A Treasure Trove

Overall outcome - beautiful, cosy home Xean contacted us within a day of us submitting on Qanvast and arranged for a meeting within the week. We had already met over 10 ID firms, but what impressed us was that they had come up with a layout plan, moodboard and quotation within a week. The quotation that was given was not the cheapest, but for good reason - the quality and outcome was extremely good. For example, they only work with Evorich as their vinyl supplier, and the vinyl was of great quality and had texture unlike other vinyls. Our assigned ID was Lee Xean. She was meticulous and very responsive, making sure to reply us within the day during the whole renovation process. She was also very patient with us - we had changed the overall theme and colour schemes of the house after we signed with them, and she made sure that we made the right choices and was patient with the many changes we made for laminates, tiles and colours. She also answered our many questions and addressed any concerns we had, which gave us a lot of reassurance. She also made sure to be there at every stage, making sure things were communicated well to the subcontractors and checking in and confirming with us regarding designs, layouts and etc every step of the way. The materials and laminates used were good as well. We had laminates from EDL, the vinyl flooring was from Evorich (which really made quite a lot of difference), and the workmanship for tiles, carpentry and etc were of great quality. We are quite particular and detail oriented, and I must say that we did not have to nitpick on anything. With any renovation, there are certainly hiccups, but Xean dealt with them well and ensured that the renovation could be kept on track. Overall, I would recommend Xean as she was easy to work with, meticulous, attention to detail, and had really great design/layout ideas which helped us have a beautiful, cosy home.
