Overall, it was a good experience working with the HDA team. We were comfortable from our first meeting with Choo Yih & Weilu, as we felt that they had an idea of what we wanted, had the necessary experience to carry out what was needed, and their rates quoted were also reasonable. Our designer was Weilu and she was very meticulous and helpful in the whole renovation process. From the design stage, she listened keenly to our requests, likes/dislikes and functional needs, then built them in to the overall design, with a pleasing aesthetic. During the renovation itself, though there were little issues that cropped up, she managed and resolved them in a responsible manner. Even months after the whole renovation had ended, the HDA team remained responsive and helpful, as they helped to resolve some issues we faced with the balcony sliding door.
