My property agent recommended Daniel, who also engaged Daniel for his renovation. We did a few rounds of Zoom calls, exchanging ideas and suggestions, and Daniel created a 3D model of the design before my commitment. He did spend quality time explaining to me what can/cannot be done, the pro/cons, and the price differences of the options we wanted. We are glad we followed his suggestions on cost-saving without compensating for the look of the final design within our budget. Do I encounter problems during the renovation? YES! There was some minor QC problem, and he agreed and fixed it all for us; even 6 months after the renovation, he still sent workers to fix some minor issues that we discovered after we lived in. I use 'Stressless' in my review title because it is really stressless. Daniel always proposes a few design types (tiles/flooring/paint...), explaining the differences of each design, which design will be out of fashion etc, rather than passing us the whole catalogue. It makes make it so much easy during decision making, at times, I just said please help us to decide, and he did a great job. This is not a sales pitch, but you should engage Daniel as your ID if you wish to have a stressless and quality renovation within your budget.
