Working with Pinky from Black and White Haus throughout our renovation journey was truly an enjoyable experience from start to finish. She was patient, really listened to our lifestyle needs, and took time to understand the vibe and look that we were hoping to achieve in our new home. Throughout the planning stages, she was clear with what would be delivered, honest with what was practically achievable within our space, and was able to merge form and function without compromising on aesthetics. Most of all, she was able to look at our existing floor plan and made wonderful suggestions for changes which suited our family’s needs, while optimizing spaces and flow of the entire apartment. Pinky is not hesitant about sharing her ideas and on some occasions made suggestions which we initially felt was out of our comfort zone, but we went along with them and absolutely love the outcomes and are so glad for her input. We always had fun despite the long discussion sessions, and she worked with us step by step to guide us through the process, planned the meet ups around our schedules and worked within the timelines. Whenever we had queries, they were promptly addressed. The renovation process was slowed down due to COVID measures, but we were kept updated frequently on the progress with photographs. The coordination for sequencing of works between electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc went smoothly with the final work produced being of good quality. As with all renovations, there are always minor imperfections upon handover. But Pinky and team followed up closely on them and made sure that all these were rectified to our satisfaction. We will without hesitation work again with them and strongly recommend them. Thank you Pinky and the team at Black and White Haus for creating our wonderful new home which we love!
