Natalie is the first ID I met amongst the three interior design firms that we have shortlisted. I actually more or less decided to engage her for my renovation after the first discussion. She and her team understand what our requirements and completed the project within the tight timeline. Natalie would updates us the renovation progress closely and she is very responsive, too. We also satisfied with the carpentry work, so far there is no issues after we moved in more than 6 months. Overall experience with them is great.
