Engaging Earth interior design was a huge mistake , lacking of discipline and coordination throughout the whole process. This revamp of my two bathroom project was taken noting that we are staying in the house and the mass amount of debris , equipments, water pails , big pile up of cement and tiles were scattered everywhere like a manufacturing factory .The designers are dressed very sloppily with T slippers and were seldom on site with supervision responsibilities. Anyways, it would not make any differences with a punch card attitude which I realised later on .. the plumbers refused to lay protection gear so we ended up with a faulty door with scratches and unable to close . There are hints of low quality job like constant dragging of job completion time frame , undelivered 3D design , scarce communication job requirements with their plumbing and tiling foreign workers which we thought it is just hiccups along the way . The decision to end the project despite incomplete renovations was when we entrusted them with our house , the door was left open and the tiler decided to raise a big , ugly , outdated shower kerb to his liking . The whole thing was a add on disaster when the “hulk @ Lloyd came into this project with directive commands to his team to stop all works threatening to leave all the debris , equipment and others in my house defending the grave mistakes. The poor workmanship of cracking and uneven tiles on the bathroom , poor plumbing works was a far sight of what we saw at the showroom .. up to now , my two bathrooms are incomplete and the same way as it is but we are glad to end this devastating experience.

We are return clients of Ciseern for several reasons. Ciseern is an established and reputable design company, and they did a fantastic job with the carpentry in our previous home. All their cabinets come with exclusive wood grain carcasses from Korea, which we really love. So when it came time to renovate our new home, Ciseern was naturally our first choice. We were fortunate to have Vince (manager) and Daniel (designer) helm our renovation project. From cabinetry design and material selection to accessories, lighting, furniture, and colour schemes, both Vince and Daniel provided us with valuable ideas and advice. Vince is very knowledgeable and experienced, while Daniel managed all the contractors efficiently, making the entire renovation process smooth and worry-free. Their strong relationships with vendors also helped us get the best possible rates and outcomes. Despite our tight schedule and an unexpected wall paint issue from the developer, they ensured that every deadline was met on time. What truly stood out was how Vince and Daniel managed to work within our budget yet still delivered our dream home. They never pushed us to spend unnecessarily and were always transparent and considerate. Ciseern also offers excellent after-sales support. Daniel has been incredibly dedicated, helping us even after the handover — from hanging our paintings and fixing TV cables to minor touch-ups and troubleshooting. It’s reassuring to know we can still count on them whenever we need help. We are deeply grateful to Vince and Daniel for turning our vision into reality. We would highly recommend them and Ciseern to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful, and committed renovation team.

Tamie and her team has been super helpful and understanding throughout the whole renovation! From planning and designing all the way to handover she has been always willing to assist to meet in all of our need no matter how small! They are always very flexible when it comes to materials reccomendations! Would definetly recommend for any one looking to do their renovations no matter how big or small!

I had the pleasure of working with our ID Blessing on a kitchen and bathrooms renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From day one, she was responsive, creative, and very easy to talk to. She really listened to my ideas and then elevated them with her own artistic touch and professional insight. One thing I especially appreciated was how decisive she is, she clearly knows what she’s doing. Her confidence and expertise made the whole process smooth and efficient. Never expected that renovations could be such a smooth experience. 🤯 It was such a pleasure working together with Siew Kei for our BTO apartment! 🥰 Right from the get-go, Kei made an effort to understand our lifestyles, aesthetic preferences and functional requirements for our upcoming place. Our communication styles matched and immediately after the very first meeting, we already knew that she would be THE designer we wanted to work with. Despite the long wait to our key collection (January to July), Kei constantly kept in touch with moodboards and detailed drawings for our layout and carpentry. My husband and I pretty much knew what we wanted for our place so we managed to nail down almost every single detail before key collection. After which, we just had to execute what we planned. 📐🛠️ Throughout the entire renovation process, Kei kept us updated on milestones and what work we would expect to be completed next. Even though we were working with multiple vendors (some of them were our own), not a single ball was dropped and everything went as planned. She is also super meticulous and pays great attention to detail and visual lines. She made sure our aluminum doors were symmetrical with our shoe cabinet even though they were from different contractors - that’s great coordination! Also, if anything is senget (translation: crooked), she will spot it even when my (already OCD enough) eyes miss it. 👀 The Interior Lab has a repertoire of really good vendors and subcontractors. Their electrician is top-notch and really knows his stuff. And our friends and neighbours keep mentioning the superior quality of our carpentry work. Our reno handover took place a whole 2 weeks ahead of schedule and there were no hiccups. I never knew this was even possible. Thank you for making the renovation such an enjoyable process, Kei! ❤️

Darius have been constantly weekly updating our Reno progress , also actively answer our query and concern. Workmanship quality is good and nice too, I love every single bits of my house design and the quality of works, and of course the timeline to handover our house is very much on point. I just want to say a big thank you, and definitely will recommend you to my friend , family’s and colleagues.

I recently engaged U-Home for my new home renovation again, the 3rd time in the 4 homes that I have over the past 20+ years. This time round I was served by Janice and June and both of them have been a great help in my renovation journey. Janice is especially helpful and responsible in making sure that she follows the timeline and work schedule set and agreed with me and I know I can totally rely on her to ensure a smooth renovation for my new home.

We engaged Omni as we saw some nice renovation ads from IG, and we are truly happy with our ID Jasmine. She was really friendly and very patient with us throughout the process of pre discussions, during renovation and after the works were completed. She explained the process in detail, what materials to use, what is easy to take care, she was prompt with her replies and things that she needed to get done on her part. Even after the renovation has completed, Jasmine remained responsive and helped with the little touch-ups that were needed- showing great post renovation service. Overall, we're very happy with the results and the service we received. It's reassuring as customers to have an ID who listens, communicates well, and truly cares about delivering good work. After meeting several interior designers, I chose to work with Fanny and it is a great decision. Fanny quickly understood my vision and turned it into beautiful designs, even without a mood board. Wei Jian ensured the workmanship was precise and well-supervised throughout the renovation. Their service was responsive, patient, and always accommodating to my requests. For the quality delivered, the value for money was excellent. The whole process was smooth and pleasant, and I’m truly happy with the final result. We had a great experience working with Vincent as our interior designer. He was consistently responsive, even when we messaged at odd hours, and always replied promptly. He patiently addressed all our questions and offered thoughtful advice on colour choices and design decisions, drawing from his experience to guide us. The renovation was completed quickly and efficiently, and Vincent handled negotiations with contractors and furniture suppliers in a timely and professional manner. We really appreciated his dedication and coordination throughout the process.

Engaged Ming Le as our ID , he was helpful and despite numerous changes to our rendering and on site , he remains professional and promptly made the changes. He was open to our changes made and did the necessary rectification whenever needed. He is a very generous person too! Do look for him for any inquiry or Reno suggestions!
