Jeans/Blanket/thicker materials takes 1.5-2 cycles of heating to fully dry. Easy to use with remote. > Good customer service - Site measurement staff Vivian was friendly, explained the functionality of each model and the promotions available. She also replied to some queries on using the heater function and radio frequency weeks after installation (via whatsapp, appreciated that). Tip: To off heater, press fan twice. It's RF so so those who wants to automate the system (Google Home etc). > Plastic Hangers totally not affected by heat. Bought the cheapo hangers, after few mths, hangers all still intact (no melting). Good! > Good and fast installation - The installation guy was friendly, patiently explained the functions of the remote, patch up the drilling nicely, he also confirmed the location of the installation (from site measurement). Installer was meticulous. Overall experience was higher than expectation. And I must say the Solar system has been very efficient in drying, especially the past 2weeks when it rains all day, clothes are dried quickly.
