We signed with ANSANA Interior Design, already paid 90% expecting 90% of the delivery but as you can see in the photos, its barely livable. Having taken 90% of our monies, we were left in our house in such a state with $100k of work unfinished and NOT communication and NOT returning our monies. We are now taking legal action against ANSANA. We even agreed and planned our move-in around the agreed schedule. As the date approached, the house still wasn’t ready. We were also asked to release more money to pay subcontractors so work can be completed, which made us anxious because so much felt unfinished. We tried to be patient. We chased updates, but many times we ended up contacting and coordinating subcontractors ourselves. The timeline moved, then moved again. Costs we thought were “all-in” later appeared as variation orders—like installation for doors/frames—and even our lump-sum demolition didn’t include removing the old tile skirting, which became another VO. Each surprise meant more time, more stress, and more temporary living costs. This experience has been exhausting and disheartening. We have sleepless nights dealing with ANSANA and now we do not even have a place to stay in because this very bad experience. We’re sharing it so others can plan better than we did: clarify exactly what “all-in” means (in writing), confirm what’s included in demolition (including skirting), and agree on how progress and payments will be managed.

I must preface this to say that we didn’t sign with El Arte but we really wanted to leave a review for the excellent ID we met and worked with - Rebecca. We met Rebecca over the course of about 5 wks, and had numerous meetings with her. From the get go, she was considerate of the fact that we were still overseas, and tried her best to fit our time. She also came fully prepared, with ideas, suggestions, and even drew up 2-3 options for us - something that very few other IDs did (in the end we met close to 15). Rebecca was heard our needs/lifestyle, and Came up with ideas/suggestions that showed she truly thought from our perspective. She also came up with very cool ideas that worked with our less than ideal home layout. Being architecture trained, Rebecca also gave good, realistic advice, and was never pushy which we really valued. Her advice on things like whether a certain number of drawers were feasible made complete sense when she explained them patiently to us - that was very helpful since we were planning for our new home for the first time and had some ideas that really probably wouldn’t have worked. She also went the extra mile to check with her contractors/suppliers when we saw things we’d have wanted but they didn’t supply (like a type of swivel shower partition). She also actively negotiated for a better price for us, within reasonable limits. Perhaps what we enjoyed most about working with Rebecca was her clear explanations and her good vibes - it was never just “yes can do” or “no cannot do” - but she took time to help us understand aspects of design and explore collaboratively what could and couldn’t be done. (Her scribbled drawings are also very easy to understand/act as a good visual aid when she’s explaining). While we went with another company due to their company’s in house carpentry etc(we were mostly doing carpentry for this Reno), we will not hesitate to work with Rebecca in the future should we need any work or Reno to be done!

Roy work according to my budget and plan with care to ensure I can achieve my "dream house" idea while not overspent. He is flexible and patient in arranging meet-up with me due to my hectic schedule. Trustable! And most importantly, he can understand what my needs and wants in building my dream house. He offered extra help to source for compatible deco and accessories. Hopefully once the renovation started he can also put in equal effort to the entire renovation project.

Had the opportunity to discuss our home renovation plans with Quad R's Nigel, and we were impressed by his expertise and professionalism. He was attentive when listening to our lifestyle needs, and proposed great ideas to us. Communications-wise, it was also a smooth experience with Nigel as he relays information clearly and promptly. We had an awesome experience with our ID Kelly! She was very responsive and easy going throughout the process from the initial planning and 3D render to the conceptualizing and eventual execution. She managed to deliver on time and in fact slightly ahead, despite us having some last minute add ons and amendments. There was a good balance of incorporating what we liked and also giving us her professional input about the aesthetics and functionality. Thank you so much Kelly! :) Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with our ID, Kelly for our 4 Room BTO. She was professional, patient and attentive to our needs. She also catered to our last minute requests and gave us a lot of good advice. She designed our dream home very well and guided us along the whole process. She also kept to our budget and timeline as we were in a rush to move in. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and creative ID in Singapore!

We had Gary as our interior designer and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Although we did a couple of things on our own, Gary was always there to support us — going above and beyond his job scope to help out wherever he could. He was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Gary is very detailed and attentive, often spotting things we missed. He also gave us fresh, practical ideas that really helped elevate the overall design. Most importantly, he made sure everything was done perfectly to suit our needs. Like many homeowners, we were initially nervous after hearing so many renovation horror stories — but working with Gary gave us a lot of assurance and peace of mind. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we're extremely happy with how everything turned out.

When we decided to undertake a complete renovation of all three washrooms in our executive maisonette, we knew the project would be complex. Our search for an interior design firm ended quickly, however, after seeing the stunning work Supreme had done for a close friend of ours. The quality was undeniable, and our friend's glowing feedback gave us the confidence to engage them. We were fortunate to be assigned to their interior designer, Sandra, who not only met our high expectations but exceeded them in every possible way. ​From the very beginning, Sandra established a wonderful working relationship with us. She is the epitome of a professional—organized, knowledgeable, and efficient—yet she has a warmth and friendliness that made the entire process so much more pleasant. This approachable nature was crucial, as it made communication feel easy and open. Sandra was always prompt and on-point with her replies, whether we had a major query or a minor question. We were never left in the dark. ​Her project management skills are exceptional. Sandra laid out a clear timeline and ensured that every stage, from hacking to tiling to installation, was met on schedule. On the rare occasion that an unexpected issue or a minor delay occurred, Sandra’s response was immediate and impressive. She would apologize, explain the situation clearly, and, most importantly, have a solution already in motion. Her ability to handle these moments with such steadiness and accountability gave us complete peace of mind. ​What we valued most, however, was the immense expertise she brought to our project. We had our own ideas, but Sandra’s contributions were invaluable. She provided countless pieces of advice, particularly on the selection of tiles and the color schemes for our accessories, that elevated the design of our washrooms from "good" to "outstanding." It's clear she has extensive experience and a deep knowledge of her craft, and her willingness to share that with her clients is a huge asset. She didn't just follow instructions; she collaborated with us to achieve the best possible result. ​Sandra’s dedication continued right through to the project's conclusion. After the main works were done, she was meticulous in ensuring all rectifications were completed to the highest standard, fully honoring the terms of our contract. She even made personal trips down to the site to conduct the final checks herself, demonstrating a level of ownership and pride in her work that is truly commendable. ​To say we are extremely satisfied is an understatement. We have zero regrets in choosing Supreme for this total makeover. Our washrooms are now beautiful, functional, and finished flawlessly. We owe a very special thanks to Sandra, who was the anchor of this entire project. Through every challenge, she remained accommodating, friendly, and completely unflappable. She is an absolute credit to Supreme, and we would recommend her without hesitation.

Had a great experience working with Editor Interior in the building of loft for my landed property. Engaged Editor Interior in August and worked with their interior designer Cheelin. He is a very experienced, professional and responsible ID. He listens to your needs and requirements and will try his best ability to accommodate and expedite. Works for the loft started in early September and the major works were completed in 3 weeks. Everything finishes in 5 weeks. The planned timeline given was 1.5 to 2 months and the loft was completed earlier than expected. Workmanship from the workers were great and very efficient and no compromise in quality. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with the end result. Will definitely engage Editor Interior next time for future renovation and will recommend to friends and relatives. Highly recommended to work with ID Cheelin.

Our ID, Jeff Chong, has truly been a joy to work with from start to finish. You didn’t just design a house — you created a sanctuary that feels entirely like me. I couldn’t have asked for a better designer or a more wonderful renovation journey.
