I have initially shortlisted 3 IDs and decided to engage Shikin. Although the 2 other IDs seemed to be more experienced, Shikin was able to relate and conceptualize what I want better. Being professionally taught under SIT, she was able to draft 3D images for me to visualize what I had in mind prior to the renovation. She has excellent aesthetic sense while providing her views and doesn’t shy away from telling me if the design that I want does not turn well in reality. Her project management skill was also very good as she proactively tracks and update the project progress to me. The price was reasonable and transparent with all changes communicated up-front. In terms of renovation work, the contractors were professional and did a great job. Compared with my previous reno experience, this reno went well smoothly. I am very pleased with the reno outcome and am glad that I have made the right choice to choose them.
