I have engaged Elvis as I have found him down to earth and more realistic as well as open to opinions as compared to other designers that I have shortlisted. During the design phase, he really took in a lot of considerations on space saving and optimize areas as I am only renovating a 2 room BTO. The suggestions he gave - I would say is creative and innovative that met beyond expectations. Honestly, I was initially quite skeptical - however, after some tweaking during the implementation phase, the renovation came out quite nicely - almost identical to the artist impressions that he gave. Workmanship is also quite good with every detail communicated prior to the commencement of work. Overall, I am happy with the service and quality of work Elvis has provided.
