This is our second experience with EA Interior (Edwin). We were pleased with our first BTO's outcome and decided to go with him again for our resale. No regrets!! We wanted a design completely opposite from our previous which gave him a big headache as my wife and myself have different concepts to our wants but one thing we absolutely wanted was something minimal and maintenance free therefore we decided to pass the headache to him to design and propose. The drawing came out fantastic as usual but we were skeptical on its physical outcome. We just went ahead and the design turned out well. We had alot of queries on the items used for carpentry and electrical (eg: hinges, types of laminates, socket & etc). He was patient and able to give us its pros and cons on the products used. Eventually its about "you pay for what you get!" Cheap doesn't mean good and good doesn't mean expensive. We went with solutions that were able to last longer but doesn't burn a hole in the pocket. The renovation took longer than expected due to the covid situation and lack of manpower but it was a known fact and completed eventually. Rectification works were completed within 2 weeks after shifting in. His guys were accommodative and willing to rectify our requests with a smile which was pleasant. Overall it was a smooth reno carried out with a few hiccups here and there. I would highly recommend his services to my friends and family.
