Went with this company because they got qanvast super trust award and that’s the biggest mistake I made . Initially the conversation went well and the ID promise me whatever I mentioned . I am partially in this line this I do have knowledge on ID however the ID assigned to me have very poor knowledge and is very dependent on me to give every single details. Approval process was in a mess and I told the ID to compile everything in a PPT but he mentioned that he does not know how to use a PPT . Initially promised to help fixed up all the furniture I purchase but ended up he didn’t keep his promised . Bought a 75 inch tv but they build a 70 inch tv console for me … have so much more to say but just use this ID AT YOUR OWN RISK

Derrick has been an outstanding Interior Designer in Carpenter direct, his portfolio and standards has been top notched as proven by his past works. However, do let us address some of the concerns that you have mentioned.
Firstly, do take note that it is not an Interior Designer’s responsibility to provide clients with a PowerPoint presentation (PPT). It is a mere bonus for their clients. Even so, Derrick has eventually put in all efforts to learn and create a PPT for you with a compilation of items you requested.
Next, with regard to the installation of furniture, we have assisted to install your study table as it was the ONLY item that arrived on time to our carpenter’s schedule. Derrick has indeed informed you about this situation and you have acknowledged it.
Lastly, we apologise for the mismatched TV console as it was our mistake. However, we have provided you with solutions including a compensation of 50% of the affect item, which you have kindly accepted.
This review has came to a shock to us as we have rightfully done our part as an Interior Designer firm in providing you with all your expected requirements for your home renovation. However, if there is any additional unsatisfaction regarding our service, we prefer to settle it amicably instead of tarnishing our ID’s reputation online. Thus, please refrain from any personal defamatory comments as we take such remarks very seriously.
