This is my 2nd time choosing & working with Jialux on my home renovation & improvement. 1st time in end 2019 for full house renovation & 2nd time in March 2023 for small home improvement to partition a helper room. Reason for me to be a return customer is because I really have good & smooth experience working with Jialux ID , who always know what customer want, transparent about pricing & help work around budget, responsible & responsive. I worked with different IDs in my 2 renovations but their working attitude & quality are consistently good. CongSheng is the ID assigned for my home improvement project this time, even with my small budget & small scope, he listened to my requests carefully, help work around my budget and deliver the satisfactory outcome. I'm thankful that I do not have to experience all the renovation nightmares that I read online, and Jialux will always be my go to option for any renovations that I need in the future.
