I am beyond furious, disgusted, and completely fed up with this company. This entire experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I have NEVER dealt with a service provider as irresponsible, dishonest, and utterly incompetent as this one. From start to finish, they have done nothing but lie, delay, disappear, and throw empty promises at me. 1. They NEVER keep their promises. Every promise is just another lie. They say they will settle the issue, they say they will come, they say they will follow up — but NONE of it ever happens. 2. Their appointments are FAKE. They keep giving me dates and times, and I shift my entire schedule just to accommodate them. I adjust my plans, keep myself free, and wait at home — and they STILL don’t show up. No early notice. No last-minute update. Nothing. What kind of rubbish service is this, where the CLIENT has to rearrange everything, but the company can’t even have the decency to turn up? 3. They always blame “another client.” Every time they fail to appear, it’s the same excuse: “Got issue with another customer.” This is beyond unprofessional. If you cannot manage your schedule, don’t give appointments you can’t keep. 4. Zero communication — they ignore messages and calls. I get no replies, no callbacks, no follow-ups. I have to keep chasing them like I’m begging for something. They simply don’t care. 5. They clearly don’t prioritise me at all. They make it obvious that other customers come first, and I’m treated like I’m not important. Even after paying them, I get pushed aside repeatedly. Total disrespect. And to top it all off, their worker DAMAGED my bed frame, and until now, they have refused to take responsibility or fix it. No apology, no solution — absolutely nothing. This company is unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest, and completely incompetent. They wasted my time, my money, and my peace of mind. My warning to everyone: Stay FAR away from this company. They don’t keep promises. They don’t show up. They don’t reply. They don’t care. They only know how to give excuses and lie. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

From our first meeting, Stacia made us feel comfortable and assured. She was approachable, patient and took the time to understand our ideas instead of immediately pushing her own designs. She helped us make decisions on materials, colours and furniture choices, always explaining the pros and cons so we could make informed choices. Her suggestions were practical and thoughtful, and she always considered how we would actually use the space in our daily lives. One thing we really appreciated was her professionalism and transparency. Renovation can be stressful, but Stacia kept us updated regularly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and managed the different moving parts well. She was also upfront about costs and respected our budget, which gave us confidence throughout the journey. The final result turned out even better than we imagined. Our home feels warm, functional and truly reflects our personality. The details that we discussed during the design process came together beautifully, and we have received many compliments from our family and friends. Thank you, Stacia, for your patience, dedication and commitment in bringing our dream home to life. We are grateful to have found an interior designer who not only has great design ideas, but also genuinely cares about her clients. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and passionate designer.

Aldrick was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He shared many valuable ideas and drew on his extensive experience to guide us through both the planning and renovation process. He is approachable, down-to-earth, and took the time to understand our needs. He worked hard to accommodate our requirements within the available budget and project scope, which gave us great confidence in appointing him. We recently worked with Noel and Justin for our home renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! We were facing a very tight timeline and honestly thought it would be almost impossible to complete everything on time. Noel and Justin completely exceeded our expectations. They managed to execute all the major carpentry and painting within just 2 weeks while we were out of Singapore, followed by finishing up all the remaining small details in another week or two. Leaving your home renovation running while overseas can be nerve-wracking, but Noel and Justin kept us completely at ease. They were incredibly prompt, proactive, and frequent with their status updates, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. If you need reliable, fast, and communicative designers who deliver quality even under tight deadlines, we highly recommend Noel and Justin!

We had a very good experience with Khim from Jialux for our renovation. He was always very prompt in the replies, never pushy, and tried his best to cater to all our preferences. We had some unforeseen incidences happening during our renovation, and he was always there to help us resolve them. There was once we received a notice from PUB late at night on potential water leak, and he went down to our flat immediately after being notified, close to midnight, to help verify the issue. He also personally helped us to DIY some small installations without extra charge. We are very satisfied with his professionalism and his services, and would recommend Jialux for anyone looking for a good renovation experience. Chin Hua

Natalie has been extremely helpful, responsive and gives great and practical ideas, balancing out aesthetics and practicality really well. She is meticulous in managing the timeline and ensured everything was up to standard. We are blessed to have her as our first ID and have not had to experience any of the reno horror stories that we often see online. Thank you so much for the entire experience!

