This is our first renovation journey, and we are really glad that we went with Jialux Interior. We had gone through quite a number of meeting with various IDs. Jialux was actually the first company we went to. And Jia Rui was the ID that attended to us. What differentiate Jia Rui from the rest was that we could really see that he was passionate and sincere in wanting to work with us. Most of the IDs we met, were really like “this is not possible” “this will not be ideal” “this will incurred more cost” “why dont you follow my design” .With Jia Rui, it was the other way around. He was really positive and he really did his best to work on the design of the house which we want and at the same time give his good input to improve it further. Hence the reason on why we actually chose Jialux. Moreover the price quoted by Jialux was very reasonable and way more competitive than the other id firms that we enquired from. The renovation journey was offcourse not 100% smooth, however Jia Rui was very quick react when there is a problem and he always comes up with good solutions to rectify the issues. He was very very responsive and all our questions and additional request were attended to very quickly. This we feel was very important. The final product of the house reno turned out way way better than we expected. It even turn out even better than the 3D renders(no kidding). We were really happy with the final product and we are realy glad that we engage Jialux for our renovation. Really a choice we never regret. Thank u Jialux Interior and thank u Jia Rui!
