We totally enjoyed our whole reno journey with our ID, Alex. When we first met him, he was able to understand our needs and wishes. He balanced aesthetics and practicality very well, very important for our family with kids and a pet. Alex is very experienced, able to identify potential issues early and gave us solutions through the reno. We can count on him and his team for prompt update or advice. Though we made some last min changes on certain areas, Alex could manage and everything completed as per schedule. We are happy working with his team and the workmanship of his vendors too.
