My wife and I consulted many other IDs before we selected Jubilee Interior. It is a decision that we did not regret and we are extremely happy to have Marcus walk through this entire renovation with us. What made him stand out from the others is his patience and design which took our opinions into consideration. Marcus managed to come up with a design that is practical, aesthetically pleasing and within our budget. We valued his transparency to tell us what couldn't work with valid reasons and provided ideas that are practical. He is responsible and provided prompt updates on the renovation progress. My wife and I were able to trust him with our place and even had an overseas holiday during the renovation process with peace of mind! Having a short, realistic and reliable timeline is very important to us as it will save us the trouble of re-liaising with our furniture and appliances vendor about the delivery date. Marcus did exactly that and handed over the house to us within the stipulated timeline. Handing over the house to us marks the end of our renovation journey but not the end of our relationship with Marcus. He remains contactable and is prompt to provide after sales service. I will highly recommend Marcus to my friends to create a home for them.
