Adeline has a really pleasant disposition that clicked with us. We were always comfortable talking to her about what we think we want. She was always ready to offer advice about whether our ideas where practical or not, and whether we would live to regret those choices. Renovating a home is a high stress event, especially for design newbies like us and there is so much money at stake. Adeline is always on hand to provide guidance on what to do next. She and her team is always patient and gracious with us when we change our minds. In some cases, that involves rework and we are grateful for their patience during those times when we are less than reasonable. Budget wise, we exceeded our initial plan, but it was down to us not knowing what to expect. We had never renovated a place of this size, so initial projections were off the mark. That said, Adeline was able to help us consider various alternatives and we were able to lower the eventual cost to an acceptable level. After moving in for a number of months now, everything is holding up. Workmanship is great. No surprises at all. We now have a beautiful place to call home for many years to come.
