We came across Ciseern through a fateful altar photo. We really liked the design back then and decided that we would want to meet up with the designer for further ideas and space planning. That's how we met Colin and having met a few IDs before, we felt that he's the one right after the meet up. We liked the aesthetic ideas and layout proposed as well as being practical at the same time. The whole discussion went smoothly and we engaged Colin almost half year before the start of our renovation. Fast forward to the beginning of the renovation, that's when we met Julian, his partner. Both of them made such flawless team to ensure that our renovation schedule was on track. There were some delays due to structural issues with our new home and we were very glad that both Colin and Julian were able to spot the issues during on-site inspection. As we had to engage external parties for rectification works for the structural issues, we were really worried not being able to have the project completed on time. However, with the extra tight supervision and worker arrangements by Julian, our project even completed ahead of our move-in date. During the whole renovation process, there were also many meet ups to finalize design ideas and Colin is forever patient with us despite his busy schedule. Both Colin and Julian even helped us with lighting, painting and furniture selection, to ensure that the whole design would blend into the theme that we wanted. We are also very glad with the attention of details that both of them have. There were a few times that they spotted issues that we didn't even see and got the works rectified to ensure flawless workmanship. Their requirements of quality is indeed very high, not to mention they have got really the best tilers. Having seen through a few renovation works, their workmanship does impress. Look no where, it has got to be Colin and Julian from Ciseern if you are looking to have frank and honest designers to work towards the theme that you envisioned. The outcome and workmanship is really impressive and they made our dream home come true. Thank you Colin and Julian, Thank you Ciseern. Hope both of you will continue serving the customers for a long period of time.
