I am writing to provide feedback on my recent renovation project with Interior Designer Winny. Overall, I am satisfied with the work that was done, and I appreciate the effort that Winny put in to ensure that the project was completed to my satisfaction. Winny was very responsive and communicative throughout the project. She always answered my questions in a timely manner, usually within hours, which made me feel like I was in good hands. She also took the initiative to occasionally send me photos and updates on the renovation progress via Whatsapp, which was a nice touch and made it easy for me to visualize the changes in my flat. During the Covid period, when key collection was set for end September 2022, I asked Winny to expedite the renovation process, and she gave us an estimation of completion by mid-December 2022. Despite the lack of manpower during that period, I appreciate that she was able to hand over the completed renovation on 15th December 2022, which was less than three months during the Covid period. Winny was also helpful in assisting us to order a door handle that we preferred, which saved us a lot of hassle. She tried her best to incorporate our preferences and ideas into the design, while also explaining the limitations and alternative possibilities to us. However, there were a few areas where the carpentry workmanship could have been better, but I understand that this can be subjective. During our first meeting, which was a two-hour Zoom call, Winny was open to our ideas and explored the possibilities and limitations. She shared an electrician pricelist with us during the call, which showed her transparency and honesty. When it came to arranging the windows grill, Winny immediately arranged it within one week, unlike external companies, where I would have to wait for a month. This shows her ability to manage her time and resources effectively. We would like to add that one of the most impressive things about working with Winny was her ability to come up with creative solutions for our space constraints. For example, we requested two study desks and two beds in a single room for our two kids. Most other interior designers we had spoken to had said that this was impossible due to the limited space in our three-room flat. However, Winny was able to make it happen and we were thrilled with the end result. In addition to her ability to problem-solve and make our requests a reality, Winny also provided valuable recommendations and advice throughout the renovation process. For example, she rejected some of our initial ideas due to space constraints and suggested alternative solutions that were both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Who can wondered that i can do a one full piece toilet door for a three-room flat (not the traditional open and slide). Without detailed calculation on the space planning, this will not been possible. We appreciated her honesty and expertise in guiding us towards the best possible outcome for our home. While Design4space may not be the cheapest interior design company, I believe that it is worth the money for the peace of mind that comes with a job well done. Overall, I am 85% satisfied with the renovation project, and I would recommend Winny's services to others who are looking for an interior designer. Thank you for assigning Winny to my project, and I look forward to working with Design4space in the future.
