Project Details

Located at the end of a cul de sac. the sleek curvy architecture of the house reflects the client’s love of collecting automobiles and bicycles. Interesting, the client also inherited a bundle ofantique wooden chinese signages from his late grandfather, a prominent teochew businessman, which he wanted to display. The challenge was to narrate these different stories and history into a connected flow of space. We found the sense of motion, nature and time, evoked from these varied stories and decided to express them in restrainted natural materials with distinct details.
