Found Black & White Haus on Facebook whilst shortlisting IDs and I was introduced to Jade. From the first meeting I could already tell she was very patient and meticulous in handling a client’s wants and needs. While she listens to the ideas I have, the best quality about Jade is that she’s able to jump in to help make good decisions on areas that I was unsure of. During the whole process of the renovation, Jade has promptly provided me with weekly updates and quickly called me whenever any issues arise. I was pleasantly surprised that the project was completed with little to no issues, and everything was done up to great quality. Jade’s approach always felt like it was working with a friend, so the entire experience felt stress free. Heck, on handover day she had already caught the small defects before I could even start looking, talk about meticulous! 10/10 would recommend!
