While planning for my renovation; did my homework with several quotes and also reviewing options of renovating directly with contractors. Happen to get her contact through friends, went online to do some check and seems that she is highly recommended for her responsibility, which is something that I was looking for as I am not able to commit my time schedule to be monitoring over it. Met Lee Sing twice, and signing off the deal on the 2nd meet up. Price wise, I would say reasonable, not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. She do take in to consideration of budget and to work around it with alternative recommendation. Throughout the entire project; only met her up for a few rounds on site and leaving the rest to her. All the request or confirmation are clearly noted down by her and relay accordingly down to the contractors. Some minor issue here and there (never expect perfect scenario); but everything were solved. Even if there is some last minute additional changes or request from me, she manage it perfectly well. Her proposed time line and schedule were all well met (considering during the covid period) which allows me to shift everything in smoothly. Project has been completed for months till now, and I am very contended with all the results. If you are reading this, and you are looking for a reliable ID. I will highly recommend for LEE SING. She will ensure that the renovation process and period is well taken care off and end of the it, you will live in it happily ever after. A Picture tells thousand words.
