We're grateful to have met and worked with Brandon from 9 Creation to renovate our new flat. The entire experience was start to end was positive and fuss-free. Design: Brandon has a great eye for colour and design and is also able to understand clients' needs well. His proposed designs were very much in line with the rough ideas and requirements we had in mind, making conceptualising a breeze. Throughout the renovation process thereafter, he guided us in making design decisions (e.g. colour and style of tiles, blinds, laminates) to achieve a more cohesive look. He is also very knowledgeable and experienced in this field, highlighting considerations and areas to look out for when designing our house. His skills are impressive and we absolutely love how our home turned out! Working experience: The construction of our BTO flat had been delayed 3 times due to Covid, and when we finally collected our keys one year after the original completion date, Brandon understood our urgency to get the home ready for move-in as soon as possible. He moved the project along quickly and expedited areas where possible. Brandon was also very responsive throughout the renovation process, explaining and answering whatever questions we had (this is our first home) and following up on various areas where needed. He was very efficient and effective in managing the project, and worked well with contractors, including those brought on board by us, to facilitate and ensure everything was done well and according to timeline. Brandon's efforts eventually allowed us to move into our new home way ahead of timeline. Workmanship: So far so good! Very pleased with the carpentry, painting, etc. We've since recommended Brandon to several friends embarking on their own renovation journeys.
