Engaged Authors Interior last year July for my first house renovation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the result of my home renovation journey with Authors and in particular, my ID, Tayllen. Tayllen played a great role as key communicator with all contractors and agencies involved which really helped to ease my mind from the stresses of the entire renovation processes. The entire renovation process went very smoothly albeit a few minor problems but as with all renovations, that is to be expected. More importantly, these problems were handled professionally and fairly by Authors. Everyone at Authors has been responsive and quick to advise/act when there are issues and always maintain a steady communication channel with me, to ensure my peace of mind. Thank you!
