Project Details
A 3 storey corner terrace with 4,000 sq ft GFA, the house was designed to achieve a “green” low running costs building through passive sustainable design. Arguably the first of its kind in Singapore, every floor was designed to be naturally cross-ventilated from front right through the back of the house (12m on Plan) via slot openings. In addition, vertical “chimney or stack” effect ventilation is provided at 4 different locations scattered around the house to “release” rising hot and “draw” in air to stimulate cross ventilation around the house.A 3 storey corner terrace with 4,000 sq ft GFA, the house was designed to achieve a “green” low running costs building through passive sustainable design.
