New condominiums are compact. But with barely 0.8m of working top, this penthouse’s see-through kitchen is really compact, in sharp contrast with its adjoined double-volume living room. Naturally, ANSANA re-worked the kitchen to extend it, and changed its clear glass to a beautiful textured panel allowing light yet lending enough privacy. Along with the master room upstairs, ANSANA carved out valuable amount of storage and space for the client. Various shades of gray lend a sophisticated feel and made everything look in place with the distressed-wood frame, antique mirror panes, white leather sofa and even the client’s precious porcelain-ballerinas collection.
