My husband and I engaged Zi Wei from Jialux Interior Design for our BTO home renovation and were extremely pleased with her service and delivery. She far exceeded our expectations, and the entire renovation journey was seamless and stress-free. Her talent and dedication had truly transformed our living space into a place of beauty and comfort. We gave Zi Wei our desired theme and colour scheme and informed her of our seemingly tight deadline and she managed to handover our unit to us earlier than we could have hoped for. We loved her suggestions and designs and through our constant conversations with her, we could distinguish the kind of ID, and more importantly the type of person she is. She is a very dedicated individual, who is meticulous in her work. She did not over-promise any aspect of the renovation, and always checked with her contractors to clarify any doubts if any, before proceeding. From the initial design concepts to the final execution, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism and creativity. Her ability to capture our vision and enhance it with her unique ideas was truly remarkable. The attention to detail and the choice of colours, textures, and furnishings have left us in awe. We could not have acheieved it without her. She understood that miscommunication between clients, ID and contractors were inevitable, hence she always went the extra mile to ensure any mistakes were rectified. She has an eye for detail and did not accept sub-standard work from her contractors. She ensures her contractors delivered quality work and will reject any undesirable work without us saying a word. During the entire process, both of us were very heavily engaged with our new-born and work, however Zi Wei ensured we were regularly updated on the progress of the renovation and offered (and helped) to liaise with our various vendors on appliances and furniture deliveries, despite this not being part of her job. Her communication skills and responsiveness throughout the renovation made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her ability to adapt to our changing needs and preferences was impressive, and her commitment to delivering quality results was evident in every aspect of the renovation. We have already received numerous compliments from friends and family who have visited our home. Her ideas has not only enhanced our living space but also improved our overall quality of life. We are thankful to have found Zi Wei, who made our renovation journey an extremely pleasant and exciting one. She may be a soft spoken person, but her results speak loudly. Hi Zi Wei, if you are reading this, you are a true artist in your field, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you. Has been consulted with at least 7 ID firm before I decide the renovation project. So far, only Cyrus showing his passion and interest even though it is a small prjext (2room flexi) During the consultation, he tried his best to ask get all information and layout, and during the presentation, he is the only one showing a simple 3D to enhance our visual. Trust me, it matters especially Im not a visual person, if the designer just showing the square, circle or rectangle I wouldn’t know what is it. It is not just enhance the visual but it also give me a clear understanding of what I’m paying for. During the process, almost everyday he initiatively showing the progress, which part has been done and what’s next, including the timeline. One thing I really wanna highlight of Cyrus is, his critical thinking and handling skill is superb! He will always check my expectations and provide at least 2 solutions for each rectify process. And every time before proceed, he will also draw out some visual to set the expectations! And the workmanship from his contractor, is really good. Knowing you may able to purchase the similar stuff from open market, but trust me, follow what Cyrus recommend. I hardly find any defects from the final handover! Best thing to mentioned is not just the wonderful personality he has, his aesthetic sense is good too! He will always stop me from buying furniture tht may ruin the aesthetic, and he really turn the ordinary 2rm flexi hdb to a cosy condo-liked apartment! If you would like to engage your ID who provide superb quality with value, I highly recommend Cyrus and Jialux!

We would like to thank our ID Gerald lim for providing us an enjoyable and hassle free experience for our house renovation. Gerald is a reliable, diligent, responsible and patient guy . He listen to all our ideas/suggestions, and never fail to provide us with professions advice . He Is also willing to explore out some of our wild ideas. When an issue arise, he fast to provide us with constructive suggest and solution. Overall we are very happy and satisfied with our house design. A really a big thanks to Gerald and his team for their effort. Well done
