging more face-to-face meetups and proactive site updates. I sometimes visited the house myself (since I stayed nearby) and understood that it wasn’t convenient for her to travel there without her own transport, as our BTO is a little ulu. That said, I’m truly satisfied with the final results. Cloveer successfully created my dream home – a cosy, cream-based design – within the agreed budget and timeline. I’m so glad fate led me to her, and I sincerely hope she gains even more recognition in the renovation scene. Wishing her smooth sailing ahead and many more happy homeowners! 🏡✨

We are really happy with how our renovation turned out, and we want to thank Marcus and his team for making the whole journey such a smooth and pleasant one. Everything was completed on schedule, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to move in without stress. Marcus has been amazing to work with from start to finish. He is professional, approachable, and always quick to respond, no matter how small our questions were. We truly appreciate how he took the time to listen to our ideas and requirements, and often gave us thoughtful advice to help us make better decisions. His suggestions were always practical yet creative, and they really helped bring our vision to life. What we value most is how accommodating Marcus was whenever we had requests or last-minute changes. He always tried his best to fit them in, and never once made us feel like we were a burden. That kind of patience and flexibility really made a big difference for us, especially during a process that can sometimes feel overwhelming. The workmanship delivered was also impressive, with good attention to detail and a high-quality finish. We recently completed our home renovation with Derrick as our interior designer, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial 3D drawings to the final stages of renovation, Derrick was extremely patient with our constant requests and revisions. He was always attentive to our needs and made sure our ideas were heard and respected. One of the things we truly appreciated was how mindful Derrick was of our renovation budget. He took the initiative to recommend furniture, light fixtures, and other design elements that were not only stylish but also within our budget range.