We recently completed a six-month renovation of our three-storey landed home with sky, and we were very happy with the journey and the result. From the very beginning, it was clear that they had extensive experience. Despite the fact that my ideas are sometimes unconventional, they were always prepared with considerations and potential solutions. They thought beyond our immediate ideas, which is enriched from their past experiences. They were able to explain immediately what was feasible, what wasn't, and where costs could be saved or would increase. For more unusual requests, they were very ready to research and source for the ideas. Their advice was practical, honest, and based on real experience, which gave us confidence in every decision we made. They are also backed by a team of subcontractors who are long-term partners, well tried and tested. Sky team curated them for us, making sure that their strengths correspond with the priorities of the projects They were always flexible and willing to work on our ideas. They took the time to explore solutions and collaborated readily with the various parties involved in the project. They were agile, thought quickly on their feet, and consistently found solutions whenever unexpected issues arose. Managing a renovation of this scale meant coordinating countless moving parts over six months, yet they remained organised, reliable, and communicative throughout. They kept us updated, stayed on top of the many details, and handled challenges calmly and professionally. It was never any unexplained delays or unaddressed issues. Despite the inevitable curveballs and changes that came with a complex renovation, the project was completed within our budget and on a very reasonable timeline. Their professionalism, experience, and commitment to delivering a quality result made the entire process far less stressful than it could have been.

I feel my interior design- renovator , Inizio Atelier@ Henderson deserves a big shout-out for their outstanding professionalism and ability to be creative in finding solutions (whenever issues occurred) Andrew Poh, the principal I D manager, together with Daryl, his team member, took control of the entire renovation ( once they understood my design preferences ) with sincerity; as if Andrew was renovating his own home. I felt safe and stress-free, as they engaged me and provided their creative design advice, every step of the two &half months renovations Bravo to Andrew and Daryl, my re-sale 3-rm flat is now my cosy " home -sweet-home"

Honestly, I can’t recommend Janice from Key Concept enough…. I only had a single bathroom to redo, but she treated it like it was a full house reno - with the same exact care and attention… She’s super friendly and patient, and really honest with her recommendations. Never pushy at all. She always got the balance right between what I wanted and what I actually needed. Whenever I had a question or a concern, she’d reply crazy fast and sort it out. She stuck to the timeline, kept me updated on all the milestones, and was really thorough with the quality checks, which I massively appreciated. It made the whole thing feel smooth and stress-free. We had an amazing experience working with Zoe on our home renovation, and we can't recommend her enough! Even before we collected our keys, she reached out to start planning. Don't get us wrong, it was not pushy at all, just genuinely eager to get things right from the start. Once we gave the go-ahead, work began almost immediately and the whole project moved along really fast, without ever feeling rushed or compromising on quality. What stood out most was how detail-oriented she was. Every little thing was thought through, and she was always checking in with us to make sure each decision matched our preferences and aesthetic. She truly cared about our opinion and made us feel like it was our home she was designing, not just another project. She also drew on her own experience to flag potential mistakes before we made them, which saved us a lot of headaches down the road. Throughout the renovation, she visited the site regularly, kept us updated constantly, and was available to answer our questions round the clock. She was always friendly and patient, even with our endless questions. She also went above and beyond by helping us source off-the-shelf pieces that matched our overall look, and even brought us along to pick out fixtures and lighting in person. Even after handover, she stayed on top of rectification work, following up on small defects and touch-ups until everything was exactly right. Overall, her efficiency, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire renovation process smooth and stress-free.
